  I ordered my Canon Speedlite flash on Tuesday and it was delivered on Friday by UPS so I had a two hour window. I would have received it on Thursday but I was working and it was easy to change the day. The flash was well packaged and I am very pleased with the service I received. I will definitely use this company again.

  After placing my order, I received my package within 2 days. On the day I was to receive it, I got both a text and email telling me the expected delivery time, and it was delivered within that specified time too. This is a nice touch of customer service which I really liked. If I was to buy anything again from Willoughby's, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

  I was struggling on what Monopod to buy. Phoned them up and they gave me loads of advise without trying to sell me things outside my budget.10 mins later rang me back with good info. product ordered and was 3 to 5 working day delivery but was here 2 days later.   After searching the internet for quite a while I found Willoughby's camera to be the cheapest for my Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 lens and free delivery as a bonus. I placed my order late Sunday afternoon and received a confirmation e-mail straight away. First thing Monday morning I received my invoice and confirmation of order being dispatched, Monday evening received e-mail confirming delivery next day and Tuesday morning received an e-mail informing me that my order would be delivered by FedEx, will defiantly use again.
