  The Seagate's hard drive box was half open when it arrived, I got good deal on the 14th drive but it's many loud noises when plug in, not sure if it has drop damage or not waiting for replacement.

  Fuji XT-30 II This was the 4th digital camera we have bought from Willoughby's. We have college students. Their service cannot be best by anyone. One of my children is also a photographer and has been super happy with his purchases of photography equipment and supplies from Willoughby's as well. We became loyal customers and fans after our first purchase and will be back as the need/want arises. Thanks for being such a great place to shop!

  Willoughby's Photo really delivered! I love my new Hasselblad 907x with the CFV II 50C and it arrived within 48 hours of ordering. They have the best prices in the industry. Also picking it up from Willoughby's was pretty straightforward and easy, but not super easy in the sense that they made sure they were giving it to the right person, which I found great from a security aspect. I hope to do more business with this establishment in the future. Thanks again. If you're looking for a landscape photography tool, then this one is highly recommended.

  Item delivered to the wrong address!! Unable at first to contact DHL who thought it was quite reasonable to go around knocking on doors. Three emails to Willoughby's Cameras - NO reply to any of them. Last contact with DHL - was informed that I should take my complaint up with the seller. Very disappointed. Fortunately an honest neighbor delivered the item in the end. Will not use again. Shambles.

  Place the order for a drone (DJI Mavic 3 cine premium combo),turned up to be one with problems,send it back asking for replacement they said " we don't have in stock"(on website was "in stock". cancelled the finance,soon after that they find out the drone have problems. Very rude people on live chat,the first one didn't say even hi or bye... After all of these they told me we have a drone in stock,so you need to reorder/reapply for a finance and do all the stuff again..unprofessional,they are not able to solve the problems without creating more discomfort and disappointment for the customers!

  Great service on canon cameras & lenses I bought a Canon Eos R5 and 24-70mm lense from them. They were cheapest in the first place and i managed to secure a good deal through direct negotiations on top. They happily accepted a return back to Texas of a lense i was unhappy with.   Fair prices, excellent service I live in Canada; the prices for B+W filters at Willoughby's Cameras are about 35% lower, after the exchange rate is included, than in Canada's largest photo store. The shipping is fast, and the charge for items less than $99 is fair. I have no complaints.

  After a few days of having money taken from my account I hadn't heard anything more, and they weren't answering the phone so I sent an enquiry email asking for details about stock levels and turn around times or a refund, otherwise I'd have to raise a charge back from my credit card. They did respond to this with a claim that the items were being shipped that day. They weren't shipped for two more days, with a constant extension of shipping estimates due to UPS issues with the recent storms. I'd simply appreciate accurate and honest answers and timeframes instead of avoiding contact and inaccurate information. UPDATE: it did arrive within the specified timeframe. Clearer communication would have been appreciated.

  I had no clue on what Arca Swiss plates would work well for my cameras. Greg M. of Willoughby's responded to my email quickly and even came up with a "L" bracket solution, which I never thought of. He also recommended an Arca Switch plate that will work perfectly with my 100-400mm lens!

  Great price & helpful information! Found exactly the shotgun microphone I was looking for to help our student create solid video! I also had to get a filter for my previous 50mm lens and couldn't remember if I wanted a polarizing or UV/haze filter. Found a helpful description on the site to remind me the difference.   Great service from Willoughby's camera. My Underwater camera came with a case, charger and battery. The LCD screen works great for easy snap shot photos. It’s super easy to use and it's quality is amazing at the price! I took it for hiking and kayaking, and I took a lot of great underwater photos, I am Looking forward to testing further snorkeling on my next vacation soon.   Very disappointed. The printer worked great for the first 3 months and then it stopped feeding papers properly. Instead of printing it made a loud grinding noise as the rubber roller inside spun against the sheets of paper and I cannot return it since it’s been over 30 days return period. DO NOT BUY from Willoughby's.

  MKE does a lot for the money I love this mic! I have used it multiple times at work for on-the-run shooting and it has been great. The other day I decided to use it for a livestream and it still worked just fine. So long as you have an audio interface, you're good. I'm very happy with my purchase!

  Comes with USA warranty in the box. Bought the Canon EOS 90D DSLR Camera Body with Software Kit. It's the genuine Canon USA Body! Great little camera with a Canon Warranty. The one I received was not a grey market model. Willoughby's Photo is an authorized Cannon dealer. I've bought lots of Cannon items through them and never had an issue.

  Excellent service and value for money. I was worried about making such a large purchase with a company I haven't heard of before but they had the best prices and I got my Panasonic AG-UX90 UHD Camcorder within a day with no issues at all!   WORST COMMUNICATION! I have been emailing the company about an issue with my order. Company agreed a refund in 3 - 5 working days which has not been seen for over three weeks. No contact number and when i email i receive the same reply so it is clearly automated ! Very frustrating when the have a large amount my money.

  Sennheiser MKE 600 Review This mic is nicely built and looks saucy. The shock mount that comes with it is a joke, I went ahead and bought a Rycote mount for it and it is perfect. I do wish that it came with the xlr to male mini cable needed. I am very happy with this product, and while it is not perfect, it suits my needs beyond expectations. I first used this for a wedding and reception and was very pleased. Not the mic I would use for say filmmaking, but very good for capturing sound during a live event and interviews

  Shop all on one level with a doorman to open double door entry if required. spacious and well lit, and exceptionally clean with a good range of products. Staff where very knowledgeable and when I enquired about specific products were able to provide information based on their own use of the equipment.

  It is my hobby to buy this Canon C300 mark II video camera. I found it has lots of fun and easy to handle to operate although I equipped some accessories after I set up this toy. decent video and snapshot pics are amazing. This camera arrived a short 3 days after my purchase. I was not expecting to receive it so fast. The camera is great and I can't wait to see my progress as I grow my new business!

  I bought the new LG OLED 65" TV. This was my first TV purchase in ten years. Staff in the store was knocked and very helpful in answering my questions. Delivery staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I love this TV and would buy it again. Excellent value for the money!

  Very pleased with my TTArtisan 11mm fisheye lens 2.8, which I bought from willoughby's cameras who have been very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The fisheye lens is very sharp and a good quality build for a reasonable priced second hand lens which is like new. 10 out of 10.

  Extremely knowledgeable & helpful staff I was interested in acquiring a 75-300mm telephoto lens for my Canon EOS camera. Probably second-hand in good condition would suffice, bearing in mind the price when new. Various other on-line options were investigated, but because second-hand lenses from Willoughby's Photo are thoroughly tested optically, and come with a 12 month warranty, the final decision was really a no-brainer. Good lens at ½-price of new one with only extremely minor barrel imperfections, but perfect optically. Very pleased with purchase. All the staff at Willoughby's Photo very knowledgeable and know what they are talking about.

  Tampon 18-400 mm Lens. I was very pleased with my new Tamron lens for use with my Cannon SL3. Since I do mostly nature photography, this lens is a welcome addition to my collection. Lens was not in stock when I saw it online. Signed up for availability by email. Received the email and purchased lens. Was delivered promptly, even before the date stated.
