    We were very very very disappointed with the quality of the towels we ordered. I do not believe they should have even had them available to order. Low quality and of course being charged BEFORE receiving the items made it quite a mess in getting our account reconciled when we had to send the towels back to you!

    Difficult to get customer service on the line. All items ordered were back ordered and substituted. A variety of charges and refunds ensued. Delivery was incredibly late and we had to buy other linens in the interim while we waited. Orders weren't delivered to the proper locations. Just a lot of issues. Not one thing was smooth.

    Everything was great except the fact that the Scrubs purchased are supposed to be Ceil Blue. Every single person I work with, who inquire about my new scrubs, remark how they like the Purple Color... On top of that the tops & bottoms are different shades of purple, not matching.     I am a nurse who works for an OB/GYN and he likes to give all of his new parents a blanket to commemorate the delivery. TWICE I ordered plain white receiving blankets and TWICE, after waiting go hear about my orders, I was instructed to track my order. BOTH times when I used the tracking number given, it said my order had been delivered BEFORE they were even ordered. Even after I contacted Rigel about the problem they referred me back to check the shipping number. Fortunately the staff who spoke with my husband were able to issue a refund. But what a disappointment for both the doctor and myself I would not recommend this company to anyone, big or small.

    It has been nothing but a hassle trying to get our order in full from Direct Textile. I have to reach out multiple times to our sales manager and usually do not get a response until my emails become more "strongly worded." I am constantly told that they will look into and get right back in touch with me and then do not hear from them again until I reach out again, asking for answers. Since placing a rather large order at the end of March with Direct Textile we have had to continue to put out more and more money to supplement the items that we still have not received from the company. When the items do ship, trying to get any kind of tracking information and an estimated delivery date is almost impossible and they will mark items as delivered that haven't even been shipped yet. I highly doubt we would ever place another order through Direct Textile in the future.

    Good morning and thank you for your reply. It is not the supply chain issues that have been the biggest problem, it is the lack of communication/updates or incorrect information being given. For instances, after receiving this response I received an email with a tracking number for my last three items (same tracking number for all three) as well as an email that stated that all items from my order had shipped. Upon receiving the order, one item was missing and according to our sales manager, it hasn't even shipped yet and will be shipping later this week. It's these miscommunications that are the biggest frustration. Again, thank you for your reply. I look forward to receiving the rest of my order so that this whole situation can be behind us.

    We ordered blankets in April and they came within 2 weeks so there was no real red flag that future orders would be different. On May 2nd I ordered $1600 worth of sheets for the opening of our guesthouse at the end of May. On May 3rd I received one notification that the items were delayed and would arrive at the end of May. I still haven't seen them and we are well into June. I had to order sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond to hold us over. The only compensation made to us was $82.49. Nightmare!

    using the web site is very easy. I found what I was looking for without any side trips! Delivery is fast if you put in the right address, just a week late if you realize you put the wrong house #. I called the company and told them what I had done. They got it corrected. On my second order I made doubly sure I put the right address in. What surprised us was the address on the box and on the receipt in the box were different. 826 instead of 715. Thankfully one of the postal workers is a friend of my nephew and the order was for his mother. So he knew where to take it. Thank goodness

    Had the wrong order sent to me: correct shipping label on the box with someone else's order inside. It took a few days for the order to finally be re-processed and shipped back out along with a shipping label for the wrong order I received. I wasn't sent a new box to send the other order to which, in my opinion, would have looked better for Direct Textile Store instead of the box I had opened.

    Did not come all together. Cheap quality horrible sizing. I had to donate all if mines. Waste of money and time
