  Such a great experience. Everyone from beginning to end has been helpful and kind. Everything was explained and once my order was shipped, I was also given a tracking number and the Canon EF 70-200mm lens was perfect and arrived as advertised. I have already started using the lens, it has taken time to learn to use it effectively within it's reach and depth and the results are just fantastic, I'm very pleased. Will be buying more from Willoughby's!

  Trustworthy seller. My old point & shoot died after many years of service and I needed optical zoom & a low enough price point that if it broke, no big deal. I did my research online until I found Willoughby's camera& I'm glad I did. I ordered a Kodak PIXPRO camera on Thursday night and it came by Friday evening, The camera takes very good pictures for my purposes and it is a pleasure doing business with Willoughby's camera.

  No problems at all smooth transaction! I had a couple of phone calls with the customer service team regarding a Wide Angle lens and All I can say is excellent customer service!! The gentleman answered all of my questions and my Canon EF 17-40mm lens arrived quickly and was well-packaged, As a professional landscape photographer I am impressed with its solid construction and overall performance. can't complain.

  Exactly as described I recently purchased a 35mm film to see if I would get good photos and it met all of my expectations. The pictures that I obtained were better than most of the digital photos that I take and the colors are vibrant, the image is clear and not very grainy, very pleased with this purchase and I will definitely look on this website more often.

  Shipping and delivery was very quick but when I opened the shipping box I found the lens sitting loosely in the box & the lens case was open. I tried to return it but Willoughby's said my only option is to take it back to Canon's customer service, whose website does nothing except displaying a fake phone number. very disappointed.

  Medium Format Gem! I dipped my toes into the medium format world with the Hasselblad X1D. Upgraded to the Fuji GFX 100 for great quality in natural light. So happy I bought this and moved to FujiFilm. Willoughby's has been fantastic to work with. Even being on the opposite side of the country they have been so helpful. As is well known, this is a great value when compared with other digital medium format systems, and I highly recommend it.

  The Nikon MB-D16 puts out all stops to make your 750D better & more comfortable. The Nikon battery grip is perfect. Does everything I expected it to.   Great lens at a reasonable price. I Received my Olympus M.Zuiko lens in very good condition and it performed better than my expectation. The quality of the picture taken was very clear and sharp, Considering the price, my expectations were not high, but once I started trying it out, I was pleasantly surprised.   I was told great things about this site ...all bs if im honest .i phoned this site today to get cartridge supplies for my printer and a guy answered his phone from his bed firstly. Second !, he then went on to tell me that i couldnt collect anything until after 2pm ...if im honest i would rather be ripped off by hobbie cameraman than be told to wait all day on something that takes minutes to organise. The site say store opens at 10am ...this is a joke or a lie ...either that or its staff couldnt be bothered to get out of bed to make money ... joke of a site ...never again ..if your in a hurry to get supplies this is not the place ...if u have all day to wait around while some guys wakes up then this is the site for you ...as for me iv no time for people who have no time for their business.its a pity too cos he has the best and cheapest gear in New York. I apologise its open 24 hours a day ??? Besides in the mornings and at night ...actually i assume it open from 2 pm to 6pm by the sounds of it ...again a joke

  Good value for the money. The Tripod actually looked better than anticipated when it arrived, I wasn't looking to upgrade my Carbon Fiber tripod but wanted a lite weight tripod for my wife and I'll admit she is happy with my selection. For the last two days I have been putting it to the test to see how it would perform with my Nikon 850 and it performed very well in every situation. . I would definitely purchase again from this website.

  Strobe (Flash) Lighting This FJ400 hits the sweet spot for most of the work I do in terms of power output and portability. Also great is that the FJ-X2M trigger is universal. This is a great addition to an existing setup or as a light for your first strobe purchase! I like the flash tube glass dome on the FJ400. This feature is indubitably an icing on an already delicious cake.

