  in placing my order for 12 fitted sheets for a geriatric bed , nowhere did it say its only for none electric multi position meds. it does not stay on the mattress when i raise the head or knees of the bed. when i called to ask for a return process , they informed me no refunds if item has been opened, if item has been washed, if its not in original packing,, on and on and on , why they don't take returns. the one most direct fact is that a geriatric bed is primarily electric and malty positioning !!!!!! CHEAPLY MADE NO ELASTICITY , CANT USE AT ALL, I FEEL THIS COMPANY HAS STOLEN MONEY FROM ME , WHEN I NEED EVERY CENT TO HELP MY SICK BED RIDEN MOTHER... I HAVE ILL WILL TOWARDS RIP OFF STEALING LIEYNG THIEVS AND FEEL THEY HAVE VERY BAD BUESNES PRACTICE

  2 Blankets i ordered came relatively quickly and were exactly what I wanted. Price was very fair but I didnt notice the ground shipping was a bit steep, my own mistake or I probably would have ordered a bit more to make better use of the cost. Overall very pleased.

  It was almost as if no one was communicating with each other. We’ll receive boxes then find out only 2 of 24 ordered blankets but they would state that all was delivered. Or 2 of 10 restroom floor mats delivered and taking a month for the other 8 to finally be shipped and delivered. Customer service became familiar with my order. In the end, I am returning the wrong colored blankets and getting a partial refund for my order. I don’t think we will be ordering again from Direct Textile Store.

  The website navigation was fine and I received my products in a timely manner, however the packaging was horrible. Most of the boxes were very dirty and poorly constructed, no wonder the were falling apart upon delivery.

  Your product quality is great, But yor shipping charges are disheartening. Unless you are a major company then you can enjoy free shipping but me just a regular individual buyer the price is short of a crime price. The shipping price would have paid for half of my order.   I ordered two (2) shirts. One was sewn incorrectly and I contacted them with no return response. I will not be using this company again in the future. Very very poor customer service
