Verified reviewI spoke directly with Debbie from Tennessee. She was very helpful in determining the correct compressor. She also assisted in expedition of my order and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the compressor on my unit wasn't the issue. I called about getting a refund and Debbie to rescue!! She got a hold of a tech support staff went over all the details I provided and was able to return the compressor for a refund. Thanks Debbie, you definitely made my first transaction with this company a pleasant experience. Will definitely call back and recommend to others...just ask for Debbie!! 😁
