  Great Bundle At A Great Value I purchased this Leica C-Lux after several recommendations from Silvio saying it was a good entry to mid-tier camera for video. So far I have been pleased with the quality overall. The bundled Rode mic also offers a good sound alternative when you need to film on the go and of course it never hurts to have a tripod! Willoughby's Cameras has definitely become a top contender to B&H PHOTO when it comes to my photography needs.

My same item sent to me on the state was delayed a week past original promised date. There were three promised delivery dates that were missed.   Nikon Coolpix 950. Really great camera for a newbie. Recommended by a photographer and it does an impressive job, especially on closeups. Only issue: Sometimes poor low light focusing (really could have done with an assist light). But, wonderful Willoughby's Cameras rep helped and got it working. Very great feature! A little cumbersome.

  I bought this Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 lens about three weeks ago based mostly on the recommendations of astrophotographers at Willoughby's Cameras. I use it on my Nikon D5100 and D5300. It is one of the sharpest lenses that I've used for night photography. I have captured splendid astro photos of the Milky way stellar pockets and set it at infinity and f/2.8 and the stars come out as tips. Some of my best photos have been with this lens; highly recommend it.

  This M5 Mark III is a good upgrade from the Mark II. Coupled with the new Olympus 12-45 pro, the combination is perfect. It is a little more sensible to operate and the sensor has higher resolution. The only gripe, the batteries from the Mark II do not fit in this camera, so I had to buy new backup batteries. I am a landscape and street photographer and would not hesitate in recommending this camera store as Authorized Dealer for Olympus cameras. Thanks Willoughby's for the great service

  I've been doing business with Willoughby's Cameras for their competitive prices, friendly sales people and fast service. It was a smooth experience ordering my Sony DSC HX400V camera. I am in awe of the power and image quality this feature-rich Sony bridge camera offers. It does everything I want of an advanced point-and-shoot camera without being overly expensive or bulky, and the incredible zoom range is simply awesome. The on-board array of special-effects filters give the photographer an imaginative edge to tweak images right in the camera instead of later in the computer. I strongly recommend Sony and Willoughby's to anyone looking for a great bridge and a great company to do business with. I will say that I am super pleased. 😀❤

  I purchased a mint condition hardly "used" Leica M-10 monochrome from Willoughby's Camera and found the entire shopping experience to be a total delight. Silvio and his mate are fantastic and very friendly. Of course, they only sell Leica or accessories for a Leica, but everything is top notch. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a Leica!

  If they have something you want at a price you want to pay then yeah, online is fine and delivery is fairly quick. Anything other than that I've found on a number of occasions they're a little lacking. For advice and help B and H photo has better options with more knowledgeable and cheerful staff.

  Great. Thanks Quick delivery from New York with significant savings over the online companies. I've bought a Sony A7riv, Sony 16-35mm GM and Laowa 15mm. All arrived in about 5/6 days and well packaged. I called the office in manhattan to ask about delivery due to Corona virus and chatted about it.... I probably received my A7riv quicker than if I had ordered it in Philadelphia. Thanks guys the camera is great.

  Small little camera store that is an Aladdin's cave of imaging. Occluded by the towering Empire State Building from the outside, but packing in a load of camera purity on the inside. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of second hand gear and lenses as well as their new stock. Also accepts part exchange/trade in's of your old DSLR.

  Bought a lens today as after my Nikkor broke. Was extremely happy with their service! I was in B and H Photo the day before testing out a lens, but was surreptitiously being watched over, which made me very uneasy. The lady at Willoughby's let me experiment out a lens without feeling nervous and also checked if i was okay. I will definitely come back again! :)

  Excellent Service What a breath of fresh air! After years of business with a large chain store' who employed some dirty tricks, I scoured New York and found Willoughby's Cameras. Don't be put of by their long-standing 100-years foothold, the shop has evolved with the industry and diversified their product portfolio. You can spot anything from film to prosumer camcorders. Stock levels are good and I put in a rather large order which they were able to fulfil the very next day, and even after a panic with an extra lens I needed while on the to Shoot Aurora Borealis, the Northern Lights, I called them and Adam reserved my order; and WCE had it there waiting for NYC Express Pickup. I just can't wait to visit the store in person next time I'm in New York; how I wish there was a Delaware branch :)

  I decided that it was time to upgrade my camera transitioning from Olympus to Canon. I was unsure what to do but Greg and Rachel really helped me by answering all my questions that I had. I ended up walking away with a 7D Mark II which I am really happy with! The customer service was excellent and I will definitely be visiting again!   I find Willoughby's Emporium addictive - whilst I am a seasoned as a promotional filmmaker I always enjoy visiting to inhale the camera whiff and drool over the ranks of expensive top-end boxes and cased lenses which require a mortgage. When you enter it is hard to find a reason not to buy. Further, their digital cameras prices are competitive, their used department unparalleled. Long may they continue and, of course, remain independent.

