  I have had amazingly good service form Willoughby's Cameras. The 2 binoculars I bought arrived safely well packed and in time for Christmas. The team had three telephone conversations with me and explained the 10x32 10x42 the differences pros and cons, essentially how to understand binoculars. I will certainly purchase another pair from them and camera equipment as well.

  15yr loves Canon Rebel SL3 I bought this as a gift for my 15 yo nephew. His father is into cameras and likes it. It has features that a teen can use without being too complicated. Im happy with this purchase.

  It is unfortunate that single focus stores have a hard time surviving. This is a camera and photography shop that is overpriced compared to other big retailers. They seem to try hard but not sure how they can compete in the long term. I did try and use their camera repair service. This was a mistake. You are required to pay $50 upfront and you will get a diagnosis. Mine ended up being more than the value of the camera so I ended up eating the fifty. I know, my mistake, but they could get more out of this if did feel estimates. I did find out that if you use the manufacturer of the camera you can get it sent off for free. Live and learn.

  No shipping chemicals anymore? I'm really disappointed when I see an item I need is available for in-store pick-up only. I have ordered Kodak D-76 Developer from Willoughby's NYC so many times. Why the change? Maybe it's beyond there control. I hate to rate Willoughby's less than 5 stars, but this is really inconvenient.

  D5 vs D850 I was torn between the D5 and D850 until I visited Willoughby's Cameras. Jimmy demonstrated the D850, it has the same autofocus module as the twice as the more expensive D5. It has excellent dynamic range and focus stacking which is a wonderful feature for my product, food and landscape photographers. I finally settled on the D850's high iso performance is excellent and while not quite that of the D5 is great for virtually any situation you will encounter. Quality to price ratio high, easy ordering quick delivery. Willoughby's was the only trustworthy company to purchase something this nice from.

  I am delighted with Willoughby's service. There were no Leica M Series 35mm film cameras in the United States when I ordered and Willoughby's kept me fully informed. Once stock arrived, delivery was quick. Their extra layers of packaging kept the printer safe in transit, despite damage to the outer box. And the Leica MP 0.72 Rangefinder is excellent too.

  Horseman 35mm f/4.5 Apo-Sironar digital Lens I have been waiting for Horseman 35mm f/4.5 lens for my beloved Horseman SW-DII Pro. It came into stock and due to some technical issues with the ordering system it was delayed. Willoughby's PHOTO pulled out all the stops and got this lens unit to me. I have been purchasing through Willoughby's for over 35 years and this 'going beyond what would be expected' is why I stay with them. 100% recommended.

  Willoughby's great I have used Willoughby's Cameras in the past but that was some time ago . Order a Astronomy Telescope , order on the Friday dispatched Saturday . It sat in the FedEx depot for 4 days, rang Willoughby's on the Wednesday and explained what was happening , they rang Royal mail and order was delivered on the Thursday. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to a friend . Customer service brilliant .

  Good service I ordered a Rainsleeve delivery overnight for a seaborne job in Miami. It didn’t arrive in time and I notified Willoughby's on Monday, by the end of the day they had reimbursed me the extra that I had paid for speedy delivery by FedX. This I thought was a very honest act on their part as it wasn’t their fault that FedX hadn’t made the delivery.

  Excellent as usual Bought a Canon RF 50mm f1.8 STM from Willoughby's and this was delivered on time. I had to use my gift vouchers on the phone rather than the web site, something such that are changing this summer, but they were kind enough to throw in free next day shipping.   A highly pleased Canadian astrophotographer Really like my new Samyang 135mm f/2.0 ED. It's a great piece giving great images. It's often paired with cooled astronomy-specific cameras as well via camera-specific adapters. I'm using it mainly for astrophotography. I really like the result so far. To all fellow Canadian buyers: it took only 4 days to get my order to my door with Willoughby's Cameras. Super efficient service.

  Nothing special. I have no major complaints except one item I bought was presented in a worn and tattered box. Not generally impressed by the attitude of staff in the shop. A little too laidback, bordering on disorganized and surly. I may have been unlucky with the particular member of staff.

  Works as advertised - great recharger Strong performing battery from Leica! I believe this is improved over the first gen Leica batteries that were released just based on my casual observance of the battery life. Buy an extra battery now while Leica is still supplying these! NOTHING BEAT ORIGINAL LEICA PRODUCTS!!!

  Some of the staff or employees are inattentive they only chatting with there employees if you as help they ignore you and they say you can wait for an hour of your item to come out. One thing good there’s one employee help me and not even 5 minutes my item that I order on line got it so fast, not like the one a ask a lady employee told me that I have to wait for 1hour to take it out and before I can have it. I wish you train your employees for Costomer service. Poor Costomer Service!!!

