  My first order and great service. This was my first order with Willoughby's Cameras. I ordered late Friday and my package was delivered by FedEx on Sunday. I was kept updated by both Willoughby's Cameras and FedEx. Very happy and I’ll certainly be using them again.

  Recently ordered a Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark III for a birthday present and it was a pleasure doing business with these guys. Nowhere had stock of the model I was looking for, but they let me know that they were getting stock in a timeframe that suited me. The ordering process was painless and delivery was prompt and free to boot. So I could not be happier, plus they were cheaper than several competitors. Thankyou and I would definitely use again.

  PERFECT!! As a new photographer the market is infinite and sort of bewilderment when it comes to picking up your first camera. I've been researching a ton of cameras for a while and Jimmy at Willoughby's made that process so much easier.   Used Willoughby's Cameras twice now and would use again I used Willoughby's Cameras in the past for my Canon printer which I was happy with so decided to use them again for my Hasselblad X1D II. Delivery was fast and packaging was good. Only small thing is that I would have preferred if it came with the compact official Hasselblad adapter for charging but it isn't a big deal. I would use Willoughby's Cameras again without hesitation. Thanks!

  Best 'big' toytown camera shop in NYC... I have bought many items of equipment from Rachel Goodwin and the amazing team at Willoughby's Cameras. Admittedly I could have bought most off it anywhere but I choose them because of the fact that I will not only always get a great price but most of all because 'they care' and the service they give me is second to none. They are always really helpful and I can not speak highly enough of them.

  Apart from perennial pressure to leave a review, Willoughby's has provided exemplary service in supplying an almost mint, Syrp 82mm VND Filter to use with Canon Zoom I use for photography and videography - with one star being docked for too many review requests and the (Syrp) fault where the original Metal Lens cap will not fit the new filter assembly.

  This Sigma APO Macro 180mm f/2.8 lens takes incredibly sharp macro images and is fine-tuned for astrophotography. Very well made and easy to use. Of course, Willoughby's provided nothing but the most professional service every step of the way.

  An absolutely unparalleled level of customer service and a somewhat stressful experience made an absolute breeze. I conducted lots of background research on the exact camera and lenses i wanted to buy, and i was gearing myself up for the 'salesy' on lots of expensive camera equipment. Jimmy at the Willoughby's Emporium was able to order everything into the store for me to come and view when i had time. He kept me up to date of exactly when everything would be ready, and there was no rush for me to come in on that exact day. Jimmy was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and set everything up so i could have a look and test the equipment in store. He was very patient with me, and even though i spent a long time in the store he didn't once try and rush me along - he even made some suggestions from his own personal preference and style too. There was absolutely no hard-sell or pressure to buy anything at any point, and nothing was too much for him. When i wanted to look at extra items, he was more than willing to help - he really went above and beyond to make my purchase so simple, and to make sure i got the best deal possible. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when i need to buy more equipment, and in fact I even look forward to it!

  What a blast! Snorkeling newbie here. With a little bit of online research beforehand, I was able to get the HERO9 bundle into the water in no time. It's steady and easily maneuverable all at once. Willoughby's Cameras did their usual great job, package came quick with no damage. The camera is a hoot! Go for it!

  When I entered Willoughby's Camera Emporium it was to purchase a pair of binoculars and I immediately saw the cameras and was mesmerized. So that day I purchased a Hasselblad 907X and I'm so glad I did. Today I got home and opened the packaging. Everything was so simple to use and can I say I'm just freaking astonished and so excited for my purchase. I was able to use he medium format camera body super easy and start a tutorial in the house. I so would recommend this purchase to any photographer.

  Great camera for hiking and fishing I got this Ricoh WG-70 for backpacking and fly fishing trips. Nothing negative to say, no great positives - yet either. It is competent, carry it in my coat pocket and in bad weather. Convenient to use. Willoughby shipped WG-70 at quickest way free charge, with reliable package. Will give it 5 stars.

  I wanted an Excellent microphone for a professional filmmaker. Grabbed this RODE VideoMic Pro and it's a quality. This microphone is easy to set up and very quick to use. I highly recommend purchasing this microphone to eliminate background noise (& wind) & to receive crisp/clear audio without editing.

  Wonderfully Engineered, Great Value for Money Got this Mavic Mini Fly More for my son, who's a budding film student. This package, with the cage for close quarter/indoor filming and above all the extra batteries and charger, is a particularly good value. He is very happy with it, and the extra items in the combo kit, plus the free items. It's perfect for him to learn with. Great drone with lots of extras that are all useful items.   The Oben Ball Head mount is terrific Tested it in extreme wind conditions while backpacking on an Alaskan glacier. No issues. Easy to handle with gloves on. Sturdy. Got super sharp pics. As usual, supersonic shipment from Willoughby's Cameras.

  I bought my last Leica from Silvio in 1986 at WILLOUGHBY'S CAMERAS. Again this time and all times seamless ordering my Leica Q2 (particularly with back ordered product in 5 weeks). Very impressed with the overall package, build quality, and image quality of course from this little beast. Also reviews suggest occasionally Q2s show up with spot in sensor. Would want Willoughby's Cameras to advocate for product return. Impressive.

