  Heard about this site from a friend who runs an AirBNB. I loved the hotel quality of the towels and washcloths. I have 5 kids who are now late teens/20’s and they made my Target towels raggedy. I should have invested in these sooner.

  Onley problem I've had is with my pants the sizes are incorrect ordered my correct size but found that is not so with the pants you have to get a size or two over. other than that love the shirts and quality of them pants fill quit well as with my hands cant tell you how they felt on the body or durability

  First of all: this store does not sell textiles directly. It orders them from other vendors after you place an order. This led to some of the ordered products not being available, which only became apparent to me after they didn't arrive. I saw that there was some mention of this in my account on their website, so I called the company and changed the order. The same thing happened. Twice. After multiple emails and three long telephone calls, I am still missing parts of my order. This site might be more or less a scam; it is hard to tell. In the end, I received most of my order, but not all of it. The products I received seem passable, but not the high quality which was advertised. I recommend steering clear of this company.

  Ordered napkins with button holes. They took over 6 months and I ended up getting some with button holes and some without. You pay extra for the button holes. Not good business. Immediately charged my card but product was very late and incorrect.

  Product is fine. Website states that the product is made in USA. Tab on the towels says made in India. I would not have purchased them if I knew that. Processing and shipping were good. Given the confusion on product origin I will most likely not purchase anything from the vendor.

  The towels I received looked like seconds. The first issue is the website was mis-leading on the shipping times. Unfortunately, I didn't open the towels when I first received them. I took them straight to the shop to be screen printed. I didn't know until after the screen printing was complete that the towels have what looks like rust / grease spots that will not come out. I now have to reduce the price of the product to my customer and hope they accept the product and leaves me in the negative on this order. No where on the site do I see anything about these being seconds.

  Overall we are pleased with the shipping times for our orders. We ended up not liking the sheets we ordered but we kept them anyway because the return shipping would have been very expensive. It would be great if there was an option to receive a sample size of the fabric for the sheets before ordering a large quantity of them to make sure they aren't completely see-through.

  We were very pleased with the towels we received for the price. We needed a lightweight dark towel that would dry quickly but hold up to make Personal Care Kits and I believe these will be perfect. I wish we could have gotten this towel in the darker shades that you offer the "Prison"/Institutional towels. I chose these b/c they were a bit heavier and I believe woven a bit tighter.

  We were looking for a 2 pocket apron, and after using the filters we got the wrong apron sent to us. We initially called before ordering but customer service kept directing us back to the website. We didn't get the help we need until after we received the wrong aprons and needed help to send them back and then customer service helped us to get the correct aprons we needed.
