  The towels I received looked like seconds. The first issue is the website was mis-leading on the shipping times. Unfortunately, I didn't open the towels when I first received them. I took them straight to the shop to be screen printed. I didn't know until after the screen printing was complete that the towels have what looks like rust / grease spots that will not come out. I now have to reduce the price of the product to my customer and hope they accept the product and leaves me in the negative on this order. No where on the site do I see anything about these being seconds.

  We are truly sorry you received towels that look like they have spots on them. We only sell new items and do not sell "seconds". It sounds like something was leaked on them in the warehouse. We do offer returns for damaged items for up to 30 days.

  We did not notice the damage until after we did the screen printing for our customer. As of this date they have refused to pickup the order. I do not know if it is because of the spots or not.

  Overall we are pleased with the shipping times for our orders. We ended up not liking the sheets we ordered but we kept them anyway because the return shipping would have been very expensive. It would be great if there was an option to receive a sample size of the fabric for the sheets before ordering a large quantity of them to make sure they aren't completely see-through.

  We were very pleased with the towels we received for the price. We needed a lightweight dark towel that would dry quickly but hold up to make Personal Care Kits and I believe these will be perfect. I wish we could have gotten this towel in the darker shades that you offer the "Prison"/Institutional towels. I chose these b/c they were a bit heavier and I believe woven a bit tighter.

  We were looking for a 2 pocket apron, and after using the filters we got the wrong apron sent to us. We initially called before ordering but customer service kept directing us back to the website. We didn't get the help we need until after we received the wrong aprons and needed help to send them back and then customer service helped us to get the correct aprons we needed.

  We were very very very disappointed with the quality of the towels we ordered. I do not believe they should have even had them available to order. Low quality and of course being charged BEFORE receiving the items made it quite a mess in getting our account reconciled when we had to send the towels back to you!

  The site was easy to navigate, and I found what I wanted. They shipped out very quickly, even though I'm just one person who ordered a single item, when I assume they typically handle very large orders of hundreds of items.

  It's great to get an item that is exactly what you paid for. Direct Textile Store's web site gives you an accurate description of what you're interested in. Then when you receive it, what your ordered is exactly as advertised!
