  My rating is not too good. It takes hours to speak with someone concerning your order. Once you are fortunate enough to get someone on the phone, they are very limited in what they can tell you concerning your order. The website was not helpful either.

  Easy site to use, and quality products at a good price. I'd give it 5 stars except I did not receive part of my order way back last year and didn't notice it until it was way too late to ask them to do anything (the house construction took 9 mo longer than expected so I left the boxes in storage unopened - my bad, I should have checked that it was all there). Also, they have done away with the ability to buy 12 on almost every item - and I had ordered 24 of the missing hand towels. In order to get the exact Crown brand to match the bath towels and washclothes that were in the original order, I would have had to order a case of 144. That's why I bought 24 of Oxford Bellezza Towels in this order.

  I use these in medium weight for Swedish weaving. They have about half the loop count of the bolts you buy yard goods off at craft stores but they do work. These are not hemmed with the care you desire for gifting BUT you can fix that as a step in your project. Secondly, these are an extraordinarly cost affective solution to the increasingly scarce bolt of Hucks cloth. As a kitchen towel, they work perfectly. As the loop is looser, you may want to use a #5 cotton Perle thread. DMC is colorfast like their embroidery floss and you don't have to separate and retwist it. Love this. A real nerve tonic. Thanks for allowing crafters to purchase here. Love! Recommend, YES!

  Direct textiles website is easy to navigate, their prices are extremely reasonable, and the quality of product is better than expected for the price. The shipping took a little while but it did arrive exactly when they said it would. I placed a second order shortly after the first. One of the items was on backorder so they emailed me directly offering many options. I made my choices and immediately had results. Great customer service! Very very happy!

  I needed towels that could be sewn together to make covers for a friends pontoon boat. I needed a large number of the same color so Direct fit the bill. I was able to get 24 at a great price. They were delivered quickly. I washed them and there was a lot of lint, but the towels still seem to be soft and a good weight.
