  Great place to shop online. After contacting Willoughby’s Camera and having an excellent discussion on the Sony HXR-NX100 camcorder, I placed my order and received It within 3 days. I've had It for 3 months and over that time have been on tons of shoots with it. It has never given me a problem. I am very happy with It and dealing with Willoughby's camera was faultless.

  Dealing with Willoughby's camera online was a very easy experience. i was on the market for a tripod and managed to get in touch with them, I found their customer service and support amazing and so I placed an order a Manfrotto Tripod Immediately and I was kept up to date on the shipping progress throughout. I am extremely happy with both the Tripod and the swift delivery, Can't fault the services!

  I wanted to like it... The price is right, I wanted to like the Ruggard tripod case however I couldn't. The padded lining is not secured between the interior and exterior fabric causing sagging in areas. The bottom strap that secures the tripod inside is lower than the zipper closure making it difficult to clip the latch.

  Just purchased Horseman 110mm f/5.6 lens for Horseman 617 Professional Camera from Willoughby's Cameras. I was really impressed how quickly the order was confirmed and dispatched - on a sunday no less - and I had my new gear before I knew it! Am much enjoying using this very fine lens.

  Great film - best grain! portra 800 really is not much different than the 400 or 160 but it allows a whole new level of low light photography. The grain is still really subtle compared to most 800 iso films. :) And I always live the customer service and price from Willoughby's!!

  Perfect service, great prices and super fast delivery! Ordered a Sony a7R IVA on a Sunday afternoon and received tracking information on the Monday. Next thing I know, the camera was delivered on Wednesday morning before midday. That's less than 3 days all the way from New York! Good communication from the company via email and no duty to pay, as yet... Will definitely be ordering from these guys again, their prices are unbeaten anywhere else.

  I was hesitant in placing my order with a company I had not dealt with before. Their price was the reason that I took the chance. For a free delivery I would have to wait for 5 days but the Sony a7S III was worth the wait, the quality of video and clarity is what I was hoping for and All of my future purchases will be from Willoughby's camera.

  Excellent service for items in stock My telephone conversations were promptly addressed and all my requests were explained clearly in the responses I received. My order was dispatched and delivered immediately arriving on time. Although it did not affect me in any way I noted that many items on the web site are labelled not in stock. Batteries for the camera I bought are not in stock so if I want one for backup I will have to look elsewhere.

  I recently upgraded from a D5600 to the D500 for indoors (basketball), outdoors (baseball, softball). The high-ISO performance is excellent. I shoot all of my basketball at ISO 8000! Overall, feel Willoughby's Cameras pricing is competitive and they deliver consistently and quickly. Not my first rodeo with Willoughby's and they continue to give me no reason to go elsewhere; no hesitation to recommend them.

  It’s the patience, listening and thought provoking guidance that I was after when I visited Willoughby's Cameras, New York today. Greg was really helpful.   Camera Quick Release Plates & L-Brackets!!! Wimberely QR was recommended to me by a Willoughby's pro. The plate is well constructed and is quality in every respect. I find this quick release plate so easy to use with my Canon Rebel and 600mm lens. It was a great buy!. Great customer service at Wimberely as I had a technical question about the plate. Lens is now balanced with no issues on the monopod or tripod. Great product!

  Had a great experience with Greg W today, came in looking to purchase the Sigma 24-70mm 2.8 Art lens. He spoke to me about it and also recommend a slightly cheaper one. We also had a great chat about photography in general. Great guy to speak to and I will definitely be back. The manager, Guy, was also very helpful and kind in sorting me out with the lens.   I absolutely love the Peak Design tripod! It's Easy to use, tall during use and compact when folded. It is absolutely worth every penny! Customer service is amazing and Willoughby's camera was there for me when i had some questions during the delivery. Highly recommend!!

  Willoughby's camera had a great offer over the holidays and am grateful I jumped on the deal. the Sony a7S III camera arrived to me securely and well packed and in the timescale indicated. I haven't had a chance to shoot more than some test clips, but everything about the camera is a major upgrade from my recent DSLR. I am delighted with the purchase and I will have no hesitancy in buying my next camera from them.

  Fantastic Service from Willoughby's camera. my new Sony a6600 camera was delivered within the time stated and straight out of the box it has performed brilliantly. I ultimately chose the Sony a6600 because it had double the battery life of previous Sony A6000 series cameras and no time limit on video length, I am using It to film animals and nature and I am very satisfied with my purchase. No regrets.

  The DJI Osmo Pocket 2 Camera with the Creator Combo rocks! I am using this on a Z axis stabilizer with the gimbal on camera and walking around is super stable. Video is maybe a bit digital and sharp but quality and color science is good.Excellent example of portability enables opportunity. Amazing package deal! Everything was better than I expected!

