  I was a bit skeptical about being charged in full for a 3-4 week.lead time item but was happy I continued my order since they actually got here in 10 days. We absolutely love the new JS Fiber Ultra Down pillows. Everyone in the house is sleeping better and I even replaced the almost new guest room pillows with two of the extras. It was strange to order ten pillows at once but it has certainly paid off. Oldest daughter needs new pillows at her house, so Merry Christmas, she gets two of them and I still have more in the closet. Thanks for being such a great value! I only wish I could have mixed the fill weight and gotten 2 of a lighter ones for the grandkids.

  Excellent Customer Service! I had ordered some samples and then ordered the item we had decided to carry...or so I thought. I came to discover that I had ordered the wrong item. One phone call, spoke very quick with a very helpful customer service representative based in Atlanta (I am horrible with names and just can't seem to remember his name...) and just a few minutes later my incorrect order was being cancelled and my new order for the correct product was placed. It could not have gone better.

  The ordering process was very good and my towels arrived sooner than expected. However, when I pulled the tiny round inspection sticker from the back of one of the bath towels from the Amadeus Turkish White Towel Collection, the threads pulled out. I am very disappointed to see this damage done so easily and don't expect the towel set to look good for very long. I ordered 3 other similar sets and will probably return them.

  I was satisfied with just about all aspects of the company. The website is easy to navigate, information is generally clear, ordering process is good, not anything complicated, standard ordering process, the delivery time was relatively fast. The only real complaint, that causes me to give only 2 stars, is the quality of the products. They are of very poor quality. I purchased 4 sample items to test out to add to our inventory and not one was of a quality that I would be proud to sell to a customer.

  Since this is for the website itself, the timing indicated on the pages is not accurate. The estimate for my order was originally 3-4 weeks to ship, but actually took twice that. Yes, there was a COVID disclaimer, but that was open-ended. If the timing was more accurately represented on the site, it would have eased the customer service side: I contacted them three times. This was my first order, and the delay caused me to rethink. The first two times I contacted them, the agent said they were waiting to hear from the production team. Unfortunately for them, I used to work in a world of stock shortages, production timing, and customer updates. It was challenging to hear that the production team does not offer updates to the customer service team, who is receiving all the inquiries.
