  Thanks a lot for all the salespersons. Had a Live chat with a sales rep at Willoughby's Cameras before buying this 70-200 L lens. I got it the next day after I ordered it on line (Thanks Willoughby's Cameras). Tested it right away & the images are super sharp & clean. I'm so happy with the lens & Willoughby's. My only gripe is with canon because I couldn't register for my warranty on line because their site is not secure. Thanks salespeople!

  This is more of a review of Willoughby's Cameras than the product. I ordered the Nikon D780 (body only ) when a notification came across my phone of a great Black Friday deal. Later in the week, I noticed that the camera body plus accessories kit was selling for the same price. So I called Willoughby's Cameras to find out if I could get the accessories, because who doesn't need an extra memory card and camera bag. They looked into it and shipped the accessories that day. Great customer service! As for the camera, I have had a couple opportunities to use it and am very happy, so far. Pretty significant upgrade from my D3200. Now I just need some additional glass to really push my horizons.

  Awesome service from Customer Service and Willoughby's Cameras Awesome service. Placed a large order, Customer Service was able to add all items to expedited shipping instead of splitting the order between standard and expedited. The website is so much easier to navigate than a competitor that I was shopping on.

  Easy and convenient Ordering from Willoughby's camera was easy and convenient. The package was delivered within the time frame that was promised and it was well packed, ensuring that nothing got broken during the delivery. The only thing I would like to see some improvement in is communications and better/more detailed information about one's personal order and it's delivery.

  Excellent Value & Performance Used Tiffen's Neutral Density filters on the Tamron 70-200mm f2.8 lens on a Nikon D600. White balance and image sharpness was good. Great value and performance for the money!

  Ordering process was fine but the local delivery arranged here in Colorado Springs was hopeless! The one hour delivery window promised by Willoughby's Cameras when ordering didn't materialize. Delivery was advised as being anytime between 6am and 10pm on the day in question. I had to take the day off work to be available to sign for the item which was extremely inconvenient. Because of this I will think twice before using Willoughby's Cameras again, which is a shame as I find the shop service generally very good. The bottom line is the current Colorado Springs delivery process doesn't work for me.

  Good price Good product I ordered a Nikon D7200 from Willoughby's camera. The main reason for using Willoughby's camera was the price, which was 10-20 % cheaper than in my home country or in other shops. The price was good, but what really exceeded my expectations, was the fast delivery to my home door. I also felt fairly good informed of the delivery.

  Nikon D5100 Willoughby Photo had the best price and I am quite impressed with their service & shipment. I am a long term customer of Willoughby's Photo, having bought equipment from them back in the old days of film. Yes, I am dating myself. D5100 is an excellent camera, which I purchased for a graduation gift.

  I am a lifestyle photographer with a home business. I upgraded from a Nikon D60 to this D7500. Willoughby's Cameras has long enjoyed a solid reputation from photographers nationwide, so I was pleased to find their price on the Nikon was also very competitive. The camera came on time as expected and I am using the camera daily.

  Good site but delivered late After shopping around for a new camera, I decided to go with Willoughby's Cameras as I saved more money and they advertised free next day delivery when ordering before 2pm. The camera didn't arrive next day so I went on their live chat to say I hadn't received it and I was told to allow 3-5 working days. Due to a mistake, it didn't come until a week later. Delays or stock issues are understandable so just be upfront with your customers if these issues happen. Can't fault the camera and it arrived well packaged. Edited review due to compensation for the inconvenience and good feedback.

  Fair and Friendly Service This was the first time I have ordered through Willoughby's Photo. I thought that the price of the products and the customer service experience was fair and friendly. I would order through Willoughby's Photo again. Great camera. Easy to set up and operate. Excellent photo quality even in auto mode. Nikon has always been considered the top shelf when buying a camera.

  canon ef 24-105mm f/4L IS II USM Lens I am so happy with this lens. I love the range. This lens will be on my camera most of the time as my every day lens. Willoughby's photo sent the lens overnight the first day it was available giving me the opportunity to use it first hand.

