  I purchased this Polsen PL-5 mic and WindTech TC-5 tie clips set at a steal price! Get great audio for a good price with these mics and they are extremely easy to conceal. I use them with the RODE and they are a perfect combo.

  I bought a brand new Canon 5D Mark IV with Canon Log immediately after its release. Excellent service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.   Successfully ordered Nikon 10x42 Monarch 7 online at willoughbys.com. Great binoculars, optics are really good. Perhaps not the quality of a $1000 pair but these are nice and light and good quality for the price.

  I needed an Astrodon L2P filter to enhance contrast of astronomical objects in Manhattan... Rachel Goodwin was there to help! There aren't many telescope/astro-imaging camera stores in my area (Brooklyn) and I needed to boost detail and vividness, the filter excludes much of the light pollution in murky depths of the skies. Anyways Rachel helped me out and got what I needed... Support local business's. I'd rather buy from them than online. Much more trustworthy.

  I am very satisfied with Samyang 14mm F/2.8 lens. I needed this lens to make the images appear fish-eyed at all. I shoot real estate pictures and my old wide angle was too fish-eyed to produce high quality pictures for my clients. It is amazing that in recent years the lens manufacturers from Asia start offering high-quality products at very affordable prices. My experience is mostly with Matterport, but now I think Samyang is also bringing excellent lenses. Thanks to Willoughby's Cameras we have reached many new and interesting products. Before the purchase, I had a conversation with one of their consultants and I was pleasantly surprised by his ken in real estate photography.

  Our association wanted to know whether your store sells AstroScope 75mm f/1.8 lens for night vision photo/video converter adapters. The lady was rude and she had no knowledge of these adapters, lenses or mounting adapters. I only give three stars because of the manager who moved with speed to refer me to another shop in New York. This defused a tense situation timely.

  Today I visited an was very happy with the outstanding manner I was treated. I was assisted by Greg. He sold me a used Sinar P 4x5 View Camera with no problem.   Willoughby's Camera is the place one can get flawless customer service. Recently purchased a Canon 700D. After spending chunks of time at Willoughby's Camera, I returned a week later to buy the lens from Rachel, one of the staff. She answered every question in detail on both visits, helping me decide which camera might be best for me. Customer Service like the kind I received made me return to Willoughby's to make the purchase. I will continue to shop at Willoughby's for ALL photography needs, and would recommend them to any enthusiast, newbie or professional.

  I needed a 20x Fujinon ENG Zoom lens to give my 2/3" format camera a wide to super telephoto angle-of-view. I was looking around at camera shops and I found Willoughby's Cameras. They have a vast collection of pro camcorders. The store had what I needed and they gave me a good price on it as well! Rachel was the person who helped me. She did an excellent job answering all my questions, and was very helpful and not pushy at all. I will do business with them again! This company also sells used equipment and they have a fantastic showroom!

  Xerox WorkCentre 6515/DNI all-in-one color laser printer! I was impressed enough that I bought it for my firm and personnel use and I have purchased this printer for three offices I manage. It has performed very well in a fast-paced office environment under constant usage and beatings! The print quality, speed, and ease of use is very good and the colors are great for design and architectural drawings. It does not do photo quality as bright as the ink jet printers but that is not what this printer was intended for. I'm also very happy at with how far the laser cartridges last compared to the old printer we had before. I would recommend this company for office printers.

  Bought GoPro Dual unit to charge GoPro max batteries. Just carefully engage when inserting, it's kind of a insert, engage, tilt. The MAX battery of course will stick out, I wouldn't recommend that on the go.

  This Wooden Camera LCD/EVF Cable for RED DSMC/DSMC2 Cameras is a solid piece of peripheral, better than RED's own legacy cords. Lightweight and flexible. Great for gimbal work! I use it 99% of all my RED use. Use on a RED Helium with 7 pro ultrabright with zero issues after 3 months of use. I do recommend Willoughby's Camera Emporium camcorders & cine camera components such as cables.

  After doing a lot of browsing on the web and generally confusing myself - thought I would go down to Willoughby's and see if they could help - well having not really wanted to purchase anything on the spot but just pick the guys tips, I left fully kitted up - I even bought a Marc Bailey Photography The Hand Stand and I feel safe that If I do have any issues I could bring it straight back and get it sorted!   As of a tourist and i visit the US like once in three months i would say some item are cheaper than the other shop in Manchester and some are not so better you check the price of all the dive shop in New York online before you go but most importance i found Willoughby's Cameras are better at customer service and they give you a state tax form that is way too complicated to get your money back.

  The Canon EDC-10 sling backpack is extremely useful, fitting, and looks great. It is minimalist and quick to carry and take out my camera, lenses, and accessories while not encumbering my back. This sling is very ergonomic and is easy to access while wearing, unlike many other slings which tend hang awkwardly. The pockets are intuitively positioned and hold quite a bit without feeling bulky. Fits exactly my needs as a wildlife/birding photographer. Saves my back from the heavy lifting of a fully equipped sling.

