  Very competent photographic supplier They have an excellent web site, and are reliable suppliers of correctly sourced equipment intended for sale in the USA- no grey imports here! I particularly like being able to arrange where and on what day the purchase is to be delivered, and it is even better that they frequently use a courier who provides a one hour time slot and can be accurately tracked on the internet.

  I visited Willoughby's Photo before shooting a wedding this december. I was torn between 5dsr or 1dx mark ii, Jimmy insisted on the 1DX II. I bought it and later got totally usable stuff at ISO 12,800 or even 16,000, but my old 5DSR won't even go beyond 6400, and it got pretty ragged at that point. Plus the 1DX II gives you high and low speed silent bursts, which would be a major advantage if you're shooting in a church or elsewhere where the noise of non-silent mode would be disruptive. I find it more responsive and versatile. Very handy for wedding photog. I prefer the ergonomics of the bigger camera. The 1DX was really created for action/sports photography which is actually very similar to the way I shoot a wedding-as a photojournalist. You are guaranteed not to miss a shot with Willoughby's.

  My Pentax K-70 DSLR camera totally needed a painstaking cleaning, it was delaying my shots when I was on sports mode. Plus it was blurry when looking inside to take the picture. I Googled and found a local camera place, Willoughby's Cameras, that does it. In addition to the camera & shutter cleaning, they checked out the calibrations, along with the imperfections of the sensor. I couldn't be more happier, everything is working and looking like new. It was $85 well spent.

  It's not often I post a review concerning my buying experience about a company, but when the transaction is great I think people should know. I recently bought a Nikon D780 and several Nikon lens from Willoughby's Cameras and I could not be happier with their customer service, pricing, and shipping/handling time! The prices for equipment is unbelievably reasonable and I got free shipping on my products. I definitely would recommend for your photography needs!

  NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR This lens is a great lens for wildlife photographers and especially for those of us who are bird photographers. I rented this lens and carried it on a Hawaii vacation for 12 days. I later ordered it to gift myself this Christmas. Willoughby's Cameras as always was very first class to work with, lens arrived much quicker than expected. I called in on this purchase as I had a question and the Willoughby's representative was awesome, taking my order after answering my question.

  I'm genuinely impressed. I took my camera in for a sensor clean. It is an old Nikon D200 that has seen better days. They were honest enough not to clean it, saying that the sensor was getting to the end of its' natural life (which it is), and it wasn't worth the clean. I'm impressed they didn't push me to use another of their services to replace it.

  I purchased this Rode VideoMic Pro mic with the free deadcat windshield (haven't tried it yet). I've used this mic to shoot a few sports games and most recently a full length play. Very impressed with the quality and even more impressed with the battery life on it! Well worth the money if you work professionally.

  PayPal Payment Processing Issues I had some difficulty getting the site to accept my PayPal. I tried with two different cards and both were rejected. I had to inconveniently resort to my Credit cards, and it took that okay.

  Great product and great service from Willoughby's Willoughby's is always the go-to spot for buying equipment. This mic is great, especially for it's price, and very easy to use. This kit comes with an extender cable but I have added another cable to allow the Audio tech to be further away from the camera. Great package, great value!

  Great for Vlogging I replaced my G9 with this Lumix G100 camera and I don't regret it at all. I take with me everywhere because it is small and I can still use all the lenses I own for this system. Vlogging is so much easier and the video quality looks great. Item was shipped FedEx and arrived at the scheduled time. Excellent service.

  Get backpack for my photography I'm a real estate photographer and I need something for my Matterport camera, Len back up body, drone, spotting scope, GoPro and all the rest of the stuff that goes with it. This Vivitar DKS-25 backpack worked out great. Product is as advertised. Roomy, plenty of space for lenses, camera, extra items. Light weight, easy to convert from a backpack to a shoulder bag. Easy access to camera and accessories.

  I gave a number of Lumix cameras but the DC-G9 has become my favourite. It is a still shooters dream come true. All the buttons and dials are perfectly placed. I enjoy dong wildlife photography and it is the ideal camera. I bought from Willoughby's Photo this year and my Panasonic Lumix G 25mm f/1.7 ASPH. Thanks to Willoughby's Photo I now have my G9 dream camera, a few new lenses and dreams of another new lens I know Willoughby's will always be able to supply. I love Willoughby's photo

  Reputable product with a good price I chose Angelbird 256GB cards because the price at the time was very competitive, but when it comes to SD cards, there are three important considerations: speed rating, authenticity, and credibility. They have the rating I need, and I trust Willoughby's to sell me non-counterfeit products ever time, but I had to look up the Angelbird since I hadn't heard of it. The photo websites I frequent report that the company is formed by talent from Lexar and Sandisk, which is all the bona fides I need. And I haven't been disappointed.

  Insta360 x2 Bought 360 degree camera off Willoughby's Cameras, Silvio was very knowledgeable and helpful, really made you feel comfortable buying the product. Unfortunately there was an issue with the camera, and they exchanged it , no quibble for another unit. They previously had fixed my Zeiss binoculars , and these have worked flawlessly for the last five years . Cannot rate this Willoughby's Cameras highly enough.

