  90D for wildlife photography It's the real deal! Great little camera with a Canon Warranty. The one I received was not a grey market model. Willoughby's Cameras' is an authorized Cannon dealer. I've bought lots of Cannon items through them and never had an issue. Just bought one from Willoughby's. I bought the kit with 2 extra batteries and SD card, but they also have just the body. Comes with USA warranty in the box.

  Not to bad they didnt have the camcorder I wanted. Except for the one on display.so I took that one at a cheaper cost .I wanted a battery charger for it but he didn't have that either.

  I tried pairing the Manfrotto 438 with my Gitzo Carbon Fiber Tripod and Manfrotto 502HD Video Head. It is not as smooth to adjust as I had expected, even with a little wd40.

  Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro IS USM Lens This lens takes incredibly sharp macro images and is wonderful for astrophotography. Very well made and easy to use. Of course, Willoughby's Photo provided nothing but the most professional service every step of the way.

  Rode NT1-A great mic! Shipping was a bit sketch but that was Fed Ex, Willoughby's Photo kept me informed of delays- appreciated. The NT1A recording kit is fab, took me a bit to figure out the mic stand situation but I did. Overall the kit is a major improvement in sound and Willoughby's was professional and consistent in description and follow through.

  Hasselblad Quality Purchased the H5D-50c as a backup to my Toyo 4x5 view camera. To begin with I shoot a lot of medium format so I'm not foreign to the needs this camera has. There are a lot of reasons NOT to use a 5DsR primarily as a video camera. It's designed for high-resolution still photography. For any kind of video there are much better choices.

  I primarily shoot landscape and wildlife and I find the resolution excellent. 5Dsr is an exceptional choice for the money. if you want to enlarge your photos and capture incredible detail, this is the camera to buy. The 5DS R is a superb option for landscape and wildlife photography. The camera as a Canon USA only 1 year limited warranty. Willoughby's PHOTO does have protection plans that are international. Those come up when you add an item to a cart.

  Overall Satisfactory The Vanguard VEO MT-12 Horizontal Arm was listed as "Mint." When I received it, the mount to finger screw onto the tripod was rusted and very difficult to use without a hex key. After soaked in fluid, I was able to work the lever to move as expected. So, problem solved but not what I would consider "excellent."

  The entire process was very easy. The lenses were shipped very carefully and properly packaged. The lenses I received looked practically brand new, same thing with the Canon Eos Rebel SL7. Absolutely no marks on anything. I will definitely be purchasing my photography equipment from here from this point forward. Extremely satisfied.

  Average I placed this order back in September, it was delivered last Friday (some 6 weeks later). I only received updated on the order when I called Willoughby's Cameras, they made very little effort to contact me. And before the order finally arrived, I had to call them again to provide payment details. All in all, service was shoddy and frustrating.

  A palm-sized masterpiece! The Canon AE-1 35mm SLR is an excellent purchase for someone that wants to capture everyday beauty. I am very pleased by the quality and usability of this film camera.   I had a Sony 24-105 f4 G Lens that I part-exchanged at Willoughby's Cameras' to get the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8. This lens build quality is insane. Super strong super smooth this lens is sharp, and clear it is amazing in low light. I highly recommend this wonderful lens and special thanks to the wonderful workers at Willoughby's Cameras' NYC for pointing me in the right direction always!

  POOR COMMS I ordered this camera 28th Sep.21. Was informed I would receive it by Sep 24th. It finally arrived 17th October! Willoughby's took my camera as trade-in which I was happy to do on the assumption I would take possession of my D5 in March. I had to buy a D750 to keep me working through this period. A very expensive interim solution! My complaint is that even though the delay may well have been the fault of Nikon, communication from Willoughby's was abysmal and after spending a heap load of cash with them I now think twice. I used to think their customer service was spot on.

  Excellent delivery except for returns service The assistance over the phone was superb, the fast delivery was also superb, but all of this is tainted by the time it takes to refund on products. Such a shame as I would not have considered going anywhere else, but the returns service just does not match the dispatch service.

  Excellent after-sales for repair under warranty I bought a relatively expensive Hasselblad X series in August and had a couple of issues at the start (down to me getting used to the camera, not the camera being a problem!) which they were very helpful about. After 7 months it developed a lens fault. Customer service was absolutely brilliant. Hassle free return for repair (although I had to pay postage, but that was okay) and I had the camera back, good as new, in little over a week. I was especially impressed with the communication to arrange its return to me. Well done Willoughby's , and thankyou for making that easy to sort out.