  Had a great experience shopping here today. Have been looking for a Horseman Rodagon 105mm f/5.6 Lens for VCC Pro and found a great quality and condition used one here.   Spacious electronics superstore features cameras, photography supplies & gear, plus film processing. This is truly a photographer's heaven. The staff really know their stuff and give you the time to help you and are never in a rush. They care about selling bit seems like a secondary purpose.   Did a click &NYC express pickup. Very delighted with the service. Confirmation message next day telling me it was ready. 36 hours to pick it up. As if I could wait that long. Run by a family managerial team that's knowledgeable and dynamic. The chap knew exactly what he was doing. Really efficient service. I would really recommend this reasonably priced , super efficient business.

  Silvio is very pleasant, knowledgeable and thoughtful. My partner and I went to inquire about how a 360VR camera and he spent more than an hour explaining and teaching us about the different applications, 360 VR popular brands and other gear. He even took the time to take 180 degrees video. He is definitely a great asset to the company and made our first interaction with Willoughby's Camera a reliable and informative one. We are definitely going to buy our supplies from them.

  I absolutely love this BlackMagic Film/Music Video Production Starter Kit . Very easy to use and picture quality is excellent. I use the Rokinon prime lenses and they are doing great. The video is crystal clear and editing on post is a breeze. I have taken pictures with the camera and they come out well not the best but good. the unique feature is in the video. I highly recommend the kit.

  I bought this Tamron 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III RXD at Willoughby's for moon shots with an A6300. I was able to capture vivid Saturn rings and Jupiter conjunction in January 2021 and got a shot with four of Jupiter's Galilean moons conspicuously. Our moon is much closer so great shots should be had. If you pair this with your A6300, you can definitely get very scintillating lunar shoots provided you have a sturdy tripod!

  The Panasonic AG-AC30 is a decent compact camcorder for its price. I have used this camcorder for almost 2 months now and I can tell you that unless you don't like small camcorders, this is a perfect option. It has reliable autofocus, a nice zoom range and a quality feel to it. The AG-AC30 preforms perfect for us. The new technology for the gain works very well keeping the lighting consistent when zooming X20 in a hurry for a jubilation.

  This place is really nice. I went in on a whim and found a huge selection of nice cameras, especially Nikon. All different brands to spice variety. The place is very neat and clean although it is steeped in Victorian New York architecture as it should be. The staff was kind and helpful and not intrusive while I was testing some lenses. Definitely a place to check out if you're a photographer. They have really nice stuff there.

  I've ordered MANY cameras from Willoughby's Cameras and have been blown away with the results. All the staff are brilliant - friendly, professional and talented. My latest one was a X100V with Zhiyun-Tech CRANE-M2 3-Axis Handheld Gimbal. I wanted a more portable, street shooter type camera and almost took advantage of an incredible deal on the X100F. The X100V is very solid, and seems much more solid to me than the X100F that I've handled. The viewfinder is also wonderful. I am thoroughly impressed with it. It's my regular port of call whenever I need professional help from a great photographer. Easy to get to and easy to park, plus great results.

  I've been in many places in the heart of New York, and I have to say Willoughby's Camera is the only place I trust my pro camcorders, including Sony, BlackMagic & Canon.I am a wedding videographer and use multi cameras to capture wedding ceremonies, we're pleased with the Canon XC10 4K quality for live streaming. The guys are professional, punctual and they always do an immaculate job, I truly recommend it to professionals that need prosumer camcorders. No matter how far I move this will be my place for my camcorders always.

  A renowned store for Multimedia projector lenses, lens accessories, cards & modules, projector filters, and wireless presentation components. It was the place where I found the standard zoom lens for Canon LX-MU700. (Canon LX-IL03ST 1.73 to 2.27:1). A high level of interest, enthusiasm and attention to detail is definitely what sets these guys apart from others I have used in the past.

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff provide a great service for a reasonable price. When I first took in my Nikon Z 6II for repair, they were able to immediately identify the faults and recommend the course of action to fix it while explaining to me exactly what they were going to do. Upon getting the camera back, it shoots better than it did coming out of the shop I first purchased it from. Highly recommended.

  Mecca for SLR Lenses, Mirrorless lenses, Cine Lenses & Lens Accessories. I purchased a Rokinon 12mm f/2.0 NCS CS for Sony A7II online. I intended to use it for landscapes and astrophotography but I'm disappointed because the lens can hardly be used wide open. I guess the lens is more suited for an APS-C sensor systems such as the a6000. I'm planning on selling it. According to the manufacturer the Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 should work better on a full-frame such as the A7ii.

  This Novoflex mini-tool with multi-functions is great but needs some improvements. well made, however it is heavy compare to its hardness, and may add some key ring or something. it is really easy to loose when working on the outdoors or on landscapes.