  Great buy from a great store. I get the Panasonic Lumix DC-GH5 because I was on a tight budget, but I am happy with It. I take to my vacation trip to Orlando two days after I receive It and the camera did the job. Great service, because I want to change the delivery speed, and Customer service did it in no time.   First of all, I wouldn't have bought this Panono 360°camera if it wasn't initially in the hands of Willoughby's experts. This gave me full confidence of trust. I ABSOLUTELY love this camera, it is lightweight like air, as oppose to Nikon D7000 which I initially had in mind. It has the same features, 360° 108MP Still Image is fast for my work, I didn't need that much speed. I love sport photography, but I don't do that every day. It's for a versatile photographer that uses the camera perhaps everyday. Buying from Willoughby's gave me full confidence to go on with my purchase, and the camera has all I needed, it's literally brand new. Love it.

  Purchase by phone First class service from Willoughby's Cameras; they were able to supply a new canon lens hood when it was out of stock with other retailers. Item was packaged well and speedily delivered. Would use this company again.

  No Complaints, So Far. I have not yet had much time to use the D610 camera, however, I bought it along with a Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 50mm f/1.8G lens and cannot complain about anything thus far. Willoughby's Photo was wonderful and professional to work with. ...The used items seem to be ones that were used minimally for display purposes and whatnot, and Willoughby's Photo says they are checked to standard before retail. My lens was like new. I recommend buying used through Willoughby's Photo for anyone who may be on a budget but doesn't want to compromise the quality of your photography.

  Was first undecided to order this item with Willoughby's photo, because it was the first time that I was going to buy something with them. It's was worth taking the decision. I had later on a good feedback about them from my Photography lecturer. Also before deciding the buy I got in touch online with one of their customer service to have some questions answered. The attendant was congenial and answered all my questions. The Item is refurbish but so far is working fine. I've started using it for 3 weeks now and so far have no complain to Make. It seems like Willoughby's Photo really deserve its strong reputation

  A family run traditional photo shop. Probably the best shop for darkroom products and student photography supplies in Manhattan. They stock the fantastic C-41 kits/cartridges and Final Rinse !! If you have time have chat with Greg in there about color film chemistry...

  Super Camera! I'm quite new in using this camera but I already like it very much; I had an old Nikon before buying the D780 following the advice of a Willoughby's Cameras seller and I'm very happy because that camera is simple to use and very complete too. I know I've to learn more to use it again better but my photos are already beautiful. It is a super camera !

  Excellent Service I purchased this camera to photograph around my boat. I am new to photography and there is much to learn. I have used it at night and found I need no flash.   This shop is so good that it just has to be one of New York's greatest photographic secrets. It is a family run business run by Silvio, Greg and Rachel, and is a real Photography MECCA! If they do not have what you seek in stock, they will either order it in for you, or, as a matter of course, direct you to another company who they feel may be able to help you. They also specialize in developing and printing photographs taken on film - yes, even in digital world. Their prices are, in my opinion, very fair and reasonable. As well as that, that are just a lovely group of people to deal with. My regular photographic dealer/supplier in Manhattan, where I live, has retired and close his shop. In the future, I will make the journey from new Jersey for my photo needs, because it really will be worth it.

  I'd say that I am a beginner photographer and so far this camera store has been great! I have regularly upgraded my camera equipment which is now almost exclusively Nikon. I depend on & greatly appreciate the guidance provided by Jimmy Whelan, Greg & Silvio. Being fussy, their attention to service is delightfully unobtrusive but meticulous & delivered with warmth & style - now so often lost to the modern retail world. Long may it continue.   A very disappointing experience. I was trading in my as new camera and five lenses. Sadly I was informed that my camera wasn’t working properly and needed repairing. As I was unable to be there in person there wasn’t a lot I could do about it. Emails were mind bogglingly slow to be answered, and I didn’t get much help until I emailed the help line. Tel. numbers were ‘unavailable’. I agreed to have my camera repaired, but am still waiting for the amount quoted. If I ever buy another camera, I will trade in at a camera shop and not send off to Willoughby's Cameras.

  Glad I got the Canon EOS Rebel T7 Deluxe Kit I have only had this camera a few days, so I'm still trying things out. I love my camera , thank you for having such an affordable package that I could afford. Really love the convenience of this deluxe kit, especially the spare battery, cleaning kit, and remote. exactly as described, arrived swiftly and in perfect condition!