  This is a small shop with a moderate range of cameras and equipment, not like the heyday of the old Willoughby's Cameras Emporium. The cameras on display are mainly the lower models of each camera range although they can order you none stocked items, but you cannot buy high end Nikons D850, Z7 etc from this shop (it's not got a high enough rating for Nikon, its mad! But true) The staff are friendly but you do feel they are fighting for targets. Would I buy a camera from them? maybe, but do your research first. Be aware, applying for their finance, is to say the least a challenge (good luck, I have done it I know) oh yes and you cannot even have the high end Nikons delivered to that store, true madness. Enjoy

  Excellent service & VERY prompt delivery! The website was Very easy to navigate around and the delivery was very fast, Our Canon Rebel T7 camera was exactly as described on the website, I Bought It as a gift for my daughter who’s been wanting a DSLR camera and She likes the camera's size and it is lightweight. The kit lenses give her the ability to experiment with different focal lengths as she hones her skills. We are both very happy with the images she is getting with the kit.   Excellent microscope. High quality well made scope. Bought this for my veterinary practice. It easily compares to microscopes at twice the price. The optics are excellent and it is solidly built. A very reliable bench top microscope for us, I'm very happy with Willoughby's once again.

  Great tool to facilitate my intro to astrophotography The SkyGuider EQ Mount is my first specialty tool as I explore astrophotography. This is an excellent investment and a great addition to my astrophotography options. Willoughby's Photo Photo did a wonderful, efficient job in taking my order. I expected a two month delay as they (Willoughby's) were out of stock. I received it earlier than anticipated!

  I was kept updated throughout the whole process with several emails and progress updates. The GoPro HERO9 camera arrived extremely well packaged and with simple instructions to get started. The camera synced easily to my phone and all the pieces went together easily and intuitively to make a platform for capturing my underwater video.   I bought a pair of Tiffen filters and received them quite promptly. The Filters still work very well and these guys actually care for their customers and follow up to see whether the item was actually delivered and if it is still fine over time. I am very happy with the results of using the filters and I will certainly be returning to Willoughby's camera when I decide to add a few upgrades!

  even though i received my Sony HXR-NX100 camera faster, 2 weeks after the warranty ran out the eyepiece viewfinder stopped working and went dark. The cost to repair was almost as much as just replacing it so i had to buy another one elsewhere. This will be my last purchase form Willoughby's camera.

  Second Hand Nikon 70-200mm f4G ED VR lens, slight disappointment buying online for the first time without handling the goods so to speak. However, Willoughby's description was accurate and with a 12 month warranty that sort of clinched it, prompt delivery. Lens is excellent, got it mint. Slight pin cushion effect on images but to be expected on zooms, not that noticeable except on buildings, easily corrected in Photoshop. A useful bit of kit.

  Could do better This order was placed on the 8th December , an intended Christmas present, but did not arrive until 21th January The carrier you use - when the parcel was finally delivered there was a considerable hole in the carton. Only good luck that the box within hadn't actually fallen out.

  Great Arm for Product Photography We purchased this Manfrotto lateral side arm for product and food photography. It is great and does the job.   Great Product at a GREAT Price ! The guy on the floor at Willoughby's Cameras who sold me this was a walking tripod encyclopaedia! Very helpful and thorough. Even warned me of possible dust problems, which so far have not appeared, and made sure I understood never to leave the camera on the monopod unattended, even with with the ball joint fixed. Manfroto did a great job designing this and Willoughby's did a superlative job getting it to me for an amazing price and delivered it perfectly in only 2 days, at no charge. Outstanding all around ! ! !

  Less than helpful The member of staff who served me was very condescending. he could have said the same things in a much more user friendly way...as were the other team members on duty. As I came in someone was going out and complaining that she had been told that two people, even from the same household, could not be served together. This despite the fact that this was not the case with other customers. If he was that anxious about serving then he should not have been on duty.

  Next Day Delivery Never Consummated Ordered for next day delivery but the item never arrived the following day as apparently the courier 'did not have time'. The item did not arrive the following day either for the same reason. I live in a hidden street and have never had a problem with couriers before. Be warned their next day' delivery is incredibly unreliable and if you need your item on time, shop elsewhere. Contacted Willoughby's support and they had little interest in sorting this out.

  I utilize this primarily when doing astrophotography. The Nikon MC-36A is easy to use with your DSLR. It helps create time lapse photos, starlight photos, and star trails photos. It works well and allows me to eliminate any motion. They’re very professional too. I would definitely shop at Willoughby's again.

  Following my last trip to Iceland, it was time to upgrade my Nikon 80SLR. I found that Jimmy at Willoughby's Cameras was extremely informed and helpful in helping me purchase my new equipment. My photography interests include motorsports, and especially nature photography ranging from landscapes, macrophotography, to wildlife. The new Nikon D5 kit that I have purchased will be perfect for capturing those images.

  I have recently purchased a Nikon D500. This camera was described as excellent condition with very low shutter count. The condition was fantastic and the service second to none. I purchased by mail order and purchased late afternoon. It arrived 9am the next day. Great service. Its my first dealings with this company and can't recommend them enough.

  Great to see a really good camera shop, well stocked, and a great range of used goods. The second hand section is fantastic, a big range and reasonable prices too, some very well looked after gear here. Staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. Not pushy, no high pressure sales. Good private car park to the rear, so very easy to pop in and try before you buy. I miss this, the Web is good, but camera gear is tactile and needs playing with.

  Fantastic staff - helpful, friendly and solid advice given without the 'sales man' pressure found at most places. I ended up buying a used camera bag and flash for my Canon camera.
