  Excellent service Very pleased with Willoughby's Cameras EMPORIUM following trade-in of photographic equipment and purchase of new equipment. They were prompt to reply by email at my first query and very helpful on the phone subsequently. When I visited their site in New York they were efficient, particularly with the Covid situation and helpful. I am very pleased with may purchase and with the service received.   SCRUPULOUS ETHICAL SERVICE There was a huge shortage of Brother printers when mine jammed. Work at home caused the huge demand. I needed a photo printer,but none were available. I ordered a photo printer from Willoughby's in New York. Later much later, the printer I wanted began to be available from other suppliers.But at 15% to 20% increase in price, Then Willoughby's completed the order at the original price. Many thanks I hope to use your FIRST CLASS SERVICE AGAIN

  I Saw a GoPro HERO8 camera I was interested in purchasing through their website but being a novice i had a few questions and gave them a call. jimmy was patient and very helpful and answered all of my questions.   Excellent Choice. I Went to Willoughby's camera looking for a mirrorless camera and I end up purchasing an Olympus OM-D Mark III camera because it was within my price range. I weighed my options and decided to purchase this camera instead of jumping to a different camera and format and I am still very happy with my decision. Am delighted with both the camera and Willoughby's.

  I would definitely recommend Willoughby's PHOTO emporium to anyone. I was a bit worried my Nikon Z6 II camera wouldn't arrive on time but I was kept updated throughout the process and it arrived on time as expected.   I Recently bought a telephoto lens from Willoughby's camera through eBay and It was such A great experience, the lens was all packed and ready to go when I went in the next day and picked it up.   Love my new Tripod. From ordering to delivery, everything about the service was smooth and painless. I was kept informed throughout by email and the Manfrotto Tripod arrived when expected and was straightforward to set up, It also came with lots of very clear documentation provided. It's my first tripod and I'm very impressed. It is sturdy and relatively lightweight, and the quick release system is easy to use and very useful.   No service - no refund. Willoughby's camera is a disgraceful store with no intention to do anything but help themselves to your money. I Ordered a Canon XA50 Camera‏ which cost over two thousand dollars but After 2 weeks I decided to cancel the order as I still had not received the camera. Since then after several emails I still haven't received my refund.

  Was kind of nervous given some NY cameras store reputations.. Was kind of apprehensive making a major electronics purchase (Ikelite DL 8" Dome Port) without the 'safe' envelope of Amazon, and past reputations of NY camera stores attracting with good prices then bait 'n switching, asking for 'verification' over the phone followed with a hard sell etc.. but the numbers with Willoughby's Cameras were much better..so I gave it a go. Placed the order easily online, verified with confirmation online and viewed on my credit card account as well. Order received in two days, shipping included with info communication and tracking along the way, great packaging and all great new items. So I am happy and would shop there again, no problem.

  Macro & Ringlights for Macro Photography This Nissin MF18 Ring Flash adds a whole new dimension to my macro photography. The cost was more than some similar flashes but well worth it. Well made and performs great. Had to contact Willoughby's Cameras for some tech help and got immediate reply and issue solved. Highly recommend.

  Excellent Camera, great Willoughby's turnaround delivery. Love this little camera! Extremely powerful and it fits in your pocket. I bought Sony DSC-RX100 VII to replace my RX100V that I had worn out. It had taken me across North America on motorcycle multiple times and also been right at home doing family portraits and weddings. Cant beat it! Quick shipping too from Willoughby's so I didn't miss any shots.

  More than a shop, an experience! Willoughby's Cameras Emporium is a brand that lets the emotion of photography shine through even before the shot is taken .. and the store is no exception! A few steps from the Empire State Building, when you enter you are engulfed by the windows full of equipment and the photographic exhibition inside is a point of inspiration for amateurs and professionals.

  What a great find. The Nikon Stereo Microphone was extremely carefully packed upon being dispatched, and I was constantly kept updated with each stage of progress. I've tried the microphone on a D7000 and it's absolutely a workhorse, I am extremely pleased with the sound quality and happy with the mic too. I simply have to recommend Willoughby's camera

  Purchased in October and received film that expired in January. Willoughby is not selling fresh film. I was disappointed that I received film that was expired. Hadn't happen to me with Willoughby's Photo before. Usually expired films have been clearly labelled as such on the purchasing page.

  I was very pleasantly surprised stumbling on this new and used camera shop in the middle of New York. Staff were really friendly, there is a surprisingly large range given the size of the shop and I stoa load of Pentax DSLRs for quite a bit less than I'm used to paying on Amazon. They have bags, lenses, cameras, tripods, accessories and lots of film for traditionalists.

The staff member located the lens in question and confirmed it was in fact the D version. It was listed as Excellent but he said it looked near mint. It arrived next day as promised, securely packaged and I can confirm it is as described - near mint. I've taken a couple of dozen test shots and couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.   Great kit at a great price! This Canon 7D Mark II camera is just great. And this kit is awesome and comes with everything you need: camera body, two lenses with lens caps, battery, battery charger and camera bag. AND at a great price!   My husband is a photographer and he was in severe need of a bespoke backpack for all of his gear. We searched until he finally found the Lowepro ProTactic. Even with winter storm delays into FL, Willoughby's sent out an email notifying us of their awareness and hardwork to get the product shipped. It arrived just in time for his birthday and he LOVES IT! So much more storage and a nice slimmer fit that's secure compared to his last. His smile says it all.

  Good value on top of a 12 month warranty Price is not everything, but I found Willoughby's Cameras, this time to be offering a better price for the product I wanted. Willoughby's Cameras also offers a 12 month warranty which is longer than some of the others. I contacted their customer care team about an issue and got a prompt and helpful answer. Will most likely use again.
