  This 75 inch Q900T was a birthday present I bought for my daughter! The picture clarity is amazing, kids love the smart hub having access to my favorite streaming apps at the touch of a button. Playing with her gaming systems with this TV is awesome. Every color and detail is amazing. Once you turn on television you're in a whole new universe. Thank you I just wish it upscaled streaming content as well.

  Don't like this Tiffen UV Haze 1 Filter. The filter fits snugly but it bounces off light. No light transmission rate is given in description so I'm returning to get more expensive hopefully better ones.

  They had a Tokina opera 16-28mm on sale recently when nobody else had it at a discount. Saw the stock plunging close to zero and paid on the nail. No returns or exchanges due to the sale, but was extremely happy with the lens!

  Very Helpful Customer service. Very kind staff, as usual, with very reasonable prices, solid support and excellent people to help. I ordered a product to Chile, from NY, South America photography products are expensive and hard to get. So I got Willoughby's Cameras as my supply source in wildlife and actually in conferencing supplies. I always got very quick attention and a very wide range of chances form beginner to very top-end camera systems, so I was able to get what make more sense for me, with easy and quite fast.

  This place has a very educated and knowledgeable team of sales reps, and is always thoroughly run! Silvio especially (every time I have been served by him) has always gone above and beyond with ensuring I am satisfied. He even went out of his way to allow for me to speak to a Olympus rep. regarding using my new potential camera. He mad my experience absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.

  Went in there today and was politely greeted by staff member behind the counter. Store is big, clean, organized and spacious and has lots of camera gear. However I was completely ignored for about 10 minutes while I was in pacing back and forth waiting for staff to help me. It wasn't that busy inside so not sure why no one was helping. I was expecting to get some advice since I am new to photography and read a lot of positive reviews online. Not sure if I will return.

  We went to the Willoughby's Cameras location to possibly buy a new marine binoculars. We are beginners but Jimmy made it very easy to understand and was extremely knowledgeable. We bought a Fujinon 7x50 FMTRC-SX Polaris and are very pleased with it. We will definitely be going back as the service was excellent! Thanks Jimmy.   This Celestron PowerSeeker 70EQ is perfect for a beginner's day and night terrestrial views. Not super complicated to set up, great price, and amazing views. Im not usually one to read instruction manuals but I took at YouTube at this one and it explains all the parts and how to use them really well. Better than most refractory telescopes out their for the money. Service is great with WCE. Thank You. Would recommend for astrophotography optics!

  This EOS-1D X Mark II camera is AMAZING for sports photography! It captures low light action incredibly well. It is now my go-to camera over my Nikon DSLR. It is a bit heavy but I don't mind at all. The price is the only downside of this beast. I would highly recommend this store for any photography enthusiast.

  I've be evaluating the purchase of a Fuji GFX100 since launch. I found the information on Willoughby's Cameras website to be extremely well structured... answered all of my questions. More importantly Willoughby's had real time predictions to coming stock and could project availability. And the real value is that Willoughby's Cameras could ship this hard to find camera when no one else could. I have made a number of purchases from Greg and they have always been there for support ... and by phone if necessary. I would only trust make the purchase of a brand new line of camera from someone like Greg at Willoughby's Camera.

  Rented a Leica M10 Monochrom for the weekend and had no problems. The camera was in good conditions and worked perfectly. Also during pick-up and camera delivery, the staff was always helpful and very friendly with little waiting time. Just be aware, that the deposit for renting is 100% the camera value (through cash or credit card).

  Travelled from NJ to visit here for a Leica Vario-Elmarit-SL 24-90mm f/2.8-4 ASPH lens, as there is no shop like this anywhere in the city. Paid $75 for the train tickets & worth every penny. Staff was as helpful in person as he was on the phone. Was happy to let me try many lenses outside the shop, with or without a tripod so I could compare each product with the cameras I already have. I left there a very happy customer. Why can't all shops be like this.

  Amazing used gears, fast shipping with tracking, quick response to any query. I bought from WCE 3 times now (happy return customer!) and products come as described (generally better!).   The Sony a7R IV camera is a terrific piece of equipment. It is so features'-rich, and such a joy to use, that I purchased another one for my daughter! I like to always have this camera body with multiple lenses on hand. They have tons of products dealing in all aspects of photography and optics. Definitely worth a visit if you are interested in photography.

  offered through the internet $2,998 for a Sony FE 12-24mm f/2.8 GM lens but was told after examination that it had fungus . Similar results emerged from another mirrorless lens and both meant that no offer was made . Very suspicious because the feedback was made very quickly and they could not show me the fungus and I had to believe what they said which made me think it was an excuse not to buy them. My exchange value therefore was less than I had expected and had travelled some distance for. I did purchase new Pentax camera and lens with no help with discounts on extras and assecories

  I just bought my birding pair of binoculars from them and frankly couldn't have been happier! As I didn't know much about it and wasn't sure about my choice, I contacted them by email. They answered me within an hour, and after exchanging a few emails to patiently and fully answer my questions, I placed an order. The very day of my order, however placed at the end of the day, the package was in transit and 2 days later it was at home in mint condition.   For me absolutely the go-To camera store when it comes to photography. I received excellent advice when buying my semi-pro / prosumer cameras. My petty but bespoke tastes in terms of aesthetics and optics performance were taken absolutely seriously, offered various options (and not automatically only the most expensive), I could try out several cameras, sleep a few nights over it, and am still, 2 years after that first purchase, more than happy with the sweetheart in my possession. Yes, sometimes, just on Saturdays you have to wait, but that's just in a business with advice, especially in this area and the selection, but also normal; I want to have enough time for my questions when it's my turn. Special thanks to Silvio Cruz, competent & friendly does not work!

