    Difficult to get customer service on the line. All items ordered were back ordered and substituted. A variety of charges and refunds ensued. Delivery was incredibly late and we had to buy other linens in the interim while we waited. Orders weren't delivered to the proper locations. Just a lot of issues. Not one thing was smooth.

    Good product, very good price. There was an issue with shipping on the carrier's side and Direct Textile Store's customer service was helpful getting it sorted out and getting me my sample. We just ordered our full order from them for our new business and will be very likely to order more in the future.

    Everything was great except the fact that the Scrubs purchased are supposed to be Ceil Blue. Every single person I work with, who inquire about my new scrubs, remark how they like the Purple Color... On top of that the tops & bottoms are different shades of purple, not matching.     I am a nurse who works for an OB/GYN and he likes to give all of his new parents a blanket to commemorate the delivery. TWICE I ordered plain white receiving blankets and TWICE, after waiting go hear about my orders, I was instructed to track my order. BOTH times when I used the tracking number given, it said my order had been delivered BEFORE they were even ordered. Even after I contacted Rigel about the problem they referred me back to check the shipping number. Fortunately the staff who spoke with my husband were able to issue a refund. But what a disappointment for both the doctor and myself I would not recommend this company to anyone, big or small.

    It has been nothing but a hassle trying to get our order in full from Direct Textile. I have to reach out multiple times to our sales manager and usually do not get a response until my emails become more "strongly worded." I am constantly told that they will look into and get right back in touch with me and then do not hear from them again until I reach out again, asking for answers. Since placing a rather large order at the end of March with Direct Textile we have had to continue to put out more and more money to supplement the items that we still have not received from the company. When the items do ship, trying to get any kind of tracking information and an estimated delivery date is almost impossible and they will mark items as delivered that haven't even been shipped yet. I highly doubt we would ever place another order through Direct Textile in the future.

    Good morning and thank you for your reply. It is not the supply chain issues that have been the biggest problem, it is the lack of communication/updates or incorrect information being given. For instances, after receiving this response I received an email with a tracking number for my last three items (same tracking number for all three) as well as an email that stated that all items from my order had shipped. Upon receiving the order, one item was missing and according to our sales manager, it hasn't even shipped yet and will be shipping later this week. It's these miscommunications that are the biggest frustration. Again, thank you for your reply. I look forward to receiving the rest of my order so that this whole situation can be behind us.

    We ordered blankets in April and they came within 2 weeks so there was no real red flag that future orders would be different. On May 2nd I ordered $1600 worth of sheets for the opening of our guesthouse at the end of May. On May 3rd I received one notification that the items were delayed and would arrive at the end of May. I still haven't seen them and we are well into June. I had to order sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond to hold us over. The only compensation made to us was $82.49. Nightmare!

    Had the wrong order sent to me: correct shipping label on the box with someone else's order inside. It took a few days for the order to finally be re-processed and shipped back out along with a shipping label for the wrong order I received. I wasn't sent a new box to send the other order to which, in my opinion, would have looked better for Direct Textile Store instead of the box I had opened.

    using the web site is very easy. I found what I was looking for without any side trips! Delivery is fast if you put in the right address, just a week late if you realize you put the wrong house #. I called the company and told them what I had done. They got it corrected. On my second order I made doubly sure I put the right address in. What surprised us was the address on the box and on the receipt in the box were different. 826 instead of 715. Thankfully one of the postal workers is a friend of my nephew and the order was for his mother. So he knew where to take it. Thank goodness

    My package shipped yesterday, after numerous complaints . I was told several times it will ship last week, then at the end or the week. It never shipped and I placed the order in 21at of April and yesterday was the 10th . 19 days later . Item was in stock but warehouse was apparently 21 days behind on shipping . Ridiculous . I’m 21 days delayed now . I could’ve easily order them from somewhere else if I was told of a delay. No one told Me anything otner than they’ll shop next week , or update …. With no update . Hence the 1 star review .

    Not ordering from this website again -- customer service was of no help. We were basically brushed off completely and felt as if our issues were no their problem. This was our first time ordering from this site and will not be doing so in the future.

    The Customer Service Department (CSD) was difficult to deal with. Placing the order had complications. CSD would not listen to my issues and repeated the phase "Check the email you were sent" or "Check the website". They wanted additional proof of authenticity the debit card which later led to the debit card being hacked and a fraudulent charge. The order was to be "Shipped Complete" and the order was received in two partial shipments. Ultimately, I was not impressed with the service received.

    I was incredibly impressed by the speed of shipment, the efficient packaging, and the price! I needed a large quantity of towels for a children's tie dying project so these towels were perfect for that. As the description indicates, these are thinner towels, but ideal for quick use or (as aforementioned) for soaking up tie dye.

    The tablecloth is exactly what I needed. However, when I went to iron it, there were quite a few dark marks on the creases, like dirt. I was having company so I didn’t want to return it & have a bare table. I put a square topper on it which helped. Im assuming the marks will come out when I eventually wash it. Otherwise, it is the perfect size, a bright white & nice quality

    I haven’t even received my order yet due to a warehouse error. I wish I could say this is the first time it’s happened, but it isn’t. Despite being happy with the products I have received, I can no longer use this company. Every order requires multiple follow up calls on my end. Not worth the hassle.
