  I love my new shower curtain, I should have ordered an extra liner but no worries. My only concern was that I did not receive an email when the order was delivered so I contacted the customer service department to find out why I didn't have it yet. Part of the issue was that I had it delivered to the home I was not yet occupying. I would definitely order again.

  Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Direct Textile. I ordered a bedspread through the website, but when the shipping update said delivered, the package was nowhere to be found. The shipping company was of no help when I reached out to them. After I reached out to Direct Textile about my missing order, they resent it right away. I appreciated the pretty packaging on my bedspread, and the product itself is good quality as well! I would buy from here again in the future, especially given the low price, good products, and great customer service.

  I ordered 2 Medium Navy smocks, and 1 Large Navy smock. The large smock came is pastel pink, with no easy way for me to reach out to Direct Textile and also I needed it in use right away. I double checked my order, and the mistake was not on my end.

  Delivery was fast and communication was really good through the whole process. I had a pretty big order and part of it was on backorder, when it didn't arrive after the time it said it would, I inquired about it and they immediately sent me the items and apologized for the delay. I ordered tons of towels and they are all still very soft and fluffy. Will definitely continue to buy.

  It was fairly easy to navigate the sight. I wish the photos were better. Three of the six towels I ordered are of such low quality. They aren't absorbent whatsoever and one is already falling apart after two washings.