  Purchased both the X1D II 50C and Hasselblad XCD 45mm f/4 P lens reaches the acme of quality and scope for most all of my multiple applications. Ive shot clients for fashion, landscape, architecture, portrait, actually for everything. Thank you, Willoughby's Cameras for this product. The image quality is exceptional.   I've bought numerous bits of kit from Willoughby's Camera Emporium and their descriptions have been spot on. I've also pointed my clients to the site, and they have been pleased too. The warranty is great too. In comparison, prices between Willoughby's Camera and the behemoth online chains always seem the same and sometimes maybe a little inflated on a few items. You can get cheaper kit by online auction, but you don't know if what you are buying on eBay are gray market goods. With Willoughby's Camera and the other large retailers, you know cameras are genuine and the security of the warranty is worth every extra penny. Customer service is spot on too.

  I ordered a Canon EOS 7D Mark II on 17th March and I received them on 10th April. There was a delay due to COVID19 travel restriction problems with UPS. Invoice No. 1897665.   Ordered a Ruggard Hunter 35 DSLR Holster Bag from here as the price was a bit lower than other sites, $39. Delivery to NJ was very fast. As I understand they ship from their warehouse in New York.   I had spotted price difference on website and my payment. Customer service explained, it is because of exchange rate. The item I ordered arrived sooner than I expected and came from New York to Alaska. The money from price difference I received back from them in couple of days. They should add some details regarding this on website. Overall service was very good.

  Recently purchased an M50 mirrorless camera, 50mm lens; branded mount adapter and Canon 15-45mm lens as a bundle deal. Willoughby's Cameras offered great advice over the phone for my requirements, items were the best price I could find and the delivery was very fast.   Purchased a Nikon d780 camera from Willoughby's Cameras aware that it was a family-run company. Arrived on time, purchase price slightly higher than advertised due to exchange rate but still appreciably cheaper than the best on Amazon. Outer wrapping was torn on arrival but camera not affected. Prompt reply from WCE when reported. Very pleased with camera and lack of English instructions not a problem as easy to download and very good tutorials by Graham Houghton on Youtube.

  Ordered a Vello extension tube for my M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO lens. It wasn't available at any ny shop that I could find. I ordered it on the 13th April and received it on the 15th April.The price including shipping was about the same as it would have been from an NY-based company and I am very pleased with the item ( even though I do think Olympus charge too much for accessories ). Very happy with this company, no complaints from me.

After reading some of the reviews, I decided to pull the trigger on a iHome Square 2-In-1 Instant Print Cam, and eventually I was well rewarded tbh: 1- item purchased on Tues, April 13th (at around 25% less than LA average retail price) 2- Invoice received on Wed 14th 3- FedEx tracking number confirmed on Thur 15th 4- Delay notification received on Sat 17th, due to Covid19 (...of course) 5- Product received today, Mon 19th April (which is even before the initial advised ETA).   I bought a Fuji camera and lens from Willoughbys Cameras as they had the best deal on the bundle I wanted. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful woman who discussed which lens would be best and compared a few options. The camera did take a while to be delivered, but that was due to FedEx logistical failure nationally and no fault of the company. They were transparent about the fact that they were based in Midtown Manhattan. Each time I have contacted them about the purchase I have received prompt and helpful replies. I have had no issues with the camera, apart from requiring an adapter for the battery charger, but that was very cheap and easy to acquire.

  We have used WCE twice. On the second occasion there was a slight hiccup, which would best be described as a 'communication' issue. Wes dealt with this without fuss and within 3 days we had a fully working camera back home. What's not to like? If we have another camera needing repair, we will be back to WCE.

  Canon 5DS R (Body Only) I was a bit dismayed, disappointed and felt a bit cheated during my purchase experience with Willoughby, for the above item. Throughout the sale the item was described in USD $s, but when I actually paid for the item, with Paypal, the transaction changed to Canadian dollars, this would be okay if it was at the proper exchange rate. At the point of purchase the exchange rate from Paypal was 1 USD = 0.8 Canadian Dollar. Therefore $2,400 would be 1,499 USD not the sum I was charged. Despite the above figures the final pdf invoice, sent by email, shows $2,400. Even the PayPal invoice shows that I paid $2,400. If you advertise something in USD charge in $. This amounts to fraud. Customer services said they would issue a refund but, still not got it and they now just ignore my emails. Pathetic!!