  As an architectural photographer, I purchased this Manfrotto MT055XPRO3-3W Aluminum Tripod on their daily deal. It's a major upgrade from my Benro tripod. I'm 5'10 this bad boy is tall! I'm going to have to go to 90 degrees on the best configurations.... Willoughby's Photo is the best!

  Horseman 511857 Carbon Fiber Tripod I am only an occasional tripod user but I greatly appreciate the flexibility of this tripod's construction and functionality. Very sturdy and versatile. It stays where I put it and it is very strong. I am an intermediate and it is a great peace of mind to have a dependable piece of equipment. As usual, Willoughby's Cameras' customer service has done an exceptional job. It has a great price at Willoughby's Cameras as well as being a great value.

  This Sony Alpha DSLR-SLT-A55 camera is lightweight and easy to handle. I have used it mostly for birding pictures, where I can crop the image and still have high resolution. And Willoughby's Cameras' threw in an extra battery and sd cars and carrying bag to boot. Very happy I go this camera.

  Willoughby's Photo carries a good variety of lens filters. I wish there is more selection in the future.

  Difficult to get consistent chat. Delays, like they were dealing with many chat customers. I couldn't get answers in a timely fashion. They would not take Synchrony Bank Financial card.

  I am a portrait storytelling photographer so I truly nee a great camera. While I was looking at upgrading to the D800 my budget would not allow it. The D7000 fit my budget, and my first real test run was at a high school basketball tournament. This is a great camera, excellent image quality. This unit is very similar to other Nikon cameras I've owned and is exactly the quality I would expect from Nikon. The customer service at Willoughby's was excellent as well.

  B&W Variable ND Filter Excellent for shooting waterfalls. Always buy superior filters for your high end lenses. B&W is first class glass as is Willoughby's is a first class supplier of photographic equipment and materials. It is obviously a high quality piece of equipment. It makes no sense to put a cheap filter on an expensive lens.

  Canon EOS 60D I recently purchased this camera using the amazingly cheap student discount, and it really cemented my future plans. Within a week of owning this camera I was able to shoot a concert and have a music video in the works. I love this camera and it seems to love me. I would recommend this camera to any aspiring photographer or cinematographer like myself.

  I'm a novice photographer. I shoot Sony because, well, I only have an a6000 - and I personally like Sony. My SONY 16-35mm F/2.8 GM lens shipped and arrived not only in two days but early as well - even required signature to insure I received the expensive item. Second, WOW. I know I'm not Gerald Undone over here but I'm really impressed with the build quality and sharpness of this lens. I have yet to field test it fully but it has worked quite well for product photography already. I am very pleased with my purchase and I suppose the months of research was worth it. *Attached is a sample of client work shot with this lens.

  Great for film and Ilford photo chemicals. I usually look to ebay and Amazon for my photography chemicals and film but no more. I've used Willoughby's Cameras previously to purchase photography equipment for my work, I didn't realize they supplied Ilford products at such competitive prices.

  Went into the Willoughby's Photo store yesterday for advice on a first DSLR camera. The lady in the store (we never got her name) was extremely helpful and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The customer service was excellent, we weren’t pressured into buying anything but stayed there and bought our first camera from them because of this customer service.

  Great Value At Current Price I'm a long-time Canon user & part-time landscape/wildlife photographer selling into Fine Art & Stock markets. Traded my 6 yr-old 5D MK2 for the Canon EOS Mark III at Willoughby's. The image quality of full frame is so superior to the crop sensor images, right out of camera in raw mode. I will never go back to crop again! So happy with this purchase, thank you Willoughby's arrived as promised. I am so glad I went with the Mark III such a fantastic camera! Great price too!

  Guy didn't really know his onions, got them round the wrong way and wasn't aware of the second hand stock that was exactly what I wanted for half the price of new. Still the best place to buy for real instead if online.

  The Leica CL "Edition Paul Smith" Camera is a terrific piece of equipment. It exceeded my expectations. The best part was the Willoughby's price with the instant rebate. I have owned and used Leica cameras since 1982 and this is the best one I have ever used.
