  Upgraded from OM-D E-M10 to OM-D E-M5 Mark II, it's perfect for landscape as well as portrait photography. The staff are photographers themselves and every time I have been in they have been nothing but helpful and informative. Exceptional auto focus and is so light, I was stunned. Love the menu options that allow for more creativity in camera! Great camera!. The time before that they did an amazing job servicing my lens and gave me tips on how to keep it clean and healthy. Can't recommend this place enough, friendly, helpful and professional staff every single visit.

  I bought a Celestron Ultima 80 to look over from an island with a cruise ship. It doesn't remain mechanically stable and quite honestly it seriously needs a very very sturdy tripod, possibly one that's in the ground embedded it in.

  Amazing price on Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens. Found the price on Google, rang the store, answered immediately, Jimmy answered he was super informative and helpful, offered to reserve the lens and for us and come and view the display model. Gave technical info. Smooth sale and help out to set up with my camera. Would thoroughly recommend!

  I came to upgrade Scarlet-W, Willoughby's Cameras is an authorized dealer and went beyond to pull it off. They've every RED camera in the market. Silvio assisted me, RED does provide a discount towards their emergent tech from older models. Currently, almost all DSMC brains have an upgrade leeway to their latest DSMC2 line up. My Scarlet could be upgraded to any of the new DSMC2 cameras. Call or Live Chat your trade in options that can be found here. Very pleased with this experience and would highly recommend WCE and RED DIGITAL.😀

  After visiting several photography retail outlets and getting bamboozled with tech jargon it was incredibly refreshing to have answers to questions in plain English. The owner Greg Mitchell was very helpful providing advice with regards to which tripod unit suited my exact requirements and not just trying to up sell like some of the other stores I had visited did. Great customer service. I would highly recommend WCE.

  A very pleasant experience. Greg, Jimmy and Silvio were very very helpful. Greg went beyond his duty and repackaged my equipment in bubble wrap to fit it in to my car. In terms of wheelchair-friendliness; they have an entrance at the rear of the store with a spacious parking area and there was enough space around the store for me to snake through easily.

  Visited Willoughby's Cameras today to source Zenmuse X7 Gimbal & 16mm/2.8 ASPH ND Lens for my DJI Inspire 2 after I crashed it. The guys there didn’t have the parts on the shelf but they did remove them off a demo model and gave them to me. They have a huge range of standard and aftermarket parts and knowledge on all prosumer drones. I highly recommend WCE and will be returning when needed. Thanks guys.

  Willoughby's Camera Emporium is a great place to get PTZ, controllers, components and NDI encoders. Their selection straddles signal processing, video switchers, distribution and capture devices and the staff is very nice and professional. The staff is very knowledgeable As well. They have answered my many questions. The retail store has a good variety of products and reasonable prices. If you are new to the PTZ world I highly recommend ultimate live streaming cameras with a staff member. It’s informative and lots of fun. Highly recommended.

  There’s a reason why these guys have such a high rating. I emailed them asking to verify they had stock available for a product I have been desperately searching for. Within minutes, I had a response from Greg confirming that they did indeed have stock. Ordered the product immediately and even got a thank you email shortly after, letting me know they would put it in the post the following day. This is next-level customer experience right here.   Willoughby's Cameras is well-loaded with Underwater & special-applications filters. Bought a Ikelite External Color Filter two months ago. It's very useful to me because it helps bring out colors lost in the verdant tinged water. I mainly use it while taking video since I don't have an external flash (the filter covers part of the built-in flash on my P&S camera making it impossible to get a good picture with the flash on). I use it on the Ikelite case for the Canon 5D Mark IV.

  I looked at many of the camera microphones of affordable class DSLR video microphones at WCE and this Tascam TM-2X piqued my sound quality interest for me. I have used it for a church service on Sundays now and am very pleased with the performance and ease of use. Nice quality sound with easy controls to moderate sound. Very pleased with this microphone!

  Anyway I have no complaints on buying this Canon XC10 camera here, the 4k footage with this camera is absolutely awesome, as is the HD footage. The look and feel of the cameras is of premium quality. So if you want a compact, lightweight 4k camera I would recommend it 100%. Also just keep in mind that when you purchase an extra battery and or charger buy Canon original brand and NOT aftermarket. This is a superb little camera that captures amazing 4k footage and has far more additional features than any other camera at this price.

