  Excellent product! Customer service is beyond compare. Received email that the black work shirts were unavailable until April and could substitute the dark blue in place of the black. We did that and received the order within a few days. Very satisfied and will order more in the future when needed!

  The customer service rep said that these blankets were very popular with hospitals. My wife had been in the hospital a lot lately so I expected warm brown blankets that would block air flow. The online catalog did not provide a clear description. What I got was 24 white open-weave blankets that would need an impermeable blanket on top. Also, it was not clear until after I placed the order that delivery would be additional.

  Delivery took much to long. There was a bend in the frame of the cart. This does not affect the use of but is still a damage to a very expensive item. It was delivered at night so did not notice til next day when taking off wrapping. Seems sturdy.

  After placing the order, these sheets did not show up. I spent weeks and weeks trying to get Direct Textile Store's assistance in tracking down my order. While the customer service person was friendly when I could get ahold of her, she was very difficult to reach which was very frustrating, and ultimately was not able to resolve the problem. When finally the sheets showed up 3 months later they were the wrong product. All customer service was able to do was accept a return. All said in done, I have waited several months, invested hours into this and I still do not have the sheets I ordered. So frustrating.

  This company is incredibly difficult when it comes to returns. I was working with customer service to get a wrong order returned. It was partially my fault and partially theirs so I knew I would need to pay the fees. Nothing happened. Finally I ordered new product and just asked to return the regular way. I got an email saying they would review the return and that was it. I never heard back because it had been over a month since the order arrived even though during that month I had been talking regularly with customer service.

  Placing the order was easy, and the website clearly states that there is a lead-time for manufacturing items, but it said the lead time was 6 to 8 weeks. At 10 weeks, I started asking for an update on my order. my requests for updates were replied to, but the replies were "I'm sorry for the delay, let me check with the factory...." and then nothing further. I was still waiting for a shipping update when the boxes arrived - 16 weeks after I placed my order. Don't expect quality communication.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This was the worse experience ever! I placed a big order. After a long wait with no products at all, I contacted them to find out what was going on, and only then they told me that most of my items were out of stock. Well, first of all, why has nobody told me that before? Second: why it shows as available on the website?? Anyway.. I approved the substitutions, and receiving most of the items took forever. When I open the boxes, a surprise! I ordered 48 pillowcases king size and 48 stand size. They sent me all king-size. Then the full-size sheet: I ordered white, and they sent me beige! And I have yet to receive all items, even after almost three months. Every time I talk to someone, I have to explain everything again since the employees (who already knew about the issues) were quitting the company and they don't have a log or history of my calls!!

  First of all this jacket is not the original Dickies Jacket that I ordered. This jacket didn't fit it was to big. No inside pockets, the coat was 21/2' longer then the zipper. The coat was to bulky and totally did not fit. This jacket was not like a Dickies Eisenhower jacket at all.

  Excellent service so far, and we have placed several orders within the past few months. Due to increased pricing from our normal supplier, we have turned to them to help us fulfill our needs, and they have risen to the occasion. They even took care of quickly replacing a box of sheets that were the wrong size, and their customer service rep was professional and kind throughout the whole process. We have been pleased with all of their products and the speed of shipping so far, except for a few items that are still on backorder until January 2023.

  I ordered pillow protectors in mid July 2022. I was informed they were on back order until the end of August. Contacted again in September 2022 and was informed they were on back order and would arrive by end of October. I was finally going to cancel the entire order when I finally got notification that they would arrive on November 19th. They did finally arrive however it is very doubtful that my company will ever order anything from you again.

  I placed my order and everything showed in stock and would ship in 2-3 days. I received one piece of the order and nothing else came. I called and spoke with CS who assured me they would research it and get back in under 24 hours. 3 days later, nothing. I called again and spoke with a different CS person who assured me the same thing. No communication followed. I finally had to request a refund of my money and that refund took weeks to process and I had to call several times to get it processed. The one item I did receive arrived dusty and dirty. I do not recommend this company.
