  Lytro 8GB Light Field Digital Camera This Lytro field cam is an excellent tool for police working the night shift on patrol. How ever the charging connection is delicate and the cover for the charging is somewhat cheap, I can see that little rubber piece could easily break off. Other than that it's a awesome tool

  After several hours spent going over cameras, lenses and what was the best option for me (trying out many in the process) I cannot recommend the store highly enough. Zero pressure to buy anything, just knowledgeable guys who will give you an honest answer to pretty much any question you can throw at them. When spending a lot on a camera, this kind of service and expertise is invaluable and nowhere comes close.

  Silvio and his team have been superb. First meeting them in 2012, I was not only impressed with the store, but also the level of customer service. He helps supports my UNESCO Marine photographic project, which is truly lovely. They genuinely seem to care about people, great store!

  I called in to the Willoughby's Photo Emporium at the weekend to have damaged equipment inspected and to buy a new camera. The assistant was Jimmy and I found him to be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He bent over backwards to help me choose a new Sony Alpha a7R IIIA camera and I left the store very happy. Thank you Willoughby's! The service from your staff is amazing.

  Bolt VM-160 LED Macro Ring Light is good, but dont recommend buying from them dissapointed i didnt do more research though, at many retail stores they sell the Macro & Ringlights along with the flashes plus a bundle of many accessories for the same price i paid just for the flash itself, i guess i shouldnt buy directly from Bolt if this is how it is.

  Buying an AVer F50-8M 8MP Portable Document Camera through Willoughby's Cameras is easier and less complicated than trying to buy it through a reseller(like Amazon). Resellers have restrictions on where the product is sent. Not so with Willoughby's or authorized dealers. The only concern I had, was with the shipper they chose. First notification, on day of delivery, stated I could expect delivery between 1:00 & 3:00 pm. Then, after 3:00 came and went, the update stated the delivery would be before 7:00 pm. Document camera was finally delivered close to 6:00 pm. The last time I had a delivery by this shipper, I got the same messages, only to find out they had put the package on the wrong truck. I’m not holding Willoughby responsible for this, but they might want to use a more reliable shipper, like FedEx or the US Postal Service. The product however has exceeded initial expectations and further testing needs to be conducted.

  Went in for a charger. The had a spare charger with no cable lying around that they gave me for free. Can't thank you enough, got me out a tight spot for the weekend! Thank you so much (had the missing cable part at home)

  Sony FE 85mm f1.8 lens You get what you pay for! A great lens .I used Live chat to ask about a small offer concerning postage I saw when I hit on 'coupons'. The staff had never heard of it but honored it anyway. Result! Current offer codes are on their website.

  I sought advice by email and as a novice user was impressed by the support and advice I received regarding the type of lenses to use with a Sony A7C.   The ultra-low price is worth purchasing. This Sony a7 iii is a gift for a friend who wants to learn to take photos. There is nothing to say about the specific details. This price can already beat up all other cameras. Full frame, great price, great build and quality. Worth every penny!

  NIKKOR Z DX 50-250mm I bought this because I needed a telephoto lens for my Z7. I have gotten tired of waiting for the announced but unavailable 70-200 and did not want to invest in a F-mount lens. Even thought it is a DX lens, it is extremely sharp, quick and light. I am very happy with it.

  Rode VideoMic GO Review 3.5 stars out of 5. Clean sound but a bit on the flimsy side. It does the job which is basic. You'll need to be careful when using. I chatted with Willoughby's agent online who helped out a tricky setup.

  Rachel Goodwin was very helpful! I went in to require about repairing my sigma lense - something they don't do in store but she nicely recommended me a place that does repairs and wrote me their phone number. She also showed me a couple of lenses that I was considering to replace my lense with and gave me some useful technical information about them. Really enjoyed my experience.

  Silvio Cruz really helped me out just before my camping trip when I had some equipment failures. He made himself available for me to buy replacement parts for my GoPro at very short notice and the service he provided was excellent.   I had a really amazing experience. I went in today (Bank Holiday) to get a camera and despite being busy, the staff were lovely. We were served by Silvio(I think - that's the name on the receipt) and he went out of his way to give us the best information, to talk about future opportunities with the camera and just being all around awesome. He even suggested we come back in on a less busy day if we have any questions. I couldn't have been happier with my purchase and the service.

