  Willoughby's Cameras' for all my optics forever I have purchased my optics from Willoughby's for years. They have great products and their customer service is fantastic. The only time I needed customer service they were fabulous. They did far more than i expected.

  Great for online shopping I've been getting my film photography needs online from Willoughby's Cameras' for a few years now. Their online store is good and shipping to Canada has always been smooth for me. They can also handle taxes/customs so there's never been any surprise payment from the shipping company.

  Canon EVF-DC2 I'm glad I found this Canon EVF-DC2 electronic Viewfinder, and it works perfect. The only thing, it was a bit pricey for me. Arrived fast from Willoughby's Cameras', seems to be sold out at other retailers in the US, especially in silver. Happy to be able to get a silver unit at a good price, and only took 4 days to arrive. The EVF itself is excellent and a good addition to my EOS M6 kit.

  The media store of my dreams. I've been shopping at Willoughby's Cameras for about 7years and they have a superior sales staff, great prices, and excellent customer service. The store in New York is a well-stocked wonderland where you can actually try out equipment and the sales staff knows the products intimately. The web interface is top notch and I routinely receive products well ahead of promised delivery dates. I totally recommend Willoughby's for both professionals and amateurs alike.

  Great Customer Service I was travelling to the Empire State Building from Delaware for the weekend so I took to opportunity to visit Willoughby's Cameras' in New York to exchange a couple of lenses I didn't use very often for some new Olympus kit. Angus in the salesroom looked after me and made the whole process very easy and efficient. One of the lenses I needed was not in stock so this was put on back order and in fact was posted the following Monday and arrived Tuesday. Thank you Greg and your colleagues at Willoughby's Cameras'. You also have a great showroom as well.

  Seems well stocked, but it's a small shop. I couldn't get looking at what I wanted to because of the lack of space and amount of people in there. Staff didn't seem to notice me as they were chatting amongst themselves.

  Ice 39mm Slim Circular Polarizer Filter I can't review the Ice 35mm filter because I just ordered it.   If you are interested in photography or observation material (binoculars, monoculars, etc.), it is a place worth visiting. The store is decorated with sobriety and elegance. In addition, you can visit a quite interesting photographic exhibition. The staff is very correct and friendly: for example, Jimmy.

  Overall Satisfied based on Price/Delivery time, but Willoughby's should be clear on Original Packaging Very fast delivery and good price vs. high street names. - The Camera lens looked new (advertised as new), but arrived without any of the original Sony Packaging. Given the price I was 'relatively' happy to look past this Point for future, Willoughby's Cameras should be more open on if items are brand new and/or delivered in OEM boxes/packaging

  I called about a genuine Nikon battery for my camera and was told they had one left, the salesperson was kind enough to physically check it was there, so it was ordered and delivered the next day. The plus point was it was cheaper than Amazon, more than happy to use them again.

  When I called to make sure the nikon d810 I wanted to buy was still there so I could go and collect it I was told, in an abrupt manner, to leave my name and number so the lady "could get back to serving customers". I want to support local business but that is not my idea of customer service - so I bought the camera (and a nikon 70-200 f2.8) online.

  Excellent service! My first communication with Willoughby's Cameras was through tel no. their website. My question was rapidly answered and prompted me to order my new Voigtlander 28mm f/2.0lens and Metabones t-adapter from them. I opted for the standard delivery, not expecting my parcel to arrive until the following week. Instead I received it on the Saturday, within a couple of days of the order being made. The items came very well packaged, with lots of padding. Overall, the experience was a very good one, for me, I would buy from them again and would recommend them highly.

  I'm 25 years into a professional photography career and this Pentax K-1 Mark II camera is a true photographers camera. The Pentax K-1 (and by extension, the Mark II) is, in my opinion, the most important digital camera ever made because it provides the only native platform for the array of the greatest photographic lenses ever made. .I've only had it a couple of weeks but already know the purchase of this camera was a very good decision. Add the Willoughby's Cameras great service and it becomes a no-brainer. Buy this camera. Even with the kit 28-105 this rivals my medium format cameras. Great service and they always stand behind everything they sell.

  Color film developer Good C-41 kit. Results are good and consistent. Even though this kit is designed to mix quickly and develop right away, I still like to mix and wait overnight to ensure that all the powders are completely dissolved before I use it. Probably just my analytical mind worrying about things that don't apply, but it's how I do it and it works well. I do prefer the Kodak C-41 kit, but it's near impossible to find them in the 1-liter size. The Tetenal chemistry is still an excellent choice.

  I was going to buy a Monocular on BH Photo Video second hand, and found the same one brand new from Willoughby's Cameras for only a little bit more money.   Excellent Camera at a Reasonable Price! The XC15 is a camera that surprised me positively. It is a great buy if know what to use it for.   Best camera shop in the United States in my opinion. Always helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Bought a Ricoh GR, and a DJI Spark from them and plan to continue buying my camera gear from these guys in the future. Also, their Hasselblad cameras always makes for an interesting detour on my lunch break.

  Nikon DSLR Perfect camera for my grandson who is taking photography in high school. The instructor has been very impressed with his images. This was a gift and I was nervous about buying a refurbished item but it has proven to be amazing and he is enjoying it tremendously. Willoughby's kit made the purchase even more appealing.   Not Recommended This SLR is good for start up or who wanted to learn photographic but I'm not happy with overall picture quality of this model. Picture in low light or in home or inside any area are coming dark and quality is also very bad. Outside objects quality is good.

  Came in on Saturday morning and was served by Greg and another young man who's name I don't recall but I spoke to most. Both excellent. Very knowledgeable about the Canon SLR bodies and lenses. Very professional and easy going. No pressure at all to buy, just engaged to show me what the latest bodies did and showed me the new EOS R.   Knob is too small The quick release knob is too tighten and too small. If the knob is little longer, that will be little easier for user to tighten or release it. All others worked very good.

  The 1Dx Mark II is a fabulous camera. I bought this one used from Willoughby's. It was advertised as 2000 shutter clicks but it was almost new. I have always been happy with Willoughby's used equipment and buy from them regularly. I highly recommend this body for professional photography!

I Bought a Sigma 14-24mm lens at a great price and had it delivered within a week, well packaged to prevent damage, purchase was easy from start to finish with good communication.   To be honest i was apprehensive about buying from Willoughby's camera but My worries were unfounded and I found the whole experience to be a pleasant surprise. I Was advised when my Canon 80D was dispatched and could follow the package all the way. Finally the Camera arrived earlier than anticipated and was in perfect condition.   The customer service that Willoughby's camera provides is outstanding! I worked with Greg and He was great! I had a lot of questions for him and he was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My Fujifilm X100V camera came ahead of time in excellent condition and the price was the best i could find. I will definitely use this company again in the future for my Photo-video needs!

  I ordered a Nikon D850 and I received emails confirming my orders and then a link to the FedEx site so that I could track my orders. The order was processed quickly and delivered as promised, well packaged and in perfect condition. I am still testing out my camera but have to say I truly love it. My photos are now Extra Crispy. Very happy with my purchase from Willoughby's camera and Nikon.