  Found about these guys from a friend. Have plenty Dslr cmaers, visited for more than 25 years, do sensor cleaning mainly by staffers, I know what I am talking about. Excellent solutions and options for 3 of my Nikon D's needing repairs, fairly priced and most of all...Great job!!! Strongly recommended. Trusting your expensive for repairs always feel like a stab in the back, these guys are so trustworthy and reliable, they make you feel your pride and establishmenent is tried & tested by local photographers!

  They first shipped my Canon EOS R6 with 24-105mm f/4L Lens. Yesterday I rushed back to grab a Canon's (Speedlite 600EX II-RT or similar) flash red AF assist beam, it works great Event photography, low light situation. Without PC port, Pro Wedding photographers that use remote room lights have a flash on camera with a radio trigger plugged in the PC port should go for the R5. Excellent, upbeat, enjoyable experience identifying what needs done to my R6. Trustworthy and knowledgeable staff.

  Picked up a Used Fuji DL-80N / DL-75R a couple of weeks ago now, after Willoughby's Lead Optics Engineer gave it a full refurbishment/ reconstruction and it's incredible! This camera was bought back in '94, gigged to death for nearly 20 years then put into storage and Willoughby's have brought it back to life, can't thank them enough. Superb service, exceptional quality of work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  I bought a Leica T-Snap for Leica T Camera to shield the body's front and edges. It arrived very quickly, the build quality is top notch quality and performs flawlessly. I rang up with an enquiry and spoke to Willoughby's as I had some questions I had about the possibility of I just think it is very odd that in order to remove the battery or memory card....you must detach the T-Snap. Silvio was very informative and really nice to deal with. I would recommend this companies product to anyone. Top Marks in my books

  This Viltrox EF-FX2 lens mount adapter improves the center sharpness. It is OK for portrait and FHD videos, but not for landscape photography. However, it's prone to battery drainage, the camera body and adapter run red hot.

  This place is fantastic. The staff really know their craft and are great guys. The prices are fair and they don't try to talk you into extra work (quite the opposite, in fact), the work is top notch, but most importantly - they take the time to understand what you want When I called WCE, I spoke to Greg who very clearly understood what I needed and what I didn't want. When I bought Sony All-in-One PXW-Z280 Transport Kit, Greg was patient, kind and talked me through everything. The deal was completed early and to an impeccable standard.   Have spent many thousands of dollars over the last 5-10 years at Willoughby's Camera Emporium, with Rachel in the Pro Video Department mostly. Always bought the right camera and never been disappointed with the in store service of any of the purchases i've made. The choice is exceptional and the atmosphere in the shop is relaxed no pressure, have spent many hours checking out gear and is a good place to kill a couple of hours on a Saturday morning. Is my go to shop for anything camcorders, cinema cameras or PTZ/POV, would be lost without it. Keep up the good work. Debbie McNee.

  Bought an ARKON Remarkable Creators stand is sturdily built, durable and versatile for video presentations. It is adjustable at every possible angle you might need. Great for food photography and recipe cooking ! I use it to record my cuisines while using my iPad to pore over the recipe I'm using. Great combo, nice weight and feel to it

  First-rate photography shop, really helpful staff, loads of high-quality gear, I went there other day, looked at the bags and hard cases, was great, I'll go back soon when I've saved up for some new gear.   Massive thank you to the Willoughby's Cams store in particular Greg and Silvio. Silvio sorted me out with a Nikon Z 5 with 24-50mm and I'm happy to say its my favorite purchase to date. Secondly, thanks to Silvio for getting hold of Venus Optics Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5X Ultra macro lens and Tiffen 52mm UV for me a lot earlier than expected, both items are built like tanks and work perfectly!

  Rachel in the audio department was extremely helpful.   Solid service from Silvio Cruz- I stepped in simply to pick up in online order and he was able to work down an amazing deal on a Hitachi Z-HD5000 HDTV Camera and Canon KJ22ex7.6B IRSD 2/3". We worked out some tight numbers which I'm sure his manager had tough time agreeing to. As I was a broadcaster for years in the American media, I can confirm he was very experienced and professional - this is an industry which requires face-to-face commerce. Hardworking dude for sure!

  After three days of shooting with the the X-T30, I must say this is a potent powerhouse for awesome photos and a suite of powerful features enclosed in an ultra-lightweight and compact body. I shoot anything from landscape to portraits to small events to even large weddings. I completely love it and it is so easy to use as all the dials are right in front of you so adjusting settings is so quick. Silvio Cruz helped us in Buying the Product.   Purchased a number of items from this location including a NIKON Df.   I am a perennial Nikon user went from D70, D5600, D7500 so I knew what the build quality was and the D610 is captivating when it comes as an improvement from the DX bodies.   A paradise of analog photography , The selection of cameras is just great , there is something for every taste . ****** is a real expert in his field , they give excellent advice and always get very fair prices . The goods are described honestly and about age-related mistakes is openly spoken . Here you do not buy the pig in a poke . A good selection of films ( Ilford , Kodak , darkroom chemistry ) is always in the fridge . All in all a super shop .
