  Grabbed an X100V with the lens fixed to a moderate wide angle, it is a perfect focal length for street, family, events, environmental portraiture and a host of other genres. I've taken entire two to three week Canadian vacations, mainly in cities and museums with it. The angle of view is identical to the one that I find so useful.

  Extremely Pleased! At half price, I couldn't pass this Leica C-Lux up. I had a few questions, called customer service & they were great! Answered the few I had, placed the order & had 2 days later. So far so good on the camera. Willoughby's had a great YouTube tutorial specific to this camera that helped a lot. You won't be sorry!

  Incorrect Advice from Willoughby's Brother HL-L2370DW XL I recently purchased a Brother HL-L2370DW XL from Willoughby's. This was delivered the day after I placed my order with Willoughby's usual efficiency. It is now up and running faultlessly. However, prior to making this purchase I enquired of Willoughby's as to whether this printer was compatible with my iMacs Catalina OS and was informed that it was NOT. When connected to a network or directly to a mobile device via Wi-Fi, this printer has access to various printing protocols, including Apple AirPrint, Brother iPrint&Scan, and Wi-Fi Direct. On this basis I ordered the printer and after installing the specified download NO problems. So full marks to Willoughby;s for efficient supply and delivery but points away for incomplete research and bad advice from their team, which if I had heeded it, would have cost them a sale.

  Good easy to carry binoculars. I already have some good binoculars but needed smaller one to easily carry around when bird watching. These Olympus pocket ones are pretty good and ideal for the job, I would recommend these for everyone who needs a lighter pair.

  Can't fault them I've used Willoughby's Cameras for years and wouldn't switch. Good advice, keen prices and excellent customer service are a given. I've only ever had one problem with a piece of equipment bought from Willoughby's, and when I wanted to have it replaced they didn't quibble - they just sorted it.

  The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. They are not pushy sales people and will help you work out what camera is right for you. Not only is their service amazing they have also been able to offer me the best prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting a camera no matter whether you're looking for an entry level camera or top of the range.

  I looked all over for a second hand Nikon D500 with a 16-80 lens. The prices & condition were very high, after a week of looking in all the camera shops in the united states I decided to look at Willoughby's Cameras and I was extremely glad I did, The price on there website was around the same if not a little bit lower for a brand new camera then I was getting quoted for a second hand one. so I ordered one and I payed by credit card. Within 48 hours I rec a picture of the camera and in 7-8 Days it arrived. I am Very Happy with the experience and will not hesitate to use them in the future. Excellent Service Thank You

The shop is complete, the employees are super kind, flexible, and knowledgeable, and there's very little hassle.   I had an excellent buying experience with Willoughby's Camera. I was initially a little sceptic buying expensive Hasselblad equipment on the internet and I corresponded for a while with Willoughby's camera by e-mail before my first order. I have to say I was very positively surprised all the way through the process: 1) Selection of products, 2) Easiness of ordering, 3) Price approx. 20% below market price, no fee for using credit card, 4) Shipment/packaging, 5) Quality of product (brand new, original and sealed), 6) Any post service questions handled well. I have now done more orders with Willoughby's camera and I can strongly recommend them if you want to save extra on Hasselblad camera equipment. Kind regards James Reynolds

  Willoughby's has been goign downhill now, since this year they've been slowly deteriorating in terms of quality of customer service. They were a very good company before but now they've continued to go down hill. I've gotten 3 defective items in the past with them but they've taken care of it. it'sju st a hassle now and i might prefer to shop with amazon because i haven't gotten any defective products from them yet.

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Canon EOS-1D X Mark III camera kit, and I must say, I was very pleased by the service willoughbys.com offers (from beginning to end). The package arrived in 4 and a half days (very quick, in my opinion) and everything in the package was as it should be. In case you panic for not getting a track and trace number right away after you placed your order, it is because they use a bulk method when sending the packages with FedEx. Don't worry!   My camera developed an error and would not work apart from display ERR. I called into Willoughby's Cameras at 36th street and fully expecting the worse but less than 5 minutes, all reset, rebooted and working. Really impressed and will use them again.

  Nikon MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S I pre-ordered the new Nikon MC 105mm f/2.8 VR S lens and never thought that I would receive it on the release date, especially as Nikon said the demand had exceeded their expectations. On the day before the release I received an email from Willoughby's Cameras saying my lens had been shipped to me and I received it today.   Had a camera and lens to sell on. Contacted the team, they gave me a quote and I accepted that. We confirmed that I wished to proceed, they arranged collection on an agreed date. 24 hours after collection, it was with Willoughby's, they inspected, tested and authenticated that all was good. I then agreed the quote and 48 hours after first sending in items, I received the payment. In all it was efficient, speedy and great communications. Happy with the process, notifications and outcome.

  Trade in review I used Willoughby's for a trade in. All done remotely. Items collected by courier (FedEx) on time and as planned. Money transferred exactly as discussed ins within 48 hours despite them saying 3-5 days. Overall a very good experience, a lot less stressful than expected.

  Responsive Communications After a technical issue with their site I waited approximately 2.5 weeks for a refund to be issued. Initial responses were slow to actually achieve anything, but once put onto Greg from Willoughby's Cameras, the issue was resolved in a well communicated and timely manner.

  Fast, neat delivery, just a pity that it has not been communicated that an imported camera model than the ordered one would be delivered. I assume that it makes no difference but would have liked to know in advance that a type for the US Canon warranty would be delivered. In addition, had explicitly asked in an email whether it was a type intended for the US market. This wouldn't be the case.

  Absolutely fantastic service. Stumbled upon the shop whilst searching Google. Within a week of making contact my Leica D-Lux was repaired and back. Price was more than fair the work carried out. I highly recommend the team and will most definitely will be using them in them future.

  Professional Quality Camera! It was worth the wait. I ordered this Sony Alpha a7R IIIA camera in January 2021, but it was on back order. I just got it not too long ago and I am loving it.
