  Not all photography bags are present in the store. Addressed a team member myself who could help me on my way (especially looking up prices because nothing seems to have been priced). Team member was however, busy with his phone in between. Bag finally bought after spending 1/2 hr there.

  I recently purchase a SmallRig simorr Wave S1 shotgun mic from Willoughby's and can't praise the personal service I received from this company enough, from the lady that was on the counter to the audio tech who advised me on my purchase, he was exceptionally helpful, what knowledgeable fellow he really is, and finally not forgetting the owner who did me a great deal on my purchase, I cannot fault Willoughby's Cameras and would not hesitate to do business with this company in the future.   It never feels like you are talking to sales staff in Willoughby's, such is the supportive approach by the small team in there. What I like is their ability to talk you through your purchase, often suggesting what questions I should be asking. I learn so much from them about my purchases before I buy. They really set the bar high. Very highly recommended.

  I visited Willoughby's Cameras Shop with my son to enquire about their spotting scopes, I ended up staying the best part of 2 hours. Everyone was very helpful and couldn't do enough to help, Rachel Goodwin spent the first half hour with us, running us through the basics and giving us some tips, what a great guy. Couldn't recommend this place enough

  The best investment I've made in my photography venture Recently purchased a new MacBook Pro! It doesn't get hot, is super fast and lightweight). Ordering was very easy and delivery of my new MacBook Pro was right on time and storage and this is working out perfectly for my photographic needs. Willoughby's Cameras delivery was earlier than expected so that was a bonus too!

  The MindShift Gear backpack is just what we needed. I purchased and returned several camera backpacks to Willoughby's Cameras before getting this one. This is designed to hold a lot of gear whether for photography or video. I use it for my BMPCC 4kand a couple of lenses with other auxiliary gear. Fits like a glove & perfect. Shipped timely even during the pandemic. Came in perfect condition. No complaints.

  Been buying from Willoughby's for 20 years and this was once again a pleasure opening a box with the Canon XC10 and having an all-round camera that does it all in one diminutive package- whether it hi end action, filming out of choppers, or hand held interviews/ indie filmmaking, this is a perfect camcorder for all round capture found it easy to use and good quality images.

  Great TV, Great Service Willoughby's I went to BH Photo to view all the Samsung televisions on display so I could compare pictures. I found this Samsung Q80T 75'' that I really liked. Then I went to Willoughby's Cameras to compare prices. Willoughby's beat BH Photo by $250.00 so I went with them. It came when they said it would and was easy to set up. Willoughby's Cameras is the place to go.

  This place is amazing. I got a spec of dirt in my Cannon Rebel T3 and needed my camera back same day for sightseeing. They rushed the job and had my camera cleaned and back to me in an hour. Amazing customer service and very friendly.

  I ordered this RODE SmartLav a week ago. With the Rode S3 adapter to the H1 Zoom it is perfect for run n gun, especially weddings. However, the windscreen fell off but it's now securely attached with glue.

  I'm a wedding photographer and during the reception, I need to fire the flash every 2-3 seconds especially when they gyrate! I couldn't use full power but the flash has to recycle fast enough. The fast recycle time of the FJ80 makes it great for the kind of photography I do! This Westcott has a very fast 0.5-1.2sec recycle time. I choose this fj80 after long long conversation with WILLOUGHBY's expert after trying to understand what I need we just understand that the cost effective way is to buy the universal package

  Leica hit the mark this time! I bought this Leica CL "Edition Paul Smith" with 18mm lense from Willoughby's Photo a few weeks ago. So far the results and photo's are outstanding. This replaced a Leica CL-Lux camera, and is a fine addition to my Camera Equipment. I have an M-10P, and a D-Lux 7 as well. I think one would be very happy with this purchase.

  Buying a nice piece of photographic equipment or Holy Grail item you need (or thirst for) that mates the right body for your wants. How it’s supplied and who supplies it is largely irrelevant. However, in this case it made THE DIFFERENCE. I was searching for a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 DG OS HSM Art lens and because I’d bought excellent used equipment in the past I saw no reason to buy new this time. I looked at web sites of two previous suppliers that I’d used but without any luck. They either didn’t have any or those that they did have we’re described in less than flowery terms. I found Willoughby's Cameras by using the erstwhile Google search engine and low and behold Willoughby's had all and more of what I was looking for. The item that I ordered was described as ‘Excellent’ and priced at just over $750. At that price, even if it was less than excellent it would be worth looking at. I placed the order, it arrived the following day substantially packed and on taking it out of its box the quality is ‘Exceptional’. Without examining it under a microscope I’d assume it's a NEW lens! To my keen eye there’s not a mark on it and it operates absolutely perfectly. What more could I want? A 24-70mm f/2.8 lens from Willoughby's Cameras at a snip of a price. I have no hesitation in recommending Willoughby's Cameras and I will certainly make visits to them in the future.

  I had a portrait session scheduled the day after I got my new Lensbaby Velvet 85mm and shot a few frames with it and I love them!!!! I have both Velvet 56mm and 85mm and I love them both. The only downside I have is that I have to refocus my diopter before using and about once an hour due to eye fatigue and how I am hydrated. Highly recommend the place for photography lovers ... you will find everything you need in this nice shop.

  Greetings, I'm still shooting with an old Leica M5. But the Voigtlander Color-Skopar 21mm can't be used on my M5 as I'm fearing damage to the swinging cell carrier arm. They'd recommended Super-Angulon 21mm lens, but it also has the rear elements that protrude well into the lens mount body cavity, to the extent that they interfering with the meter carrier arm. I contacted Leica who advised me to trade-in for an M3 double-stroke.

