  Lumix DMC-G7 I love this camera. I bought it for a trip to Germany and after taking some online photography classes, I'm able to get a lot more out of it. The video quality is unreal.

  Tamron SP 90mm F/2.8 Di VC USD Macro If you want to get in close, there is no better choice than this lens. Don't waste your time and money on the macro tubes.   I waited awhile to get this Laowa 15mm f/2 ultra-wide-angle lens because it was back ordered for some time and when I got the notice from Willoughby's Cameras that they had it, I jumped on it. As soon as I ordered it, and looked again, it was already showing it was being back ordered again. Thanks Willoughby's Cameras for the notification! I have to say, I love astrophotography and I love this lens. For me, it's perfect! The image quality is superb! The light for the lens is just enough when you need it. So happy with my purchase.

  Excellent upgrade vs my Rode video mic As a professional photographer and sometimes independent film maker, I am all about products which can suit multiple purposes. The V-Mic D3 Pro is one of those products. Very well built, picks up excellent sound a very little noise. I compared it to my Rode Video Mic pro and this exceeds my expectations! I would recommend this product.

  Great Camera! - Would NOT buy from Willoughby's Photo - Poor Customer Serv. Great camera so far but our experience with Willoughby's Photo ordering the camera have made the experience less than desirable. The first order was wrong. In trying to fix the order the second order was also wrong. They got the address wrong and part of the accessories were missing. Finally customer service said a credit would be applied as a way of making up for the poor service. A week later not seeing the credit I reached out only to be told that they would not be providing the credit. Use to really respect Willoughby's Photo but now they have a shady team working for them. Buyer beware! Find another vendor to order this camera from and save yourself hours on the phone with customer service.

  If you are long life fan of Hasselblad that place it’s like candy shop for you. It’s like Hamleys for adults. But what is important you find under one roof: Dedication, extremely deep knowledge about Hasselblad ( sorry B H Photo Video you are not a competition ) and very friendly staff. Some people can complain about high prices ( I don’t agree I hassle about price in reasonable way ) but poor people can’t afford bad quality. Final conclusion: Highly recommended !

  I have been buying new and used Nikons here since my FM2 in the 1980s. Service always exceptional. Prices competitive on used and new. Spent an hour weighing up the pros and cons of a D810 against D6 felt no pressure from salesman (more like a consultant). Update from a few years later- still an peerless shop. Helpful expert advice, no hard sell, very competitive prices.

  My visit some years ago was a sort of pilgrimage to see the legendary Willoughby's PHOTO emporium. A fantastic place for any photography enthusiast. I met and chatted to Greg and even though I only bought Novoflex Auto Bellows I got brilliant service that I've not forgotten. It's a shame I live so far from New York now!

  They had the 35mm film i was looking for at an ok price but one of the employees was playing with a camera behind the counter and being very childish. The girl at the counter was very nice and asked if I needed anything else. Overall the shop seems ok nothing special.

  I have bought a Nikon D50 9 years at Willoughby's in New York. It was time for an update. I shopped around and really liked what I read about the D5500. Also the people at Willoughby's were excellent and asked questions about what I will be shooting, what type of places, etc. They agreed with the D5500 as a good choice. I love the feel and lightweight of the camera. It is much faster than my D5600 was which is great shooting my sons basketball game recently.

  This Sony Alpha 1 camera is unbelievable. The service I received over the phone was first class. They help me with everything I needed.   First of all, I wouldn't have bought this Olympus PEN E-PL10 camera if it wasn't initially in the hands of Willoughby's Cameras experts. This gave me full confidence of trust. I ABSOLUTELY love this camera, it is lightweight like air, as oppose to the flagship PEN E-P5 which I initially had in mind. It has the same features, just not as fast, and for my work, I didn't need that much speed. I love sport photography, but I don't do that every day. It's for a versatile photographer that uses the camera perhaps everyday. Buying from Willoughby's Cameras gave me full confidence to go on with my purchase, and the camera has all I needed, it's literally brand new. Love it.

  This camera will be used by high school students for yearbook and school newspaper photos as well as art class assignments.   Set aside the any brand preferences. I am starting a commercial photography website. My focus areas are; SEO, Corporate, Architecture, and Food Photography. Managing expenses means I wanted a full-frame for editorial style work and usually a medium format for commercial work. I get top level equipment with US warranties at a value price from Willoughby's Cameras. The GFX 50S has definitely provided a breath of fresh air to the mid-range market and I have been a huge fan of the full frame sensor. I have similarly purchased lenses. You can get them other places but I like Willoughby's Cameras. Their service is great (they have quickly and professionally handled some returns when needed). If you can buy used, it's the easy route for budget-conscious buyer. And going through Willoughby's Cameras is a great way to go.

  Great place, 120mm film, respectful and knowledgeable staff. Ilford also available. Had 2 cameras part-exchanged for the mid-range DSLRs by this dealer, they were prompt and professional about the whole process. It was smooth, and as soon as my camera came in they called, I paid via Credit Card and walked out with my camera in less than 30 mins. If you can't find what camera you're looking for in Manhattan, order it online and ship it here from Willoughby's Photo. I recommend Willoughby's Photo.

