  These sheets are top quality and I expect them to be very durable compared to sheets ordered through three other companies. My husband is bedridden and sheets are changed every day, sometimes more often. There are actually people answering the phone, your questions, and they also helped to set up an account and directed me to the item needed and how to place the order. Thanks to the friendly, helpful people and for the high-quality product. The price was reasonable and the sheets were very well packaged. I am not a robot, but an 80-year old woman so I know a good product when I see one.

  I placed 3 separate orders. All products very much satisfactory. All orders charged to my account within a day. All orders shipped much later than the charge. One order shipped weeks later and received even later. Line up your charging time with your shipping time, and you most likely will have happier customers. Review would have been 5 stars regarding product alone.

  I needed wash cloths, but decided to get bath towels as well. I was told the bath towels I ordered weren’t in stock, so I got another color. After they finally arrived, the wash cloths were missing, so I sent an email notifying customer service that they were missing. I was told they would get back with me, but never did. Instead of wasting my time on trying to get my money back or waiting for new towels, I’ve decided just to not order from them again.

  After talking to customer service many times I still have not received my order of king pillow cases. At first it was a partial shipment, then I was told it weighed 46 pounds, then I was told I already received it...which I can assure you I have not.   The orders took forever to receive they were ordered a month or so apart but came in parts, they sent the wrong towels with the right towels both orders! I am running an inn so it was imperative that I had all of the towels for each of the rooms, I ordered bath towels hand towels and washcloths I spent over $7400 between both orders. I asked that the second order that was severely held up that they waive the shipping charges or refund it and they offered $50 back I’ve never been more insulted by a company in my life! The towels while thick and plush I spend clipping the thread pulls and they are starting to pill up, they are not even three months old I do not send them out to launder all laundry is done in house and I have five par for rotation in other words the same towels are not being used over and over and they have thread pulls and they are pilling they should not be doing that after spending that amount of money. I went with a color towel simply because the water was causing discoloration on the white towels.

  This is my second time ordering napkins and tablecloths from directtextilestore.com for my daughters' weddings. The quality of these are far superior to other suppliers. The fabric FEELS GOOD like good quality cotton, even through they are made of polyester. Before finding directtextilestore.com, I had bought napkins and tablecloths from Tableclothfactory.com and ended up returning them all. With the ones from Tableclothfactory.com the fabric was TERRIBLE--I would have been embarrassed to use them at a wedding.

  Almost every order I have had with them has had problems shipping, when you call customer service to try to get it straightened out, they always tell you they will email you and never work with you while you’re on the phone to get things straightened out. I have had to follow up on almost every order I placed that had problems, they will never call you and let you know there is a problem

  These gowns are great for pediatrics. They are adorable. Boys and girls like them. They wash easily and don’t wrinkle. We have had them for over a year and had to buy more as we use them so much.
