  great cost / benefit ratio It is a good full frame mirrorless camera with a useful lens at very attractive price. I am very lucky to buy the kit from Willoughby's Cameras. Willoughby's provides great services even for a foreign buyer like me!

  Bought a second hand film camera as a gift for my friend from Willoughby's Cameras. The order was sent out immediately and we received it very quickly! The camera unfortunately was damaged and once I notified Willoughby's Cameras about it, Rachel Goodwin was more than helpful promptly replying to me to get everything resolved as soon as possible. Rachel Goodwin quickly sent us a new camera and kept me updated through the delivery and shipment process. My friend loves the camera and we will definitely be using Willoughby's Cameras again and referring it to our friends and family! :)

  I like Willoughby's Cameras', i've purchased from you in the past. However the last sales representative I spoke with was disrespectful. I just called to get some advice on accessories I wanted to purchase and all I received was a bad attitude. Never had that happen before. I didn't get his name unfortunately. I am just a novice not a pro photographer.

  I finally received my 24-70 2.8 GM lens lens from Willoughby's Cameras'. I waited for their supply to come rather than buy an imported one. There was no price difference and I got Willoughby's excellent service. It has a nice solid -built like brick-feel. Pics and video are sharp. I am on a learning curve with this and used it all day on a shoot and I was not disappointed.

  Oben ACM-2400 4-Section Aluminum Monopod This monopod is great quality! It's lightweight, very sturdy, durable and well-designed. Sometimes there is not enough room for a tripod and this monopod is the perfect solution. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service. Gimbal purchased Ordered a little before 2pm deadline, thought I might miss out by time order went through. No such problem, immediate response acknowledging order, then later another email saying dispatched. Arrived during time stated today. Very well wrapped and protected even though item was in foam shell then in a case placed in a cardboard box. Thank you

  I sent a couple of emails with some questions before purchasing which they answered immediately.Ordered my Zeiss batis lens,at a good price,and it arrived two days later.Could not fault their service at all.Looking at purchasing further lenses, and a pair of binoculars ,in the near future and see no need to look further.   Bought a new camera and Lens from the Willoughby's Cameras last year. Cheaper than Amazon. But not only that, they have staff who know their subject so when I couldn't understand something with the camera there was someone available to help. Good range of cameras and everything that goes with them. Totally recommend.

  Got there in the end Slightly torturous route to get to what I wanted (D750 new battery) - had to chase on mails sent in and when visiting the Willoughby's shop, little knowledge on what was what and what was in stock. Looked online again and ordered what was needed. All a little messy

  Trade in quote was misleading. Buying the new camera all went well. The low score was for the trade in process. The online quote and actual amount I was finally offered were poles apart. It went from $2100 and ended up around $1200. I had to send one of the bodies to get fixed and I’m still waiting for the money to come through. So far 4 weeks and waiting.

  Canon EOS R I have taken it on a couple of Safaris in Africa, and I have really enjoyed the experience! The ability to use a crop or full frame sensor makes getting different shots easier, and it also has a silent mode if you are scared of scaring off the animals. Canon EOS R is definitely ideal for shooting wildlife. I also usually compose on the LCD screen which would slow you down shooting wildlife. When I shoot birds I always use A DSLR because reaction time is faster.

  Have to pay for two shipment Order two cameras and are told they are shipped the same day. Do receive both cameras a few days later just to find out the shipping cost have been charged for both cameras. Have been trying to get one of the shipping cost refunded for weeks with out any luck. Sales do not reply to my emails and can't get hold of them over phone. $350 down the drain.

Excellent delivery - precisely on time as they had predicted and with no exorbitant delivery charges to Alaska.   Greg W. has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable during my visits, not omitting patient with all my questions. He's helped me source a replacement camera when the shutter on a used body decided to give up life with little notice, and then helped me make the right purchase choice for my needs and intended type of photography when I was looking for Circular Polarizers filters within my budget. Top service, and really appreciated. A quality store that I'm glad exists, there aren't enough camera stores around. Good selection of new and used camera gear and is updated regularly (as it gets plenty of visitors). Stocks lenses, body's, tripods, lights, bags etc (all the things you'd need). Can be annoying when something isn't in store, but their shipping means it can be there within a day or two. Will continue to use when my bank account has finished crying. Many thanks, guys & girls.

  Incorrectly identified and described second hand goods Bought a used item from them which was incorrectly identified and described on their web site. Sure they apologized and returned my money but I had the hassle of returning the incorrect goods plus I'm left without the item I thought I was buying. Frankly not a good experience.

  Tiffen 67 Circular Polarizing Filter This is a good filter for the price. The quality look good and well built. You will have to clean the filter as both i ordered were dirty and had fingerprints on them. The cases they come in also are garbage so get different cases because they rattle around in the case and can be damaged.