  I took the Real-world training on RED cameras and equipment. Explored RED's modular camera system and groundbreaking image quality. I was impressed with the level of instruction and the professionalism of the staff. Good place for novices who want to learn the basics, those looking for RED'S UNPARALLELED IMAGE QUALITY, or more advanced cinematographers as well. I look forward to taking more courses there.   This Lensbaby Sol 45mm f/3.5 lacks the interconnectivity lattice required for my camera to detect it. It, however, works as anticipated, with Canon EOS R, if you turn on camera menu item Release shutter w/o lens. The lens generates interesting results. Unfortunately, Canon EOS RP does not have menu console to turn on release shutter devoid of lens. Attaching this lensbaby on EOS RP, freezes the EOS RP shutter.

  Bought this TV for my mom's new house. It was the perfect size and look. Picture is awesome, setup was straightforward, home screen personalization easy to manage and lets you hide things you don't plan to use so they don't clutter up the screen. No issues with my sluggish rural internet connectivity!

  Ordered a Samsung TU7000 50 TV. Great TV!! I love the clarity of the picture on my new TV. I had purchased a another brand & was not happy with it. I cant believe the difference in the quality of the picture. Samsung is the BEST!

  Great state-of-the art Professional Cinema Drones with superb aerial lenses selection. Staff are always cordial and willing to help. Also plenty of options in their quadcopters to borrow so you can try out a drone before purchasing. They allow a limited amount of time so you can test-fly a bird but it's worth it for such a well-equipped place. Membership loyalty discounts/savings/shop prices are super reasonable, too.

  I am an experienced photography. The D780 is a solid camera and a great bang for the price. This is a really great DSLR! I'm still very much in the fledgling phase, but I'm already getting great images with this camera. This camera takes great pictures every time. I haven't had a bad one yet. My old D7200 is put to mothballs. I love this camera! Willoughby's Camera was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me decide what the right choices for me were.   WCE is a prosumer source for SDHC / SDXC, Micro SD, CFast, CFexpress, and CompactFlash. I recently purchased a SanDisk Extreme Pro from Willoughby's Cameras and using it for 4K video and it handles everything I've given it superbly! It's fast, reliable, and not a bad price at all for what it is.

  A wonderful camera store. Very well thought out guidance on buying a Pentax K-1 MK II.It's beautifully built & finished.Although two-years into this store, it is still one of the best retailers in photography. Combined the camera with the Silver Edition HD PENTAX-D FA* 50mm f/1.4 this is the best value for my purposes.Also, the Pentax/Ricoh boutique within Willoughby's Cameras always go out of their way assisting or answering tech questions. The heft of this camera actually help's me take improved shot's. If you are on-the-fence on DSLRs I say Go For Willoughby's Cameras!

  The Canon C500 Mark II has Anamorphic shooting modes and offers de-squeeze for monitoring as we anticipated. Like most other cameras, the user will have to de-squeeze the footage in post. The 12G-SDI and HDMI Ports can output at same time. They also gave us a very good deal and threw a couple of extras in when we bought our cam. Definitely a place worth checking out for anyone interested in anamorphic cine equipment.

  I purchased this Rokinon 14mm T3.1 I to use with the Bmpcc 6k . I'm all around surprised at the price: quality ratio for this lens. Look forward to using it for years to come. I am blown away by the sharpness and color rendition of this ultra-wide angle 14mm DS lens. Willoughby's Cameras delivered this in just over a day. Even though I live in NYC I love ordering from them. They are amazing and their prices can't be beat.

  I love my new Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR Camera with 18-55mm and 75-300mm lenses deluxe kit. Transiting from film into to the digital age, it a whole fresh world!   WCE Is my go to store. Cheaper than Amazon, free delivery and NO STATE TAX. When I order anything from Amazon the sale taxes is always spurious of how and how they crunch those numbers. WCE - FLAWLESS! NO FUSS. I've been using WCE for over a year and they are consistently a cut above the rest to or Incomparable to anyone! I've never had a problem with anything bough from them. As of this date I think I have spent about 5 grand with WCE. My camera stores close by don't even come close to the service and price of WCE.

  For all of my sports photography needs and most of my home entertainment & outdoor projector needs, Willoughby's Cameras is my go-to online store. I prefer to take my business to them instead of some other online behemoth enterprise, because I know they will answer their customer service and are happy to help with product recommendations and trouble-shooting.   I enjoy shopping at Willoughby's Cameras I am glad I saw one of your macro photography tutorials a while back online. I have been shopping more at WCE and getting away from Amazon because I can upgrade shipping options. Amazon uses the USPS which is absolutely worthless where I live as they decline to deploy any package that does not fit in a parcel. I would rather wait in line for a company that ships any goods 200 miles away or transnational and it also forces me to stick with specialist. I like WCE customer service folks too, they have been very helpful.