  A place with a great choice to buy cameras and professional photo equipment. They have a very smooth website through which I ordered so far, but this time I was looking for a lens for which I was not sure if it was the right decision or not so I went to the branch for advice.   Quite a cozy place, no matter the age, the staff will offer you help. There isn't that much cameras to see/touch other than the DSLRs and Compacts from Canon, but there is a load of Canon and Nikon cameras packed and ready to be bought. Love it!

  It is a grown up toy store! Been purchasing online from Willoughby over a decade. Always find the staff helpful and knowledgeable. Now I'm pretty well set for landscape, travel and wildlife photography. Willoughby's is easy to deal with and their technical staff is very knowledgeable. Having the store's financing card saves me on every purchase.

  Opulent space and comfortable environment, the interior decoration is very exquisite. The clerk is not very proactive, and seems to want to avoid doing business with people of color. I wanted to buy a camera, but I'm told they don't sell cameras This store seems to be only ordering from webstore, and then sell some small camera accessories at expensive price. It's obviously called Camera King (also flagship store) but doesn't sell cameras, which surprised me.

  This is my go-to place for interchangeable SLR lenses. The staff are always friendly and regularly provide reassuring advice about the right lenses or equipment to suit my needs. In particular, Greg was a huge help today -- he helped to troubleshoot and resolve a lens issue without seeming to break a sweat. I highly recommend him and the rest of the team here at Willoughby's.

  Willoughby's Cameras FOREVER! I received my Olympus OMD EM1 II a couple of weeks ago and I feel like a professional again. It's got some good weight to it which helps with steady handling. My other camera has literally fallen apart over the past few years with all the plastic parts. I may as well have been using my iPhone, which is intolerable. The M.Zuiko 8mm f/1.8 Fisheye Pro gives me my confidence back as I will be shooting, probably, my last wedding Anniversary next year.   I ordered this 5d mark iv DSLr camera after watching a Willoughby's Photo webinar. This camera is a proven workhorse. Very solid build quality and the ergonomics are great. This has been a great camera so far for my wedding photography. Has incredible ISO capabilities for low light compared to the 6D I had before. Still a great camera! Willoughby's service is second to none.

  I bought my Sony a7iii and the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 from this store. I was helped by Greg Mitchell for the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment I was purchasing and helped me the best he could. The store is following proper COVID rules and procedures and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to get a camcorder/camera equipment.

  Willoughby's Cameras is hands down the best place to go for all things photography. Amazing staff and selection. Very knowledgeable team including semi-pro photographers who can offer practical advice for anyone from newbie to expert. No pressure, just excellent, informative customer service. Range of equipment and accessories is extensive from new to used, and prices are competitive. They even offer classes and workshops through their School of Photography. Love this place.

  Jimmy was incredibly helpful in retrieving this Ruggard RC-P8 Rain cover. I purchased these rain covers for emergency use, they are light compact and easily fit into my camera like a glove. Living in the Texas desert we don't see much rain, so these are just what I need.

  The TTArtisan 35mm f/1.4 works on my Panasonic lumix gh4. As this is a manual-only lens with no electronic contacts, you need to enable "Release without lens" before the camera will fire. He was really fast and helped me by coming up with creative solutions. I really appreciate his help. Thank you so much

  Best camera store I've ever been too. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. If you don't know anything about cameras whatsoever or are an expert they are happy to help and get you setup with what's best for your situation. They have good supply and lots of demo equipment. Entry-level to professional equipment. If you're unsure about your camera needs I would 100% recommend going down and taking to them. They explain simple (or 'dumb') camera questions very well with no judgment.

  I bought my first camera (AGFA PD16 Viking camera with a F6.3 lens) many moons ago and I continue to buy from Willoughby's, almost exclusively, for my camera gear needs. The staff at this location are very knowledgeable as many of them are photo/video professionals. Whenever I'm in town, I make a point of stopping by the shop.

  I was recently in the store to purchase a camera setup. I was very quickly tended to by SILVIO CRUZ, I can safely say that it was one of the best buying experiences I've ever had ever. He was articulate, knowledgeable and answered all the questions accurately. I came in with a list after doing over a year of trawling, he went through the list with me even further and explained finer details on the pieces I chose, he even threw in some friendly advice on how to get the most out of what I was purchasing. Being in the service industry myself, I know great service, SILVIO is a true exemplar of passion in photography and an all out professional at what he does. I will without a doubt recommend Willoughby's and SILVIO to anyone I know, and will be back in the future for any camera related purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

  Mechanical Finesse! My first Leica was an M2, with a 50mm Summicron. This was 1972, and got me hooked to Leicas. If you're looking for a finely tuned, hand made camera to last you a lifetime, then this LEICA M-A camera is the panacea for you. I just don't have any feelings for digital. It is worth the cost.   Very friendly and helpful staff. I had issues getting the strap onto my camera and went to Willoughby's Photo Emporium. Now I know that my camera won't become loose and slip out of the strap. I'll be returning for other items that I need for my camera. I highly recommend this store.

  Purchased Leica MP .72 new at Willoughby's Photo and actively used as a professional back-up camera for location-still shots. Very similar with M6 and you can still buy BRAND NEW. If you are thinking about still photography get this and just take the battery out. Thanks for explaining the difference and helping me make an informed decision!
