  Delivered today opened box and noticed the 3 boxes inside of 100 each were wet. Opened each of the 3 boxes and more then half the lids were lose and leaking moisture. Otherwise happy with service but lids need to be checked better

  I ordered a set of towels to evaluate the samples for my company. One towel came a different color of white. While the company refunded my money for the set that was not the outcome I was looking for. I was looking for an assurance that all towels would match if I were to move forward with them. They weren't looking for that relationship. No personalization. Not the business partner I need.

  I manage supplies for a medical recuperation facility and use Direct Textile to keep my linen inventory stocked. Sheets, towels, blankets, and bed covers. All cotton materials of great quality that hold up well after repeated washing. Products arrive quickly and the orders are complete. I don't go anywhere else for our linens anymore.

  It took forever to get my product order. The product was not as described and the return policy, which I was stupid enough not to read in advance was a joke. If you opened it, you can't return it. Of course you are going to open it. How else do you know if you like it or not. If you do return it there is a 25% restocking fee.

  The wash cloths I ordered were nothing more than rags. When I called about returning them and getting my money back as they are purchased for operation Christmas child to go in shoeboxes sent all over the world. I was told that they were "disposable washcloths". Never heard of such an item unless its toilet paper.

  The towels were very thin, almost see through. I can’t sell any of them, so now I’m stuck with all these cheap towels. Shipping was expensive too. Amazon doesn’t charge for shipping or returns.

  Service and quality are top notch. Only suggestion is that the size needs to be on the sheets. We bought 3 different sizes. It is very time consuming to figure the size after washing/drying. Most sheets have a tag to designate size.

  Linen was as I expected. Delivery was east coast to Arizona so took a bit to get here. Packing boxes, cardboard, was not good. More than a few boxes torn, coming apart by the time they got to me. I've used Direct twice and will continue to do so.

  I ordered the Brampton Spa Blue towels but they are not blue. They are green. Also the tag does not say Brampton on it. The tag reads Classic Turkish Towels. I think they’re a knock off.

  I found Direct Textiles store to be the perfect shop for long lab coats. I had been looking at many uniform web sites and could not find lab coats that met OSHA standards until I went to Direct Textiles. Their web site is easy to navigate. Their products are first rate, withstanding daily wear & holding their color through multiple washings with bleach (as my profession mandates). & reasonably priced! Direct Textiles were quick with deliveries. Every time I have ordered from them I have received my order with in a week. I will order from them again & happily steer others towards their products!

  I use the cotton flannel baby blankets in my puppy nursery. I send one home with each pup. They are good quality and last a long time. The price is also reasonable.