  All I Will Say is AMAZING! I was debating about purchasing the OM-D E-M1 Mark II or OM-D E-M1X. Willoughby's Cameras had this amazing deal with an E-M1X camera and three lenses (M.Zuiko 7-14mm, 40-150mm, and 300mm PRO Lenses Kit). I placed my order from and two days later the camera arrived. The shipment was amazing. Unpacking the box I was pleased to see exactly what I ordered. I ordered a camera from another company on my last camera and they included a lens that was not from the manufacturer. Very Satisfied with this camera and the great service from Willoughby's Cameras. They also included bonus software that was just great. I plan on future purchases from Willoughby's Cameras.

  Replacement of damaged product is a BREEZE! This is why I really LOVE Willoughby's Cameras... I ordered my Tamron 14-150mm f/3.5-5.8 Di III Lens on September 29, 2021. I received it via FedEx on October 5th. On that day I noticed a small fragment of pet hair behind the front element of the lens. I contacted Willoughby's Cameras via email and less then 3 hours later the wrote me back with shipping instructions and a shipping label to return my defective lens. I didn't expect to hear back for at least 24 hours. I dropped the new lens off at FedEx the following day (October 6th). Today it October 7th and at 10am they received the defective lens. Right now and I'm just waiting for a confirmation and shipping information for the new lens. Oh yeah, they are overnighting the new lens to me too! This is the reason I'll always order from Willoughby's Cameras. They've made this experience extremely easy for me. They sell cameras, lenses , and tons of accessories what more do you need to know?

  Great Camera for Beginner Photographer! Needed a camera that was professional enough but not a high end camera that would take me a college degree to learn how to use. Settled on this Sony ZV-1 after visiting this store in NY. People think I am a lot better photographer than I really am! I have even been asked to do some professional work and made extra income.   I use this camera nearly everyday to photograph my children. It came with a GREAT lens! It has enough range that it can capture them across the room without needing a telephoto. I have owned this lens for only 3-4 weeks, and so right now, i have nothing bad to say about it! i am REALLY pleased with my purchase!   Canon EOS 5D MK IV This review is about the added free items Willoughby's Cameras sends. The bag is too small for this camera with an additional lens. The sd card barely adequate, battery less powerful than the proprietary battery. Willoughby's Cameras will not deduct them from the purchase. So, on to eBay they go. The camera is great. I have purchased many things from Willoughby's and this is the first time they have done this. I would much prefer the camera alone with the option of discounts for additional items purchased at the same time.

  Sony Sonnar T* FE 55mm f/1.8 This is a phenomenal piece of kit. It's well-constructed, relatively lightweight, and compact. Light-weight, sharp and with autofocus. I'm extremely satisfied! As a wedding cinematographer this lens is very affordable and top quality! I have bought and sold numerous lenses from Willoughby's Cameras as I am very picky on lens quality and sharpness.

  Canon EOS 80D DSLR Camera with 18-135mm Lens Very recently bought this camera with the intention of using it for a high school photography class. Tough as nails!   The guys in Willoughby's are top class, Greg senior, Greg junior and the team are very helpful. I have been going there for 7 years now. Their knowledge of the equipment and photography in general is second to none. If you need some information or have a question, they bend over backwards to accommodate you. You can even just pop in for a chat. Top class guys!!

  Third Celestron AstroMaster I've owned and love it I've had the original AstroMaster, two 130mm Newtonian Reflector two's and now the 114mm. That should tell anyone just how pleased I've been. All three have been purchased from Willoughby's Photo Emporium, you can't go wrong with Willoughby's Photo. I have spent a lot of money over 20 years with Willoughby's Cameras and never have they dropped the ball once. If you've been waiting for a workhorse Celestron Newtonian Reflector, get it quick before they are gone. At $369 for this camera you can't beat it.

  Amazing product This Nikon Z 7 camera is by far the best investment I have made in my 9 years of photography!! Super easy to learn and takes amazing photographs!   I've always believed that the real measure of good customer service is how a company handles a customer complaint. Today I returned with a camera I was having problems with which I bought new a few months ago. Greg in Willoughby's Cameras couldn't have been more helpful and I was very satisfied with how the issue was dealt with. My experience with Willoughby's Cameras was very positive and I can highly recommend them.

  Sony ECM-GZ1M Microphone I bought it for use in a Sony a6000 and it gives very good results although it can only be used in GUN mode. The build quality is very good and the sound is very clean. The protection that it brings cuts the wind very well, it is always left on. I did not notice that it consumes a lot of the battery. Highly recommended.

  I initially called in to enquire about repairing my camera. After discussing the options I decided to buy a new camera. The staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was a relief to finally be able to actually hold a camera and try it out before buying it! I'd previously tried several big chains stores but none had any in stock!

  Had a issue with my Sony a6600. Contract support and Jimmy helped me troubleshoot the camera. After we went through all the steps ,it was determined to send it in for a replacement. Great support team and a AWESOME COMPANY. THANK YOU WILLOUGHBY'S CAMERAs and your support team.

  Customers service is great and fast, I'd made a mistake in my order and had to cancel it due to insufficient funds. Greg took care of it right away and sent me a email reply back, canceling the order no questions asked. I was then able to re order and use the 0% interest payment system. My camera is now on its way!
