  I was looking for a pair of Vortex binoculars that sold out from other camera stores. Willoughby's had the binoculars available. Communications were excellent, sending email notifications at every step of the process. The binoculars arrived just as promised. I couldn't be happier.

  When I bought a Canon EOS R7 camera, John made sure that the process was simple and easy. The camera was delivered in good condition, well-packed and earlier than expected. Cannot fault the service, communication was exceptional and the delivery was fast too - ordered on Wednesday afternoon and the package arrived on Friday with tracking information via emails.   Brilliant customer service Sent these guys a series of questions over email about some photographic kit that I wanted to buy, to ask their advice. They were absolutely first class, couldn't do enough to help, got back to me promptly with the information that I needed and were super-friendly when doing so. I absolutely will be using them again.