  Thank you for the excellent service I purchased a used Sony Alpha a99 II DSLR as a second/backup camera body. Other than one tiny mark the unit was in excellent condition and great value for the price. It arrived the next day even using "standard" delivery so what more could I ask.   Canon 5DS R camera. I received the camera within 4 days. I have taken some pictures to test resolution in a real world situation and Compared to the Rebel T7 I normally use, the 5DSR is amazing. I absolutely love the camera and the customer service was top notch and very nice and easy to deal with. Very happy with my purchase.

  Matterport MC250 Pro2 The Matterport heralds amazing tech for the future of spatial mapping in an easy setup. Performs better than expected. Cube lights added to the top help with low light conditions. This truly is a game changer for so many industries.   Beats Amazon! As has always been my experience over many years, Willoughby's Cameras' staff - everyone from New York(who tell you where to find what you want) to the cashiers - are extremely helpful (the sales people will tell you when they think something is not your best choice) and friendly. What occurred to me on my visit yesterday (Sunday 6 January 2022) is that Willoughby's Cameras, in its "brick and mortar" configuration, has succeeded is adapting itself to the Amazon era. Quite a feat, and a considerable advantage to us shoppers.

  Not bad, not good Bought a Celestron 8-24mm Zoom Eyepiece for my wife. Got bad directions from Astronomy squad. He said it it fits more than 1.25" diameter drawtube or accessory. Got home was narrower. 2 days later and 200$ more was up and running. I expect good information.

  This place is Amazing! Great Staff, Great selection, And Inventory! I would recommend this place even Without any reservations. I have been trying to get a Canon BG-R10 Battery Grip for a week now and everywhere else was backordered, I placed my order online from them and they delivered It within 5 days, The grip was exactly as ordered and was securely protected through shipping.   The communication from Willoughby's camera was very good as I was informed at every stage of the process and the delivery was faultless. I couldn't be more pleased with my new Canon RF 24-70mm lens, I've only had it a couple of weeks and I've realized it pairs well with my Canon RP camera. I get Very sharp images excellent low light performance and the fast focusing is Totally worth it. The people at Willoughby's camera are also top notch.

  This is my worst online customer service. My experience was really bad. The sales rep did not offer any solution to the item I wanted to return. They are very abusive to their customers on the phone.

  Better than I expected. I finally I came across Willoughby’s camera and their communication was great, they kept me in the loop on the ordering process via email. The DiCAPac Waterproof Case was shipped faster than expected and sent to me very well packaged and protected. I've used it 3 times now and it works great and is easy to use. I have no reservations in purchasing from Willoughby's camera again.

I was a little concerned about ordering a Sony a7 III camera online from a company that I had not heard of before but It only took a few minutes to complete the order online and I was kept informed by e-mail about progress and Shipping was insanely fast, everything arrived fine. The camera has been a joy to use for my sports photography so far and Overall, I'm very happy with it and buying from Willoughby's camera was a very good experience.

  True American Hospitality From NY City! This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. I live in Pasadena, California and I am a Realtor who does professional real estate photography. I have had the opportunity to visit the store in Manhattan and I call frequently with questions. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Willoughby's Cameras is extremely helpful, respectful and knowledgeable.   I have bought several of my cameras from Willoughby's camera and every time the staff is always very helpful and willing to help with any questions I may have. Greg and jimmy were incredibly helpful today helping me learn more about my Fujifilm XT4 and about the flash on my camera.   Patronising, rude, and over-priced The last time I had dealings with this shop was indeed the last time, as I never intend to visit them again. They would like us to believe they are a high-end and exclusive specialist. However, that would be all well and good if they had the manners to go with their image. The last person I spoke with was surly and rude. This is NOT the behaviour you'd expect from a competent sales person.

  Celestron CGX Equatorial 800 HD Telescope Fantastic service given by Jimmy at Willoughby's. He was undaunted by the problem we had with a jammed lens which eventually had to be sent back to Celestron to be mended, this all took time but it arrived safely back from Torrance, California and is now back in operation all thanks to to Willoughby's.   Wow, what a great shop! Very much tucked out of the way, but if you're in any kind of market for cameras, lenses, telescope/binoculars, this is definitely a shop you should be visiting. Call a couple of days in advance if there's something specific you want to buy/see, they'll get it into the shop for you. Very knowledgeable, while I was there was a member of staff was discussing a purchase with a pair of customers, the chap was able to answer everything the customer needed to know and certainly from my point of view was very helpful. Little gem of a shop, will certainly be visiting again.

  I bought a Canon R6 from cameras in the post last year. Fast service direct from Willoughby's Cameras to Canada. Very good price, camera body is brand new unopened and incredibly well packed. Cannot fault the company and will use again. If your worried about the warranty or being able to claim, don't be, everything was smooth, the camera was repaired and back with me a few weeks later.
