Verified reviewYou have a lot of choices when it comes to where to buy an electric motor. I chose CSH because of their people. I had checked with other places for the same or comparable product, some were cheaper and some more expensive, but none of them as helpful as the lady I was luckily connected with from CSH. She discovered the website images were incorrect and some information was lacking. She asked to call me back. In today’s world I figured that would be the last time i heard from her. A couple hours later she contacted me with everything I was looking for. What she did was more than excellent customer service, she won a customer for life. My mistake is that i didn’t get her name to make public mention of it here. But to the lady in Tennessee who served me, thank you. Your customer service efforts will bring me back the next time I need an electric motor.
