  Great communication and price. I was a bit dubious about ordering from an unknown company but decided to risk it after plenty of research and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. I Ordered a Nikon D5600 and saved over $200, I was given tracking details for the delivery and the camera arrived 4 days after ordering. I've been using t it or almost two months and I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. I'll be using Willoughby's camera again, and would encourage you to go for it if you're also a little hesitant.

  I had no clue on what Arca Swiss plates would work well for my cameras. Jimmy W. of Willoughby's Cameras' responded to my email quickly and even came up with a "L" bracket solution, which I never thought of. He also recommended a Arca Switch plate that will mate perfectly with my 100-400mm lens!

  very pleasantly surprised. They were the only company offering the Sony a7 IV camera I was looking for and offered it at a very fair price. Selection is great and shipping is fast. I've had the camera for over a moth now and I have had no problem with it. I highly recommend ordering from them in the future. I will personally order from them again.

  I ordered a Canon RF 70-200mm f/2.8L for a wedding shoot I had just days later. The lens was in great condition, performed impeccably and the fact the support team were able to so easily deal with what I worried would be an unreasonable request was a huge weight off my shoulders.   Sadly use UPS for their deliveries . First delivery of an extremely expensive lens was thrown over my fence . Second delivery was put in an unsafe place and the driver broke the wooden screen where he left my parcel . IGNORED , my safe place .Now have to refuse to buy anymore from Willoughby's until they use a decent courier . I wouldn’t mind but they charge $18.95 every time !

  Drone listing description wrong I received a drone which was described as in Excellent condition however it was also noted that a USB - Lightning cable was missing. Not a biggie, especially since it was supposed to be supplied with a carry case. Guess what was missing from the box? Yep. The case. I'm disappointed already and I haven't even got the thing home to try it out yet. Shame.

  I bought two items that were not compatible one with the other (I didn't know they weren't). Instead of simply shipping them they contacted me to ask confirmation, informing me of the incompatibility. I'm so thankful for their service because it saved me the hustle of returning one of the two. Shipping was extremely quick, the quickest I've ever experience for a national purchase.

  I recently started ordering Epson inks for my framing business from Willoughby's Cameras'. They are very prompt with dispatching and extremely helpful and friendly on the phone. I also recently had a faulty cartridge (no fault of Willoughby's ), and they dispatched a replacement straight away and I got it next day. Would highly recommend them!

  The Canon Rebel EOS T2i was the perfect choice for me. It's lightweight, easy to use, and affordable. Great price from Willoughby's Cameras' and the customer satisfaction guaranteed return policy makes this purchase a no-brainer.   I find the place good but I can't help but feel the staff are too intrusive sometimes. I went to look at a bag and the whole time the staff member stood beside me and I felt I was being hurried. Had I been left alone to look at the items in the store, I would have had a better experience.

  Excellent Buy The Insta360 ONE X2 is a great budget camera for VR photography due to the cmos sensor and will capture 360 stills and Panorama stills. I'm a wedding videographer looking to step up my creative side and the Insta360 ONE X2 most certainly has allowed me to do that. The best price ever I got from any website all over the world.   I am very pleased with my new camera. After having two Nikon cameras that literally fell apart due to cheap plastics, I pre-ordered the Sony a7S iii from Willoughby's camera and It arrived quickly in excellent condition. I charged up the battery and everything worked perfectly. I would Recommend Willoughby's camera to anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune to have some fun taking pictures and videos.

  The service from Willoughby's camera is always perfect with attention to pleasing its customers. Everything I ordered arrived on time, in excellent condition and the Canon 5D Mark IV camera is a dream. I haven't had the chance to use it too much yet but so far I'm impressed. I have been using it for about a month now and taken it out for a few intensive shoots and It has not let me down. The focusing is much improved over the MK III which was my main motivation for getting It. Also Shopping with Willoughby's was an excellent all round experience. You won't regret your purchase.

  Extra Hidden Costs. I am not complaining about the product, the ordering experience or delivery times. What really upset me was having to pay an extra $72 before customs would release my purchase for delivery - I could have purchased the same Tripod from a different supplier for the same price and receive it much quicker. I will never buy anything from Willoughby's camera ever again because of this approach

Shipping was quick with Willoughby's camera and the Sony a7R IVA camera has been very easy to set up. the two extra batteries were was a good bonus too, Overall I'm very pleased with the camera.   Bought new lens today. Over $300 worth not even offered a bag. Customer service by the friendly Nikon ambassador was great but Willoughby's staff overall could have been more friendly. I do expect a high level of service even if it is a Sunday. Service with a smile is easy.

  Rented Nikkor 70-200 VR2 couple of times. Had no issues of getting the lenses delivered to me. Lenses was always in perfect condition. I even gave them a call couple of times just to get some information and the staff was very helpful. They know what you need and they will give you the perfect advice. 5 stars guys !!!! Thank you

  Purchased a $500 Canon bridge online from Willoughby's Cameras' and then discovered a problem with the camera. Had a chat with the store and they suggested some adjustments I could try to the settings. This didn't improve things so they arranged pick up of said camera and refunded me in full. I could not have expected better service (the problem was down to Canon, not Willoughby's Cameras', of course) and hope to use this brilliant camera retailer again.

  I purchased a set of riflescope mounts, of which Silvio has an excellent range available. I received a personal email confirming my order, and the mounts arrived very quickly.   So far, in our interactions, sales staff have been polite, focused and informative both to my enquiries and procuring the goods requested.   Disappointing first-time web order I'm a big fan of the guys at Willoughby's Cameras. But a disappointing first-time web order. I called to check stock, and was told supplier had stock. 4 weeks later, and I'm still waiting both for the item and the guys at Willoughby's to get back to me with an ETA.

  Was disappointed this time with Willoughby's Cameras. I called to get help with camera support gear and the guy that took the call knew nothing about any of the gear, all he could do was quote what was already on the website and didn't even offer to try to find out, just could not be bothered with me. I buy from Willoughby's a lot because of the great prices but customer service is not what it used to be.

  The perfect store for photography backpacks I bought the Lowepro after tested several backpack but without find any of them useful.   VERY good service and super quick delivery They are responsive, friendly and their advice is spot-on. On one recent occasion I bought a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro lens. Greg Mitchell, who is very knowledgeable, recommended me an alternative to the one I was originally looking at which is in incomparable in quality and he saved me approx $80! Delivery times are super-quick as are responses to questions and emails.

  DJI Smart Controller Have been looking for a Smart Controller for several months as there are none in stock in New York. Luckily found Willoughby's Cameras who had a couple in stock.   Excellent and quick service I bought an Olympus 40-150 f2.8 via Willoughby's website and they were prompt to reply to my queries. Ordered it on Saturday and got it shipped on Monday, and I received it from NY to North Dakota on Wednesday. Definitely recommend and I'd shop there again.

  As a professional doc-style filmmaker, I find Willoughby's Cameras Emporium to be the best source for all my equipment from cameras, lenses, audio, and drones. Any issues I've had over the last decade have been dealt with quickly and fairly. I love having my purchase records all available in one place. I really appreciate Willoughby's, it makes the equipment side of filmmaking something I enjoy.