  I have bought a camera and a lens from the online shop. It is comforting to know that someone knowledgeable has looked over the gear before selling it. The rating system is excellent and matches the mechanical and optical condition of the description on their website. Just note that for old models, you still need to give them a thorough wipe to remove the mock of old age. Only after that, the camera will look mint like stated in the grading system.

  I was looking for a Mamiya Sekor 45mm f/2.8 and found it at Willoughby's Camera Emporium. The price was very fair and the $10 fixed shipping fee in outside the state of New York is great value. The delivery was very quick, the glass was well packaged and the condition was exactly as described if not slightly better than described. I had a follow up technical question that was answered very rapidly and helpfully. Highly recommended!

  In my opinion, this is the best video camera source for superior products. I bought this LUMIX DC-S1H on the spot, it's really easy and fun to use. The picture image quality coming from this camera is sublime. This is an ideal choice for weddings, indie film makers and commercial photography. The camera is rugged, weather sealed and able to resist the moisture and cold. If you're in the market for a professional video camera, look no further. Silvio & Greg can do the job.

  In a nutshell, a professional service that encapsulates the word excellent. Next to Empire State Building, I visited on a Monday evening, found amazingly diverse service point. Personally, I went looking for a camera, quickly found the good service I was looking for. My camera was ordered online and I will pick it up later. The shop had lots of employees, lots of professional photography and video merchandise, and amateurs too. Also, apparently, image rendering services or something more extensive. With the purchase of an SLR camera, I received free access to a course on Greg's introduction to the new camera.

  I was looking for a Leica V-Lux 5 and found it here. Also Leica SF 60 Flash. Both by ordering online. I am putting together a 'wish' list and will make every effort to visit in person. If you are a Leicaphile this is the shop to go to. This is a great travel camera but I carry a water proof bag to protect it from the elements. The staff are extremely helpful and I really must meet them and see the shop. All of which means I will finish up buying much more than my 'wants' list. But, remember , it is Leica and all of us only make this pilgrimage to Mecca once, so indulge yourself. Who needs an excuse to buy and use the best cameras and lenses ever, and still being, produced.

  Having bought goods from Willoughby's Cameras on a couple of occasions now I can confidently say that they are one of the best camera suppliers I have ever dealt with.   I was very impressed with Willoughby's Cameras when I went in this weekend to get my wife her first SLR camera. Rachel and the staff were fantastic explaining everything to the last detail. We are thrilled with the camera that had it's first outing today to Kingsmill Resort. The price was very competitive too. 5 star service all round.

  Fantastic service. Ordered a Sony PXW-X320-a high-performance SxS memory camcorder which inherits field-proven operability from the reputable PMW-320. Although it was not necessary as they were not a gift, they were delivered next morning (New Year Eve). Absolutely delighted with the camera, which were as good as new at a huge saving on studio turnovers. Willoughby's Cameras will be my number one choice in future for pro video equipment.

  I sought advice by email and as an amateur user was blown away by the customer support and advice I received regarding the type of lenses to use with a Sony a6400.   This place is humongous!!!! Clearly the biggest camera store in this part of New York, and I am not talking about Adoramas and B&H Giants of the United States, this place is just for cameras and accessories nd the collection is massive. I found a pretty good deal for my Sirui tripod as well. Must visit if you are in New York

  Love these guys! They evidently have a penchant for photography and great fountains of knowledge, Rachel especially as she's always helpful with suggestions. Just picked up my new large format lens (which was cheaper than on Adorama!) and they have a range of items I could use to experiment. Ordering was easy and I got a call one it was in stock. Rental prices are competitive too, so great for testing stuff before final purchase. Favorite camera shop in Midtown Manhattan:)

  As Brooklyn residents, we were visiting Manhattan today and called in to Willoughby's Cameras to seek advice about a 13 year old Mamiya camera that has been out of action for a few years. We were not only given advice but a replacement, used my overdrawn Credit Card for free. Thank you Willoughby's Cameras - we are now back home and find that the Smart Card has done the trick.

  Superb variety of cameras (all price ranges), ancillary equipment and rentals service. #1stop for everything photographic, video or audio. Staff are knowledgeable in their subject matter and are polite and friendly to deal with. The shop has convenient parking but is also on main subway routes. It's been in New York for 100 years and hopefully will be around for many more years to come.

  As expected superb service, first time I have shopped here without going to the shop (because of conovid) the online experience was carried out swiftly without any problems.   Lens arrived with a sticky fingerprint on the glass!! The lens arrived and the moment i open the box. It appeared to be an opened box, that's fine. When i examine the front glass, i can clearly see a fingerprint on it. I cleaned it and tested, the lens work as expected. so I didn't submit a complaint.

  I had been looking for this Composer II/Sweet 50 Optic, Willoughby's Cameras were great to work with and made the process hassle-free. They were fast to ship. Manual focus is easier for me on live view on my camera so I can zoom in on screen and nail focus. Really fun tool to own for a different look. The build quality of the lens is great. It is solid. I'm very glad I purchased it!
