  Absolutely brilliant service. Great communication throughout lockdowns regarding purchases. Always get a prompt direct answer to any questions asked. They were very accommodating and welcoming when I went to collect my purchases. Shop is very clean, well organized and well stocked.   For me absolutely the business of choice when it comes to photography. I received excellent advice when buying my two semi-pro / pro cameras. My little but special wishes in terms of sleekness and functionality were taken absolutely seriously, offered various options (and not automatically only the most expensive), I could try out several cameras, sleep a few nights over it, and am still, 2 years after that first purchase, more than happy with the sweetheart in my possession. Yes, sometimes, just on Saturdays you have to wait, but that's just in a business with advice, especially in this area and the selection, but also normal; I want to have enough time for my questions when it's my turn. Special thanks to Mr. Silvio, competent & friendly does not work!

  Really pleased with my Sigma dp0 Quattro. Silvio is a very knowledgeable and helpful guy, with great communication skills. I collected the camera from my local FedEx depot, which was hassle free and I was very impressed with the quality and condition of my second hand purchase. I would be more than happy to buy from again, I just need to get a place to shoot first though.

  Moderately satisfied with the Polarizer Seems to fail on wider lenses by giving inconsistent polarization across sky. I know this is an issue with wide angles, but particular filter was less than satisfying in comparison to the others I have.

  Willoughby's Cameras of Manhattan is the best photo and video shop we have found. We have purchased three cameras (so far!) from them and have always been treated like Royalty. Plenty of staff, polite, helpful, encyclopaedical knowledge and above all friendly. Wonderful staff, wonderful shop.

  Popped in for a browse as passing and was not disappointed. Largest selection on BlackMagic cameras on show I've seen. Asked to look at bmpcc 6k and ended up getting a RED with several lenses offered to try. First Class service before even thinking about selling me something. Will return when ready to buy!

  I know there are lots of rumor of this Sony housing for leaking. But thankfuly not mine. If you take care of O-ring with silicone grease properly, this should not be an issue. I know there are more high-end product from Nauticam or Ikelite but this one does its job for the cheaper price.

  I love Willoughby's Cameras. Greg is always willing to entertain my conversations and give insight on different cameras. Greg has always been friendly and always been good with communicating whats in inventory. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable and willing to help regardless of what camera, film, or accessory Im asking about. Everyone I have referred to Willoughby's has enjoyed thier experience as well. I would recommend buying from them, shipping to them, or even getting training from them. Great crew.

  Exceptional camera Just bought a Nikon Z5 with 24-50mm lens (KIT). Once I got used to the weight and controls of this, moving up from a D3500 and TLR lenses, the results were mind blowing, my A4 prints are pin sharp, I hate to think how big one can print up to. Certainly can not fault the camera/lens outfit nor WILLOUGHBY;'S Camera on their service, will certainly be using them in the future.

  TOP OF SERVICE - unbeatable prices & customer service This is the first time I'm completely satisfied with something a buy! Honestly the experience from customer service is amazing and I'm sire the people who voted less than 5 stars are unfortunately being serviced by FedEx or they are haters, becouse now with UPS i recieve my X100V as expected in 3 working days with US travel adapter inside (mentioned becouse i read someone below saying oposit)!   Great Experience with Willoughby's Camera I was searching for a Fujifilm XE-4 for my daughter for Christmas and came across Willouguhby's Camera by accident and I am pleased that I did. The xe-4 was offered at a great price and I ordered, receiving confirmation of my order and an update on its status. Even though it was in the busy Christmas period, the camera was delivered quickly and signed for. The device was as expected and my daughter is thrilled with her present.   Wonderful Film, Just Too Expensive Had not found my favorite B&W film for quite awhile, and I was really disappointed to see it discontinued. When It came back as Acros 100 II, I bought 15 rolls as soon as Willoughby's Cameras had it in stock. I wrote a review at the time which disappeared when Willoughby's Cameras showed the new box and started selling it in individual rolls. This film is excellent when it comes to sharpness and fine grain. My only criticism is that this new version comes with a substantially higher price.

  Ordered a camera with them last night paid for next day delivery, turns out said camera was out of stock, but got told that the following day. So no stock levels on website or when ordering, SO CALL BEFORE AND CHECK STOCK!!!! I’m not digging dirt on them as they offered refund for next day delivery , just an inconvenience

  Upsetting I love shopping with this company but I am still very upset that I applied and got the financing card with you. I was told that I would get tax free purchases with Willoughby's in New York but now I see that is not the case. That is very upsetting being that I trusted the representative and ran my credit to get the financial scheme only to have the biggest plus of having the consideration taken away.

  Stuyvesant High School Teacher Loves this Camera Store As a photography teacher at Stuyvesant High School, I have purchased several DSLR cameras at Willoughby's. I lately purchased a Pentax K-3 Mark III kit with a 20-40mm lens. It is perfect for my needs and my other lenses are interchangeable. Also, with my busy schedule, the kit gave me everything I needed to pick it up and start shooting. Not only would I buy it again I have already done so.

  I recently purchased a A7R II camera from Willoughby's that did not function properly. A service person worked with me for at least 30 minutes and said that the camera should be returned for exchange. But before signing off, he suggested that I set the camera to shoot without a lens. It turned that the lens wasn't fully engaged. Problem solved and I was amazed.

  Incredible camera!! Grabbed the best Nikon Sensor I have had the pleasure of using. The resolution is truly incredible. The large sensor size produces an image that still looks great after cropping.

  Their website is cluttered and not as slick as BH. If you sell something, remove it! Why leave it their marked as sold? Shop is small but clean and pretty well laid out, friendly staff too. Personally, I found that they don't have much (if any) of the latest models in stock. :/

  I organised a purchase through the e-mail booking system. Equipment range is impressive. Facilities are excellent. Staff are very knowledgeable & friendly. I left with a very reasonably priced Sony ZV-1 & Zhiyun-Tech CRANE-M2 3-Axis gimbal with other equipment. I will be going back for a film camera in the very near future. Thank you, Greg.   Visited the store to get some GoPro suction cup mounts but also left with some waterproof housings! Great variety of Go Pro 360 video camera equipment. Rachel Goodwin was very friendly, informative and attentive despite managing 3 different customers at the same time (popular store!) Will visit again when I need more GoPro equipment

  Ordered online, great range of products at good prices. I did have to chase them about my order as I hadn't had any updates for a few days, it was then dispatched via a 48h service, so I did get my parcel quickly. I think I might have been forgotten about! But otherwise, no problems

  I ordered a 1DX Mark II off Willoughby and got it very quickly. Excellent service and excellent dslr. I did have a small problem with the memory card. I contacted them immediately and they sent a new one to me straight away. Top people top product.

  I'm just beginning photography. I bought this Nikon D7500 to photograph small-town night cityscapes. I've later visited for a wide angle zoom lens for urban nightscape. The 18-55 will work fine. It is not super sharp, but it is ok for what you would like to use it for. The 70- 300 is a very nice lens. I use it frequently and have gotten some great clear shots with it. The lenses in this kit suffice for non-commercial use

  Me and my partner are professional photographers ourselves, and Willoughby's Cameras Store is the place we use to get our equipment serviced because they do a great job and the staff are really professional and helpful.