  The offered price was very competitive, the website also gave a slight level of detail of the product, including whether it was in stock and was easy to navigate. I was also kept informed as to the progress of the order and ultimately it arrived earlier than their "re"-expected date. So full marks there:-) :-( However when I made the purchase online, their website had informed me that the product was in stock. But the moment I committed payment, I was then informed that, I had to, await stock! This also added several days extra to ultimately receiving the item! Luckily I wasn't in a panic to receive the item. But had I known this before payment, I probably would ether, awaited their restocking, before making the purchase, or looked elsewhere. But having now already committed, plus knowing just how long it takes to resolve such payment issues, I felt a little tricked into making the purchase.

  Excellent products and service My camera - a pre-owned Nikon D780 - was well priced. It arrived quickly, and well packaged, with the original box and accessories. The camera itself is in excellent condition - looks as good as new. So far, it performs as good as new too. It's more than a decade since I last invested serious money in DSLR photography, so I'm glad I had such a good experience with Willoughby's Photo Emporium.

  Lack of Info I preordered and received the item late. I did not get any information about this until I enquired. I bought the weather sealing filter for the x100v and feel I should have been told that it would then mean that the Fuji Lens cap would no longer work with the lens

  Great customer service and great professionalism I bought a refurbed Nikon Z6 from Willoughby last year. The price was fair, the shutter count was low and the camera arrived well packaged with all the bits and virtually as good as new. More recently I was looking for a high-quality laser printer. When I saw that Willoughby's had a recommended model I did not hesitate to buy from them, even though the price was marginally higher than from Amazon. Great customer service and great professionalism have earned my loyalty.

  Painstakingly professional For all things photographic, Willoughby's Cameras is my first port of call. They are always thoroughly professional.   The staff here is so amazing! So helpful and attentive. They hold equipment release gatherings, meet and greets, and educational workshops. When you rent from them, for all intents and purposes, your project becomes their project. They see that all your equipment is in top order and that all your needs are met. Best rental house on the east coast!

  ASUS 15.6" VivoBook! I bought this computer a month ago. Very fast for what I do on it. Mostly office work, videos and web browsing. I had several computers selected that were within my budget and in stock but this is the one that was recommended by my I.T. Manager. I'm receiving a warranty extension for leaving this review.

  A great Camera, at a crazy good price, Received a great discount for this Fuji GFX 50S II, with a GF 35-70mm f/4.5-5.6 WR lens. What a Super Deal and the Pros at Willoughby's Cams helped me with accessories and my questions. Their delivery speed is unmatched. You also don't hang on the line forever to get questions answered. You just cant beat Willoughby's Cams! Period!!!

  Leica Summaron-M 28mm f/5.6 Lens (Silver, Made in Portugal) The lens itself is very nice and appears to work well. I am having some photos taken with it developed tomorrow. I'll definitely choose Willoughby's Cameras over some other camera stores I've had the displeasure of visiting.

  Mirrorless Full Frame Leica Wonder The Leica SL2-S is a very good mirrorless camera and the Willoughby's Cameras deal included a Leica APO-Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH. lens. The camera gets a silver rating from dpreview. The kit included other quality items such as the filter, battery, SD card and pro carrying case.   I needed to pick up some filters and I was looking for a remote control unit for off camera flash. I was able to get everything I wanted. The control unit was hard to find but Willoughby's had it. They also offered me a discount without any prompting from me.

  Lens wasn't quite mint condition. Has some wear on the gold lettering, scratches on lens cap and an off brand scuffed lower lens cap. Lens itself is clear and performs well. This is now the second mint item I have purchased that wasn't mint.

  I've become a Godox & Willoughby's Fan I've switched to Godox and won't go back any time soon. Their family of products works great with my Fuji (also a recent switch).   Not Everyone Works in your hours! My problem is with follow-up after the sale. I have left a couple of messages for them and haven't gotten a response back. Hopefully this is just a covid-19 situation and they have no one at this time to assist me. That being the case someone should advise to any delays and that after sales support will soon be forthcoming. If that is the case then I will revise my review and adjust accordingly.
