  Obviously a great selection. I needed a laptop that works with my scheduling app for work. Was able to go online with a display and make sure I could use it properly. Only drawback was I couldn't get an associate to help me find one in stock. I went home and ordered it from Willoughby's Cameras' online.

  I love my Panasonic eneloop pro AA 2550MAH rechargeable batteries! After doing considerable research, I found these batteries to be the best in class. Willoughby's Cameras offered a competitive price, and with free shipping, you cannot beat this deal. These batteries are exactly as stated on the web site. Package was in good condition. I recommend buying from Willoughby's Cameras!

  I took my Leica analogue camera to Willoughby Cameras after the shutter stopped working. The guy in the shop fixed it in minutes and didn’t charge me for it. Previously that day I had been told by a different shop that it would cost $198 and take 10 days to try and fix my camera- but fixing it wasn’t guaranteed. I am so glad that I took my camera here. I also bought some film from this shop and the shopkeeper was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I would definitely recommend this shop to people who have temperamental film cameras and to those who want to know they are buying the right products.

  The Canon EOS 220ES is a nice sturdy camera bag that fits my Canon EOS M5 and two lenses perfectly. It also is nice and small and can fit inside my backpack if I don't want to carry the shoulder bag separately. Quality built with enough protection for equipment without being too bulky and cumbersome. As a long time Willoughby's Cameras' customer, I purchased on line with confidence.

  Canon EOS Rebel SL3-Excellent! The Rebel SL3 is a very fast, very light camera that captures amazing photos. I absolutely LOVE this camera / lens combination. The camera bag is nice if you only have a couple lenses, but otherwise does the job. Works like a charm! Easy purchase on the Willoughby's Photo site and great shipping and turn around.

  Olympus E-PL5 Using the camera with Olympus underwater housing for underwater photography. Excellent images when shooting in manual mode. Rivals quality of SLR in much smaller housing, which makes packing much easier. 100% recommended for all aspects of purchase... very good price, NY address, delivered as promised.

  Price great and the laptop seems sturdy. Picture quality very good. Battery life excellent. The performance is slow however compared to more expensive laptops. Need to be a little patient waiting for applications to open and startup. Perhaps this can be improved with driver updates.

  Useful if you need something in a hurry, this small camera shop sells quite a variety of cameras and lenses, both new and used, as well as bags and accessories. The prices, however, are less appealing and you'll find most items for sale cheaper (often much cheaper) online.

  I went from the Zhiyun Crane 2 to the Weebill-S and I'm so happy with it. Bought the Weebill-S on the recommendation of the Willoughby's Photo specialist at their Manhattan store. The portability has been great when in the field and the footage is beautiful and smooth. Very happy! Excellent purchase and great customer service from Willoughby's Photo as usual!

  Great product & Fast Delivery We love this Nikon D3500 camera; it's lightweight and just right for the candid people photos my wife likes to take. But the telephoto lens that came in the kit is awesome too - I'm using it to take closeups of some outdoor nature shots that I couldn't get with the other lens. Awesome! And Willoughby's Cameras' shipped it all right away, no problem, no charge. We're happy customers.

  I was nervous of ordering a Canon EOS R5 due to the glut of grey market products. Jimmy the assistant in the shop explained gray market in layman's terms; >Just because an item is not manufactured in their region of sale does not mean it is gray market. >A gray market item simply means the item is sold in a region it was not intended for, for example, a lens made for sale in Europe being sold in Asia. >The downside to this is usually that the manufacturer and/or local distributor will not honor the limited warranty that typically comes with the product, but the retailer might offer one in order to satisfy this need. It's a treasure trove with exceptional service and advice from knowledgeable people...one could easily spend a whole day there!

  Nikon Z5 This camera is basically meant to be an affordable full-frame mirrorless option. The sensor is not BSI and has a slower readout, it isn't as quick at the Z 6 with 4.5 fps burst and has a 1.7x crop when shooting 4K video. The body is weather sealed and the lens is weather resistant but not sealed. Willoughby's offers the Z5 FTZ adapter kit as an exclusive bundle at a discount less than Nikon's website.

  Great deals I was looking for Mitakon Zhongyi Speedmaster 35mm lens for a while and I got email regarding the daily deals. The lens was on discounted price (discount of $120). B&H Photo-Video also had same price, but I have purchased camera from Willoughby's before and also no tax made it easy choice to buy at Willoughby's again.

  I say it every time I shop at Willoughby's Cameras'. For Canadians, Willoughby's is the BEST place to shop for all photographic/video equipment. Shipping (even to Canada) is very efficient and cost-effective. I just wish they had a store in Calgary!

  I bought a Fujifilm X-T3 camera from Willoughby's Cameras. The price was very competitive, the service was great and the product was what i expected when it arrived. The only thing that I wasn't very happy about was how long it took for the camera to arrive. When I purchased the camera it was in stock according to their website, however when I followed up a week later they said it wasn't and that they were waiting on Fujifilm to deliver to them. It is a very minor inconvenience but it's something that can be worked on.

  Totally Awesome - Just what I was looking for I purchased this PENTAX-DA 55-300mm lens about a week ago to go along with my Pentax K-70 camera. This is the fastest focusing lens in the Pentax lineup and also the quietest. I am very pleased with the lens, the colors and not very heavy. An excellent product from Pentax, as always.   Willoughby's Cameras' is my supplier for professional and semi-professional audio equipment and photo/video lighting equipment. The Web site is clear and direct, the inventory incomparable in breadth and depth, the delivery timely, and the costs are reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for this type of equipment, even if it cost less (and yes, I'm an Willoughby's Loyalty Prime subscriber).

Upon inspection of the parts, the Large Locking Knob was broken off, and it was obvious that a repair had been attempted on this part. Very disappointed that Willoughby's Photo had no other option to correct THEIR error than for me to return the item for an exchange, when I needed the item before the return would get to me. EDIT: Customer service contacted me almost immediately after providing this review, and had made compromises to make me a satisfied customer.

  Your source for all DJI-related products I have never heard of anyone having a bad experience with these guys. All the DJI forums suggest them. I continue to come back to Willoughby's Photo because of their quick service, truthful in-stock status (unlike some other companies) and the overall value I receive.

  Coherent Basic Information I spent an entire evening searching out products to support my newly-adopted hobby birding and photography. Willoughby's supplied me with all the basic information I needed to buy a scope and add supporting accessories. Also the free shipping to Delaware is an added incentive. Ventures online are not often complete and satisfying. This one definitely has been of the highest quality.

  Overall I am very happy with Willoughby's Cameras' except…not happy with uncertain price fluctuations Overall I am very happy with Willoughby's Cameras except for this past experience. I put the Sony FE 85mm f/1.8 lens in my wish list to purchase in a few days when I got paid. It was $549.00. When I went to purchase it two days later the price was $578.00. I have not had this happen before in just a few short days, and of course they are closed for a week now and I can't call to discuss this. I still placed my order on line but hope this can be resolved.

  Looking to purchase a new tilt/pan head for my monopod, and it was so easy to research and select the one I want. I used it yesterday on a film I am working on and was pleased with the results.