  An exemplary company Willoughby's Cameras have always provided me an exemplary service. They understand what we need, they provide expert advice to help shape the purchase, and they do all they can to ensure a satisfactory transaction. My most recent purchase was a rather expensive lens and Willoughby's Cameras were extremely helpful in setting up the transaction and making sure it was delivered quickly.   I have an order gone in and it’s only being a few days. I did ring and they told me it’s in the store house and will take 5-7 days but it was ordered 2 days before I rang. I was expecting it on sat. The one thing is I have yet to receive a msg about delivery let alone a tracking number. Do they provide this or does it just arrive ?? I need this lens for a commercial shoot next weekend so I’m hoping that it arrives in time. If it does I’ll give a great review. I think letting people know where there product is in the means of a tracking number would really help people.

  Tilta Nucleus-M Wireless Lens Control System—-brilliant !! Willoughby's Cameras is ALWAYS the 1st shop I look at before shopping around and I pretty much always end up buying from Willoughby's Cameras as they are extremely competitive for quality and price . I purchase the Tilta Nucleus-M. It’s a brilliant thing for the price and I’m very happy ,I recommend it if you need a cheap hood that does the job and does not look cheap . I love the way it fits snugly too . Also purchased a Tiltaing FF-T06 Mini Follow Focus. Always handy 😊

  After purchasing an expensive printer it never arrived. Customer service for working this out has been horrible (no response to emails, lengthy time on hold, no help when I do talk to a representative) and while they "try" to sort this out I am not able to receive a re-shipment or a refund. The company seems to take no accountability and does not seem to mind leaving their customer in a tough spot. I would not order with them again and would advise all others not to as well. It's just not worth the risk with such expensive items, especially if you need them in a timely fashion. Very disappointed.

  Hard to find camera, bought with no problems. Normally, I would prefer to buy a camera from a high street shop, although these days, that tends to be from huge chains, but in this case, not even they seemed to have any stock, & couldn't even say when they would (I assume this was down to staff shortages in the supply chain, due to COVID19) so began the online search, I found a few retailers advertising my chosen camera, but many of them didn't actually have it in stock, one (amazon) was actually showing stock, but after reading reviews I discovered the item they were selling was actually not for the US market (had European plugs, no English instructions & more importantly you couldn't register them with US manufacturers warranty!) another factor was, because of the shortage, many sellers had raised the price. Eventually I found Willoughby's Cameras, they had exactly what I wanted, at a sensible price, they look to be a long standing company, the ordering process was trouble free, the camera arrived safely, with absolutely no problems. Thank you Willoughby's Cameras!

  Great great great! my husband ordered me a minolta x300 but forgot to get a case and strap so i ordered separately. they were nothing but great. i originally ordered a strap but got a call to let me know they had an original minolta strap that they could send me instead and that i'd receive it the following day! great communication and care for customers. seem very knowledgeable about their stock. highly recommend!

  A good service. After a discussion with a lady at Willoughby's Cameras, I was able to choose between the two cameras that I had short listed. Arrived packaged well and the next day as I paid for special delivery. I was allocated an hour delivery slot and the camera arrived within this. Very pleased with the camera, now just need to learn how to use it.

  Outstanding service in every way! Having been let down with delivery by the biggest online store in the world, I was looking for a specific lens in a hurry and only Willoughby's Cameras showed it as in stock. I phoned them and talked to a super helpful member of staff who pulled out the box, verified that it was there and had it with the courier within the hour. I received it at lunchtime the next day, ready to shoot the sports match for which I needed it. Excellent price, excellent stock and excellent service. Obviously, I will be back, but I would also recommend them unreservedly.

  Excellent I have just purchased a used Nikon R1C1 flash kit from Willoughby's Cameras. It was described as mint, it actually looks new, the price was excellent and delivery was less than 24 hours. It was packaged in a way I do not think a tank could of damaged it. I really am pleased with the service and especially what I purchased. Excellent service, cannot be happier.

  Nothing to fault. Excellent service and package was well protected. Bought a Laowa lens when it was on sale, website advised it would likely take up to 10 days to deliver which was nice to know considering in 9 days time I was away. Competitor website don't tell you this very useful bit of information.

  Super customer service, I used Willoughby's Cams in the last 30mins before it closed on a Sunday. Silvio took his time and answered all of my questions, stayed until after closing and reserved AND ordered a camera for me from Manhattan. I received it by the next working day! So happy as I was traveling the day after that!!
