  The first time I ordered, the shipping was late and no one even told me about how to get it. He took three months and I got my money refunded when I had to keep pressing them about the shipping information. The second order I got the towels were stained. I sent pictures and videos to do and still nothing has been done about it.

  On order page, it should state what can be returned/refunded at what cannot before a person places and order. I shouldn't have to go through various screens to learn this as it is time consuming. Ribcord bedspread is a twin size spread and considered a sample thus not eligible for refund. Samples are usually cut to order in specific sizes. Very disappointed in company policies regarding products.

I believe proper attire is effective in representation of a company you are employed by. The company I represent does not require nor do they provide uniforms. I found my shirts searching the internet. I found Direct Textile Store. I reviewed the site found what I needed and placed an order.

  If I could leave a zero star rating I would. Wanted to return towels that I ordered as they were paper thin and horrible quality. They said I had to return them within 14 days from Canada to Florida and that I would need to pay for shipping. lol the shipping cost was $200 and I pai $300 plus $100 shipping to receive them. Now I am stuck with their garbage because it’s useless to offer our guests at our resort.

  First time customer nightmare! I ordered a 12 pack of flat sheets and 12 pack of fitted sheets. I did not receive my order and had confirmation that it was delivered. Once calling the company Jason apologized and told me the issue is not with them but the carrier. I filed a claim but my $100 is gone and no merchandise.

  I ordered from Canada therefore sometimes expect to pay some duties. The duties I had to pay amounted to about 50% of the order - outrageous! I won't buy from these guys again, I'll source from another company with transparent fees.

  I wasn’t happy about the quality. In order to return the items the restocking fee, shipping and policy made the return impractical. Now I have $400+ in bathrobes I need to sell on marketplace at a deep discount to what I paid.
