I'm not impressed with DirectTextileStore. We have not received all of our order yet. Instead of it being shipped to Ohio, it was delivered somewhere in Texas. I have called 2 times and keep being told that they are re-routing our order but that doesn't satisfy our need to have the merchandise in hand. I'm about to find another supplier.

The sheets were too narrow. The website made it hard to send to an alternative address, so I had it sent to my home and took it to its destination myself. I am disappointed in the cost of the shipping and the fact that you say if a package is opened (but not used) it will not be refunded.

I ordered my napkins in January for my March 35 event. I got two delay emails in which I responded to cancel my order. I got no reply then my order was shipped and received after my event date. When reaching out to cancel the order by phone and email, I didn’t get s satisfactory response until I persisted to talk to a supervisor. I was told I did not cancel the order and was treated rudely until after I mentioned the time stamped email with my cancellation before it shipped. Once they realized their error, then they responded and we’re in the process of a full refund. I had to order my never napkins from another source to meet my deadline. I understand shipping issues and logistics are challenging with Covid but don’t first assume your customer is wrong and not aware. Once I spoke with the supervisor, she was able to help me and proceed with the return in a respectable manner which should have happened in the first place rather than speaking with three other associates who couldn’t help solve the problem. I hope that they use this opportunity for training their frontline associates to respect the customer first and seek ways to understand and solve a logistics issue that may turn these hard experience and gain loyal customers in the future.

I ordered samples of surgical towels for my small medical/surgical practice. Delivery was fast and quality was superior, price excellent. The website stated the items were sold by the case (300), but could potentially be sold in smaller quantities. I would have ordered in units of 50-60 - even 100, but as a small practice do not have the storage capability for 300. When requested to order in other units, that was declined. The website should not suggest this is possible if not willing to break a case.

I'm setting up a Bnb so wanted to find a supplier I could count on for consistency and quality worthy of my guests. The towels I ordered listed as "Gold Standard" were thin, rags and nothing I would ever supply for guests. I returned them and they issued me less than 50% refund. I ordered a set of XS scrubs in ceil blue and received only the top-I ordered a sets of XS scrubs in jade green and only received the bottoms-I would love to have my order completed with the missing top and bottom. I ordered only one set to check out the product and fit before ordering more for myself and fellow nurses-so far the quality and fit are good, and hoping the serviced part can be resolved so I can order and recommend to colleagues.

It is going to take me much time and expense to reconstruct the used crappy boxes that are falling apart or probably purchase new boxes to return this poor quality product. I will do so but the manufacturer should pay for the return shipping. this is classic bait and switch. My next step is to hire an attorney if this isn't resolved. I'd rather spend more to stop these kind of practices than allow others to be ripped off! simply send me prepaid UPS labels and I'll spend my time and money to get these back to you. I ordered around 100 Chef Jackets, as well as 25 Aprons. I was initially informed the both items were not in stock and the order would not be delivered in time. The customer service rep suggested I cancel the order, I decided to proceed with the order and received the items within a week of placing the order. The issue I had, was one of the Jackets arrived with 6 buttons missing. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times, they just kept saying they were waiting for the warehouse to reach out to me(which Never happened). So yeah, customer service is good, until there is an issue, and then they just don't answer your calls, or tell you there is nothing they can do to help.

Do not buy any products from this company I purchase a huge amount of salon black towels which were described as thick and 100% cotton durable towels. when I received the Box I opened one of the packets to feel the quality and it was horrendous the skinniest see through towels I've ever seen Cheaper quality than from the dollar store I was very upset at this I called the company immediately only to find out that they charge 15% restocking fee and the shipping was on me so I lost Over $100 to get a refund which at the end wasn't even worth my time and my money and I still have no towels so save yourself some time order from good companies that have your back and will reimburse you a 100% of your money if the client is not satisfied. Direct Textile never updated us on the status of our order. It took 5 months to receive all of our order. When it was delayed no one emailed or contacted us. I had to call and get an update of shipping to be on 12/19/2021. We did not receive the items until the January 2022, but not until I called back in beginning of January and complained we hadn't received our order. In the end it took 3 phone calls and a lot of patience on our part. Direct Textile offered nothing for our inconvenience or even offer to expedite the shipping once it was ready for shipment. We were very disappointed in the experience. We are currently looking for a new vendor. This was our first order and most likely our last order.

The price was great, but the Santa Clara Cotton Thermal Blankets weren't quite what I thought I ordered. The fabric was extremely stiff and rough, even though the website touts the blankets as "soft." I was given the option to return the product. But I discovered that it would be very expensive for me to do a return -- close to half, as I recall, of the cost of the purchase. I guess that may at least partly be because Direct Textiles Store is located outside the United States, so return postage is higher. That's not the company's fault. But what I do fault them for is that their reply to me about the lack of softness was something dismissive like "Just wash the blanket and it'll get softer over time." That's not a good reply if you've described the item on your website as "soft." I finally ended up using one of the cotton blankets despite its roughness -- covering it over with other blankets that are softer. And I gave the second cotton blanket that was in my order to Afghan refugees.

I feel like your reviews are misleading. You lump reviews for low end towels in the same thread as reviews for the high-end towels and do not distinguish the difference. This is very misleading. We would have NEVER ordered the towels we ordered had there been an honest review for this specific product on your site. They are TERRIBLE!
