  Always Great Service I've brought a few bits from in the past and present. Always great service and they always let you check out any purchase before you buy which is super helpful. As of recently I just got a new tripod head and getting to see how it moves first hand made the decision a lot easier. Buy with confidence

  We have done quite a few camera deals through this shop and always get a good price and used DSLR cameras that are hard to find or just released these guys provide very fast. Very large selection of used mirrorless and medium-format cameras of all brands and expertise levels. Very happy with the large selection of binoculars to look and choose from.

  Used Nikon D7100 5th June 2021 5th June 2021. Purchased a Nikon d7100 camera body. “Greg” was very helpful and very knowledgeable on the product range. Not at all “pushy”. Also a very good PX price on my Nikon d90. As was expected my item arrived late but in pristine condition. All functions work like a dream. Many thanks.   These guys are great! I purchased a Used Nikon D7100 and some accessories online through them. It was nice bc I couldn't find the accessories so I called and it was refreshing a real person picked up and was on the other line and was able to assist me. Even though I ordered online it was nice to be able to talk to a real person for any issues that arise.

  Got a BMPCC 4K from Willoughby's Cameras which has a vast Digital Cine Cameras in it on 9th June 2021, two young men helped me out, they where both good customer orientated, they help me change over my items from one card to another, which I am very pleased as I don't have a clue, I am very happy with my new camera , also could not put my old DSLR back to factory setting and one of the gentlemen try to help me do that, I would recommend there services to anyone,

  Excellent Optics-Superb Performance***** I look for Televid optics because they have been examined by experts and rated highly, up with some very expensive brands. This purchase was better than expected. Both the compass feature and range finder were found to operate better than expected and I am very happy with the purchase.

  The best place to purchase your photography equipment. The quality of this camera and it's image quality are excellent, highly recommend this camera store. x100v menus and camera set up took a little time to configure it to my liking, but now that it is dialed in, I love using it. The x100v is everything I anticipated!

  I walked in with absolutely zero knowledge and wanting to buy a telescope for my boyfriend's birthday. These guys we're so great helping me start from the bottom and narrowing down which type, size, and brand might be best for him. I had done some research online (mostly read product reviews), but I'm so glad I got these guys expertise before I would've gone and purchased something silly.   I just spoke with Greg on my interest in purchasing a good spotting scope. I am a retiree interested in deep-sky astronomy. Greg is a considerate and well-informed listener who patiently worked me through the options and price ranges.   This is a great all around camera. It is small enough to carry around everyday, and it takes excellent pictures. The new lens is very sharp and fast for my kind of shooting, street photography, grandkids, and vacation photos. The jpeg and Raw shots are excellent. Overall, I would recommend this camera.

  This Sony a7C is a great camera for street photography or travel. light and compact, it's also a great stills camera for photographers on-the-go. It's certainly taking up less space in my camera bag than the a7 III. No regrets

  Really great guys to deal with at this place, Silvio was brilliant when I was first in the market for a new mirrorless camera after ditching DSLR and Silvy was really helpful with an aftersales issue I had. 120mm rolls are good value here too.

  I was torn between DSLR and mirrorless cameras. I visited Willoughby's for subtle advice and Jimmy was an encyclopedia of photography wisdom. He gave me a background citing how Sony had abandoned DSLRs for mirrorless and gave a fair justification as to why DSLRs are still relevant. I'm grateful and I hope they will give this guy a pay rise for superb work he does to the photography community.

  Solid business, unbeatable prices! Was searching online for a rugged camera that could take a beating and survive immersion in water if it happened. Settled on the SeaLife DC2000 and began searching online for a decent price. I was happy when I came across Willoughby's, who are located in Manhattan! Navigation of their website was so easy! price was unbeatable and shipping was super fast. My item arrived on time and in great condition.   bad customer service I purchased a Nikon camera from them in June 2020, which arrived in great condition (I love the camera) however it came with a European version plug so I couldn't charge it - when I emailed them they simply said "use adapters" How do they know If I even have one? Does everyone just have one laying around?! I actually do because I travel to the UK often but that isn't the point - they literally didn't care. I followed up and never heard back from them. I ended up buying a new one on Adorama for $50 --- you would think you would get one with the 4k camera you just bought and not have to buy another after market one!!

  Great all-round Optics// Leica Trinovid 10x42 I have owned a pair of Vortex Viper 10x42 binos for at least 7 years. I have wanted a binocular with a better resolution as in this case by a quarter. Also a wider field of vision. After researching a lot of options and talking with JIMMY, your sales rep, I bought these. They have proven to be better than I imagined in that they are slightly heavier and this calms my shaky hands. I have already recommended to others not only trinovids but buying from WILLOUGHBY'S Cameras. Thanks, Lesley (Bradford).

  Got a nice SanDisk 64GB CFexpress Fitting Card for Nikon Z6. SanDisk cards are simply reliable. I have never had a bad one shipped to me and I have never had one fail. I won't buy any other brand.

  Fine Grain Film! I use Willoughby's Camera as my primary source for films and chemicals the most and have always been pleased with the results. Delta 100 gives lovely fine grain negatives that are easy to print or scan.

  Excellent customer service cannot be faulted. Purchased an IRIX 15mm f/2.4 Blackstone lens which unfortunately had problems which was no fault of Willoughby's Cameras. Spoke to Jimmy who resolved the issue very quickly and a new unit delivered next morning. I have not come across too many suppliers who can match that sort of response.

  Thanks Greg Walked down to Willoughby's Camera in 36th St to look at a Ricoh GR III and some accessories. I talked to Greg about other options but ended up getting the GR III from them because, Greg had been very helpful, they had every thing I wanted in stock, I could hold and get a feel of the camera, no waiting for a currier and they came close to the online price from the other retailers.

  Fast delivery I ordered a RODE Shotgun microphone on the Monday morning and it was delivered the following day with no charge for delivery. WILLOUGHBY'S Cameras is one of the few official vendors of Rode audio equipment, which means that the microphone is covered by a ten year guarantee which it wouldn't be if bought from a very large on-line retailer. This isn't my first purchase from WILLOUGHBY's Cameras NY- and it certainly won't be my last.

  I recently visited Willoughby's Cameras to repair Nikon d850 cameras and I was refreshingly blown away by the service that I received. I’ve been to several camera shops in my time and despite spending thousands of dollars with them I’ve never particularly been impressed by the service I've received. When I went to the shop I was assisted by Rachel Goodwin and Jimmy and they were both absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Jimmy explained the process to me in store and kept me in loop via email and phone once my cameras had been examined by his Lead Electronics Engineer. I made him aware that I had a shoot coming up and he really worked his finger to the bone to get my cameras back to me fully repaired in 24hrs which I was very impressed by. This has actually allowed me to take on a last minute shoot today which would not have been possible had my cameras not been ready. It’s never a pleasurable experience when you damage your expensive equipment but I can genuinely say that he made things feel a hell of a lot better. I will never take my gear anywhere else to get serviced or repaired in future. Thank you Jimmy for a job well done!

  What amazing service!! I had done a lot of research to see if I could even fix my camera and was recommended to try Willoughby's Camera.   Purchased this M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO Lens for use in video production at my church. Functions great in low light and produces a great image. No problems maintaining focus and the build quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend willoughbys.com for mirrorless lenses or cameras for church or weddings.
