I was looking for the microluxx mats to see if i can find a cheaper price, i came by this website and put in what i wanted and the price was the cheapest I could find. And i know it wont reflect on the quality of the mat, i am also incredibly suprised that the public can order from the website rather than only business owners/distributors. I think the lead time on it is a bit long to wait (5-7 business days) THEN i wait some more for shipping, (1-5 business days) and im on the other side of th US so it will take 5 days. But i know i will be happy with the deal i got. AND- they sell waaay more things im interested in so I'll definitely be back to shop here!

The apron quality is very good. The turnaround from order to shipping is also very good. The shipping is the same if you order 6 aprons or 24, which is a bit puzzling.

The web site could be more flexible, for instance, only one selection per catagory can be selected. There was no where to upload my sales and use certificate nor did the site ask for it. Ordered item, received something different than what the photo showed, returned item and was hit with shipping both ways plus a restock fee. If the item had been photographed appropriately I would never have ordered it. The whole transaction should have been taken care of with more care and concern. So not impressed. Will not order from this site again. Service and response times slow and unsatisfactory. In fact, they have since updated one of the photos to show the beveled edge more clearly which justifies my complaint! I wonder after reading this if they will wish they would have handled my return differently???

We do offer samples on most items including this item to ensure it meets your needs. You can return the item with the RA#.
