  I was ordering 1 item, black unisex smocks in various sizes. Once I ordered Med-XL, I was unable to go back and add another size, like a Small. I had to delete my entire order and start over. Because of Covid, I am working from home. I was unable to use the Business address for my credit card and have the smocks shipped to a different address, like my home. That was also dissatisfactory.

  That answered my one issue. Why does your website even offer the chance to ship to a second. It took me some time to complete that part because I was unable to move forward and thought it was because I did something wrong. So, I added another address again. Maybe you should remove that. Are you going to address the other issue I had about having to delete my order?

  I never received items, the items were backordered yet they charged my account on 2/12/21. I asked them to issue a credit until the items were shipped, but they said that was against their policy. Well, it is against MY policy to pay for something a month in advance. I had no problem waiting for items to be shipped, I just wanted the charge removed from my account until the items were actually available.

  Hi Joyce, We just want to clarify that we notified you in an email on 2/16/21 that your item was on back order until 3/2. We also mentioned a similar item was in stock and offered as a substitute. You responded that you wanted to wait for the back ordered item and to credit your credit card until the item ships. Unfortunately our ordering system does not work that way as we have to charge for orders when placed and we do not have control over when the manufacturer ships. We cancelled your order on 3/1 and issued a full refund. We're sorry for any misunderstanding regarding our ordering process.   Site was good but shipping costs were highly inflated and double the industry norm. We will not return as a customer when there are other lower priced choices for superior products. I'm not sure I would consider them to be a true wholesale vendor when they pad the wholesale costs with the high shipping fees. We only completed the order because we were in a bind with a new opening.

  Hi, we are a wholesaler so most of our items are only available in case quantities, including the machinist aprons. The manufacturer will only allow a purchase of 1 sample at a time. Sorry for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.

  After sending the company an email that most of my shipment was damaged 75 % of it to be exact, that means also not being picky about the small stuff, yeah I'm not willing to reorder anytime soon, although i got my money back. So there is definitely lot's of room for improvement, gave 3 Stars just because the girl from their office, was nice and was listening to my problem.

  We are extremely happy with the customer service that we've received from Direct Textile Store. This is my 3rd time of ordering through this company; we will use their services again! When I needed to order more items for my company and the website indicated "out-of-stock", I chatted with a rep who helped me get my order placed. They were very patient with me and helped me to successfully place my order. Even gently reminding me to "refresh" my page. I felt well cared for.

  I liked the pillows very much...my only complaint was the length of time it took to receive them. I am not complaining I know it has been harder during these times of covid, Thank you for a fine product.
