  They have everything I need in quality and quantity. The site is easy to navigate. My only complaint is the lack of communication after an order is placed. I would love to get a tracking number emailed or even posted in my order history. Not worth losing a whole star over though. Customer service is relatively easy to get a hold of, a live person no less. They are genuinely helpful and friendly.

  I waited a long time for my order to arrive. When it did arrive, it was the wrong color (brown instead of green). After several contacts with the company, I finally received my original order - but I first had to deal with returning the incorrect product on my own. The actual product color did not match the online color, and was therefore unusable to me. Add that to the poor quality of the towels, and I was very disappointed. I looked into returning the towels, and found that there was a high restocking fee, plus I’d have to pay to ship them back, which didn’t pay. All told, I feel I’m out almost $50 and have a product I don’t like!

  I didn’t request a return the second time because of the cost to ship it back to you, plus the high price of the restocking fee. I’d be happy to return it to you if you’ll send me a pre-paid return label, and won’t charge me a restocking fee. Please let me know if this is acceptable to you. Thank you

  The ordering process went smoothly and the towels arrived quickly. I chose DTS from a plethora of other online companies because the price for a small quantity order and for shipping was the best. However, when I went to place a second order, the shipping fee had quadrupled, from $14.00 to $60.00 for the same quantity and ship method, which made it cost prohibitive, so I had to order from another company. I would like to order in the future if the shipping cost is made more reasonable like with my first order.

  I canceled the order received a cancellation confirmation, I still received the order and they are trying to charge me to send the product back plus a restocking fee. Also, I ordered white sheets, but for some reason there’s a strange hue of purple that are on the sheets. I should’ve stuck with Amazon.

  The only down fall is that you guys dont mail to Puerto Rico. I order and send to my family in Florida and the forwarded to me. Its worth the money, but you should consider mailing to PR, we are a US territory.

  The order, which was small, took several months to deliver and was delivered 2 months later than promised. The gentleman who I called multiple times never returned a phone call and never fixed the shipping charges he promised to work on. No accountability or attempt on the vendor to remedy.