  I purchased an Olympus E-PL10 through their Ebay page. It arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. Jimmy was easily one of the best customer service assistants we've come across. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Rather than point us to items that we couldn't afford, he gave us various options and explained the pros and cons. It was exactly what we needed. As complete newbies to photography it was brilliant to have somebody explain things to us in a simple yet non-patronizing way. We will definitely shop with you guys again!

  Great for online Canadian Shoppers I've been getting my film photography needs online from Willoughby's Cameras for a few years now.   Needed some Lomography ancillary supplies, didn't want to risk with Amazon sellers or shops in LA and go into snooty overpriced Urban Outfitters store. Willoughby's Photo is my favorite place to shop for obscure imaging accessories that are difficult to find in CA. Wish they had their own film processing, guess that whole thing is going away.

  Great price but poor communication and service A competitive price for a manufacturer's original accessory, particularly when postage was included. Prompt email response to the order, including "Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order". The shipment email came but there was no tracking link. I emailed back to ask about this and did not receive the courtesy of a reply. When the item arrived several days later, admittedly properly packed and in satisfactory condition, it was apparent why no tracking link had been sent: postage was by a FedEx courier service which does not have any tracking. All it would have taken was a simple email back to say that orders of this type are sent by a non-trackable service or even sorry, we made a mistake. Anyway, it's too late now and I would think very carefully before placing any future orders with a business that either can't or won't communicate properly.

  Canon WD-H58W Wide Converter Lens I absolutely love the range of coverage this lens gives me. I'm using it on a Canon XA-10 and its the best accessory I have purchased for my camera.   Fast and descent pricing. I go to NYU and didn't get any discounts. Be nice to see at least 5% or something for college students other than in photography. Willoughby's Cameras does sell electronics not just Photo equipment. Other wise pretty descent deals.

  Always loved Willoughby's but lately you can’t contact them no telephone number to discuss any issues I personally find that a little annoying when you are spending large amounts of money and get no information on where your delivery is or when it will be.

  Superb service and quality item I was after a Tamron 70-200 208 G2, I looked at various sites but I felt Willoughby's had a good selection, I ordered one and it was with me the next day, the lens itself was in mint condition however it didn't have the lens hood. I queried this with them and they came back to me to say that lens I had ordered didn't have the hood but they had a spare and would send it to me. I have now received the hood which is immaculate. I am very impressed with the item and the brilliant customer service I received, I will definitely use them again.

  The Sigma MC-11 is a great addition to my camera bag. With this adapter, I am now able to use both Canon and Sigma lensed on my new Sony a6400. Felt not need to pay nearly twice the price. I bought mine as part of Willoughby's Photo Specials at $100 less than the regular price. If you can wait you can safe money. Even at its regular price it is a reasonable price point.

  I'm very happy with the FUJIFILM X-T4 Mirrorless Digital Camera. I am such a Fuji Fan! The X-T4 is the culmination of the X line- cannot recommend it enough- and of course- order from Willoughby's Cameras! And also, thanks Willoughby's for the quick shipping

  Made the order and received it early, yes it arrived two days earlier then estimated. Not bad. The lens is just what I wanted and works as good as expected. Willoughby's Cameras is the best for photo gear. Never had any problems what so ever. I have been ordering from Willoughby's Cameras since the mid-80s with no issues, errors or bad products EVER!

  D850 and Nikkor lenses I am an advanced amateur photographer. I appreciate the many professional reviews on the Willoughby's site of equipment I am interested in.   Nikon A1000 Camera Bundle I ordered the Nikon coolpix A1000 bundle and although the order came a few days late, it came with everything that was advertised including the 64GB SD card. The Camera works great, I will certainly check Willoughby's Camera in the future.

  The Zenmuse X5S was designed to keep pace with the rigors of high-end professional aerial imaging. DJI likes to design things that keep forcing their customers to spend more money unfortunately.   Ikelite's Underwater Housing with Dry Lock Port Mount Took my Ikelite's Underwater Housing in the water for the first time full WB control light meter aperture and iso control my pics are going to put my old sealife camera to shame. Easy to assemble focus and zoom capabilities. Very happy. Willoughby's Cameras' has what I need.

  Lensbaby Velvet 56 I've had excellent results using it to photograph coins. Combine this lens with a good tripod, good lighting, and some patience as you work the focus and aperture for your desired image.

  Great camera, great package deal. great service. I am very impressed with my Cybershot HX-400V. It's definitely worth buying. Great price and service at Willoughby's Cameras. Amazing really, I bought a used bridge camera first from Willoughby's Cameras; Not the right choice, I knew it immediately. Packed it back up carefully, returned it, did a little more research. Happy.

  Recently I ordered a used Nikon z fc body from Willoughby's Cameras'. It arrived the following day, securely packed, and safe from the ravages of the courier firm. The body was described as EXC , but when I un-packed it, it appeared to be un-used. I am delighted with both the camera, and superb service given to me by Willoughby's.