  Have used this Manfrotto 234RC Tilt Head for Monopods two weeks now. It works ok after you get acclimatized to the locking system, but for speed in a flash if you want an on-the-go unit to get a shot it might make you wish you got the Oben swivel head.

  I've been a WCE customer for almost 20 years. I still shop other locations but find price at WCE is competitive but service & web site is way ahead of it's time. Also, no covert terms fees like you experience with Amazon & Adorama.

Their prices are by far the most competitive and have an awesome range of products in stock.   Staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and zero pressure. Serious photography is a male dominated hobby. I'm among the few women made of steel, I have been in many stores where I have felt that there's a deep-rooted misogyny. This is NOT the case with Willoughby's Cameras - they treat everyone with respect and warmth. Selection is massive and prices are very fair.

  Very excellent customer service with a smile over the phone. Was informed once they received my order with a big thank you for placing the order. Was phoned again when the order was being sent. They also provided me with a tracking number and very prompt deployment service. I also found them to have very competitive prices. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.   Hands down, best camera store in NYC and my newly-found camera store! My lens needed to be swapped and I emailed a few places to find a replacement. Willoughby's Cameras was significantly cheaper. I wanted to confirm stock before driving 49 miles to the store. They answered promptly and were able to help me out. Since I was driving down (on hands free) they went ahead and got me into the system and had my invoice sent before I even got there. Two genuinely nice guys with photography knowledge who are willing to have a conversation! The art of communication seems to be lost on bigger chain stores. Well done guys, you have a customer for as long as I’m into photography!

  I love their selected medium format lenses. Ordered a Fujifilm GF 32-64mm f/4 R LM WR lens in a no fuss process. This is the lens that consumates my X100F. Super sharp, wonderful build quality, and excellent bokeh. Add the store allows you the opportunity to feel and test. Its big, but it feels just portable enough.   I called before visiting to the store to ascertain they had what I sought. I honestly cant believe the quality of this Samsung The Terrace LST7T 75" TV. I know it is still uncharted but I have had it for a few weeks and cant believe how great the picture is outside. Even in sunlight the quality is better than I could ever imagine. The fact that it is a smart TV makes it a breeze to control. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an outdoor TV.

  I was so blown away by the quality of service, knowledge and honest nature of the gentleman who served me and the gear choice that was offered, that I was grateful to give him my hard earned cash after testing the lenses to see if they wanted to belong to me!   I have an SL2 for landscape work but I was considering adding Leica SL2-S for astrophotography. Got it from Willoughby's Camera after a week's wait, hence minus one star. This camera has been excellent for shooting a star scapes or the Milky Way due to its high sensitivity. It will perform very well for astrophotography due to the brand new 24MP BSI sensor that gives it improved low light performance. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! The staff are incredibly helpful, personable and made the whole experience of buying camera equipment for myself and my son really enjoyable.

  I used this JVC HM170UA for permanent setup in a church. This camera is solid. Simple to use, and great quality in all lighting conditions. I can say from over 6 years experience with dealing with this shop they have never been anything but friendly and helpful! The staff do their up-most to not only help and advise on the best product to suit your need but also suggest alternate items to suit your budget.   They will sell a dirty cheap Magnus VT-4000 as a high-end with hidden defects. I use this project as a videographer for a wedding. I enjoy the mechanical stability and ability to level and adjust the camera in several dimensions. I think the head is a little sticky and isn't particularly slick. The adjusters on the head are pretty much tight/loose - not a lot of mid-ground to get the amount of pressure you might want in your head action.

  Last purchase at this store was a disappointment. The Canon Gadget Bag 10EG is not fully able to accommodate my 80D 17-85mm lens, 70-200mm lens and accessories in it. I don't envision it being a companion for long distance travel or city explorers. It's a good bag that can hold a portion of your arsenal, and be lighter for it, but it won't hold as much as it's touted.

  Was on vacation with my family in Manhattan and called in to Willoughby's Camera Emporium for the day, spoke to Silvio Cruz about lenses for an a7 iii, he suggested looking at the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. On his suggestion I purchased it. What a fantastic buy, used it for the rest of the week with great success, some awesome pics and since used for a couple of shoots back in Miami, FL great lens.   I purchased this LG CXPUA 77" Smart OLED TV for my PS5 and an gaming rig. The crystal-clear picture and the low refresh rate have actually enhanced my rating in Asphalt Legends and other games.