  They stock a huge range of products and accessories. This makes a huge difference as if you are looking for something they normally have it. I have had to get lenses repaired and there turnaround time is excellent. It only took them 6 days to repair my 70-200f2.8 lens. For the last year I have been ordering off them online and there service is excellent, I have normally received the order the following day.

  Priceless service Being able to pick up a phone and talk to someone without waiting stupid times nowadays is priceless.   Ever since Sammy's Cameras merged with an online retailer whilst I was looking at it in the shop I began using Willoughby's Cameras in Manhattan. The staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable; without being pushy. An extensive and good stock is held. As a Canon user I have never come away disappointed. On the rare occasion where they have not had an item I wanted they have obtained it from another store within a couple of days. I have no hesitation in recommending Willoughby's Cameras in Manhattan.

  New to Willoughby's but happy to recommend Not used Willoughby's Cameras before but an ex-demo Canon L-series lens for a secondhand price seemed like a bargain. Dispatched in two days and delivered next day by FedEx, I could not be happier with the lens or the sales service. Happy to recommend with five stars.

  Excellent product and value for the money$$ Willoughby's Cameras' is a fantastic photo company to deal with. Fast and courteous. I bought my first SLR (Pentax film) camera at Willoughby's in 1972 used this brand until 1995 when getting film processed became difficult. I'm a commercial professional photographer; I purchased the Nikon D5300 for my B-Day in December 2013 from Willoughby's Photo. Very pleased with this purchase. My Willoughby's representative was very patient with me and made great suggestions for my needs. The $400 rebate is an awesome deal and $700 for this kit is a very good value.

  The Sony FE 24-105 mm F4 lens with UV filter Kit I bought recently from Willoughby's Cameras were handle very well upon arrival. Both had no damage and on schedule. I am very happy about the lens build quality, it has very sharp image, good color contrast, very fast focus for both photo and video. The steady shots and weather resistance are a plus. The only down side I have is the price is kind of expensive, but you get for what you pay for,I think it is worth. I will suggest my friends to purchase this Sony FE 24-105mm from Willoughby's.

  The Rode VideoMic Pro sound is not great indoors. But it's much better than the camera mic. Outdoors however, it is hopeless. The windjammer doesn't help one bit. Wish I would have put up more money on something better.

  Willoughby's Cameras didn't let me down. I had been unsuccessfully looking for a JVC GY-HM180 4k camcorder for a number of weeks. Retailers didn't have them in stock, not even JVC. I was surprised and delighted to find one in stock with Willoughby's Cameras. I was in disbelief until I received my purchase with 18 hours. It arrived at 10:25 am on the dot as promised. Excellent service and the camcorder is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old HC-VX870.

  Excellent after-sales service I purchased a grey market import at a low price from Willoughby's Cameras' expecting some risk. However, when the lens I purchased turned out to be faulty they were quick to get it assessed by a repairer. I received a replacement lens quickly once this was completed. I am happy to recommend these guys.

  This is the best tripod you can get for under $200 The Vanguard ALTA PRO 263AB 100 is just what I was looking for.I have found this tripod to satisfy all my needs from such an accessory. It is quite heavy but came with a bag which makes carrying it much better. I have used it for landscape and family photos. Glad I bought it. Willoughby's Cameras customer service was excellent as usual.

  Very fast faultless service Purchased a Fotopro X-GO Max Tripod Kit from their Amazon shop. By far the cheapest available online. At this price they only had it available in black which was the colour I wanted anyway. Purchased Monday morning and the tripod arrived (very well packaged) (free post) the very next morning!   Manfrotto Street Shoulder Bag for Mirrorless Cameras As with all camera bags unless you actually see it in the store you do not know if it will be too big or too small to hold your gear. When the box arrived I thought that do not look very big. But to my surprise all of my gear fitted with a bit of room to spare. It is a very well designed bag and a lot of thought has gone in to the design. As for Willoughby's Cameras they have come up trumps once again. Next day delivery by DHL arrived at 10.30 am. 10 stars needed here.

  Very slow service. I had to wait a long time for an employee to show up at the order pickup counter. I'm sure other staff saw me waiting but no one came to help or even acknowledged me. I paid for my order in advance, so I only needed someone to get it from behind the counter. Had I not placed the order for pickup, I could have been in and out in under two minutes.

  Sony Alpha a7R III Mirrorless Digital Camera Body Even 3 years after launch, the a7R III is still the best price value prop for the mirrorless landscape in 2021. Serves as a solid video camera too if you are interested in that. Willoughby's Cameras was super easy to order from, shipped fast and everything was packaged great. I will be looking at Willoughby's Cameras for more lenses for this in the near future. The B&H staff has been excellent in answering my questions about functionality of the equipment.

  I would buy and recommend this camera We were on vacation visiting New York so when I happen to walk upon Willoughby's Cameras' I was more than excited to say the least because I order online from them all the time.