  Consistently a hassle I have ordered from this site several times and without fail I have had an issue. They have sent me a faulty lens, they sent a European charger with a camera that also had a loose USB not disclosed in description. And perhaps the most off-put thing is the ad stratagem of promoting seemingly cheap gear on Google and other places that is actually listed as defective when you click to it. A 'black hat' SEO trick and deceitful way of getting people to click to their site. The one positive is when I have had issues with products they have replaced them with working ones.. (quite rightly) but its clear that they will chance their arm by sending ropey kit in the hope that people won't notice faults until out of warranty. BE WARNED.

  Love Leica SL2 & Willoughby's Cameras I am still on a learning curve with my SL2. I upgraded from the TL2. So far the pictures I am getting of my paintings using the Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH are light years ahead of what I got with the TL2! I am having a Pro art photographer come over to teach me the tricks of using this camera to imaging my work ;) And Willoughby's Cameras are always fair and have great prices. I have been buying from them for years and if there was ever an issue with an order, they handled in the best of ways. Thanks Willoughby's Cameras!

  Probably the Best US Camera store to Date! I'm a professional with over 30 years experience and this is probably the best pro quality DSLR shop I've popped into for a long time. I am always indefatigable with acquiring the best tools for a growing business. I purchased this camera for a second time as I am in love with my original D810 purchase two years ago.   I love great product photography with high end camera but at their price point I honestly wanted to consider other possibilities such as APS-C or micro 4/3. One that would allow for stacked focusing would be most appropriate. Greg suggested this Sony RX100 VII Premium for web and brochure photos. He also directed me well on how to set the camera to scn mode and then macro. Always had good experience here. I’ve been to the store a dozen times and always been a positive experience. Again, no issues at all, highly recommended.

  Sirui B-00 Solid, well machined and finished I have bought several Sirui heads here since the 90's. All are high quality and very stable, and this is no exception. It's not big, but it is very strong. A good mini ball mount value and I've no complaints at all. Willoughby's Cameras ordering and shipping was hassle free. Highly recommended store.

  It's my new favorite camera shop! The staff know their stuff and are very friendly. Jimmy is an absolute legend... the guy knows the products in and out. He was happy to spend the time in store with me and enjoys his work. C@$k Canon 7d mark II; realistically all photo stores sell these products for almost the same price ( /- $50) go with the people that are honest and down to earth that you recognize when you walk in.

  I am a full time wedding and real estate photographer, have bought the best Canon L series lenses from willoughbys.com throughout the years. But this time I was blown away by the quality of this EF 50mm f/1.8 lens wide open. This budget lens is ridiculously sharp. I am really satisfied with the result. Triple thumbs up!   Best & Easiest Service! I have recently started my own videography business and was looking for aerial gear to help me improve my video production quality and cinematic experience for clientele. I was recommended to get this Mavic Air II drone by Greg at Willoughby's and it has not disappointed. This package comes with a couple of extra batteries, extra blades, ND Filters, and many more. This has saved me over $280 in aggregate value compared to buying the drone by itself. I would recommend them for those who seek to improve my video quality.

They've fulfilled my dream of becoming a photographer one day! The Kodak AZ421 is a great camera for beginners photographers because it offers a great deal of zoom, and various manual modes for you to experiment with. I'd also recommend chatting with their experts over live-chat function so they can make more recommendations based on the type of photography you're interested in!

  So far so good! I bought Watson battery to shoot my first wedding with a Canon r6 last weekend, and I must say it was as good or better than the Canon battery that came with the camera. We will update our review as my camera uses this battery more in the coming months for weddings and senior model shoots.

  Very good shop. Knowledgeable staff. Great inventory. BUT. Lines are always out the door on peak and you should expect to be there for a while, even if you are not buying a camera. They definitely need to hire more people. Otherwise - good experience.

  A great deal for the price I looked around for a good price on a camera combo, and found the price at Willoughby's Cameras to be the best deal for what they offered at the price I wanted to pay.   Samyang AF 85mm F/1.4 I needed a decent portrait lens that didn't cost an arm and a leg. So I pulled the trigger on this at one and figured I can return if I didn't like it since Willoughby's Cameras has a good return policy. But this is definite keeper! I shot a wedding with 13 hours of coverage and this lens was on my camera majority of the time. The AF on this lens is quick, and the images are sharp with some great bokeh at lower apertures. I highly recommend this store for mirrorless lenses!

  The employees are very knowledgeable as well as courteous. There's a laid back atmosphere to the store which makes you feel relaxed. Willoughby's Cameras is amazing!! I love the email alerts of when a product would be back in stock. Got on it right away. It even arrived earlier than expected! Amazing customer service. Glad I listened to the recommendation!   I normally order my gear from the internet since the grade and price of gear at Willoughby's Cameras always seemed to exceed my tight budget. For some reason I had it set in my mind that Willoughby's Cameras only carried high-end premium gear, but I was dead wrong. Their selection appeals to any and every level of cinematographer. This Canon C70 works wonders for the price. It offers a powerful image processor, records videos in codecs with higher bitrates, and has more robust sound-capture features and cinema-quality footage. Hello, impressive cinematography for indie. I'll be going to Willoughby's Cameras much more for my gear now.

  Voigtlander APO-LANTHAR 35mm f/2 Aspherical Lens. I'm only an amateur, but even I can see how much better this lens is than any other I've had before. Fast focus, depth-of-field and bokeh look amazing. Makes the simplest shots pop. Feels like I'll be using this for years and years to come.