  Very helpful, I will be using again. What a range of Nikon mirrorless cameras. I was buying a secondhand Z6II and was helped by Greg Mitchell. Even though I wasn't spending very much, he took his time, give me loads of information and never pressurised me. After I bought the camera he showed me carefully how to maintain it and look after it. Most other camera/electronic shops have no time for helping low end users and its quite a drive for me but now I will be going nowhere else.

  This JVC GY-HM170UA piqued my interest after three months of research. So I took a chance and bought it. The JVC turned out to be a real surprise. It has so many great features for the price range and I figured if there was something really bad with it Willoughby's Emporium would cover me. I find the video results are as good as any of the other pro camcorders I've own especially for the $. 4K. The bottom line is the JVC GY-HR170UA really is a great camera for the money. Communication was excellent with prompt emails detailing cost and delivery.

  The Manfrotto 300XM gimbal is a great piece of gear! Touchscreen is very responsive and clear. What surprised me most was the tactile feel of the side control knob. I'll start off with stating that this is my first Gimbal for my a7iii setup. I was not expecting it to have such a beautiful feel and operation. So far feeling very inspired to start filming again and getting the most out of my camera from a video aspect for once. Thanks Manfrotto, solid as always.

  Willoughby's Cameras' give a first class service I have bought 2 lenses from Willoughby's Cameras over the last 12 month or so both Canon EF 28-105mm 3.5-4.5 lens and EF 24-70 2.8 both at good prices they deliver when they say you can also go to their place and pick it up they are friendly and give an excellent service. They will answer any questions you may have I will use them again.

  I'm not sure I would shop anywhere else without a really convincingly good deal, lol. Willoughby's Cameras has been affordable with refurbished options and super fast on delivery.   DJI RONIN RS2 Bought it at Willoughby's Photo where I am used to but all my electronics the most trusted place in the USA. DJI has made it easy and simple to get up and going. More filming and less messing around with gear. The gimbal is easier to work, lighter, has a better carrying case, and fits my RED Komodo. This is a nice upgrade. A little expensive but it's worth it. Thank you very much for good packaging and safely sending

  Genuine product at a good price. Delivery not the fastest. The camera was ordered via the website and the order was acknowledged along with the full payment which was taken at the time of ordering. Then I waited and I waited, eventually after four days I called the Customer Service line, where I spoke to a rather aloof sounding male who advised me I would have the camera before the weekend. The camera did as promised arrive 'before the weekend' and it is not a 'grey' import as some of the cameras offered on the internet are. Would I use Willoughby's Cameras again, yes for the quality and the price, but I won't be speaking to customer services direct again!

  purchase of Nikon lens I liked the use of searching, however, when I added it to my wish list, it said rebates available. When I clicked on the link, it further stated to read the terms and conditions. I looked for the terms and conditions by searching and found nothing that related to my item. Please explain what the available rebates are for the Lensbaby Velvet 56mm lens that sells for $176.95. I have now paid for it and would like to know what this is before it ships. The terms and conditions link below does not address the issue rebates.

  Great Aircraft Love this Air 2S Fly More drone & controller. And buying it from Willoughby's Cameras' just makes it that much better. I live in LA, bought it on a Monday around 3:00PM and had it Wednesday by 11 AM!

  First Class Service I ordered a Fujinon XF16-55mmF2.8 R LM WR lens from Willoughby's. The description said it was as new and indeed it was! I couldn’t be more pleased with the lens and the service they provided.

  Used Wimberley head in excellent condition at fair price but glitchy mobile website Bought a Wimberley gimbal tripod head in very good condition at a very fair price. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. The reason for knocking off a star was that it wasn't possible to buy this item via the iPad: I had to view the site on the computer before it would allow me to buy it. There seems to be a glitch in the mobile version of the website that needs correcting

  Better than eBay Willoughby's Cameras' has a great costumer service. I had to return a few items and it was never an issue. Also the prices and selection are usually better than eBay. The state and description of gear is usually really honest and accurate. Just a great second hand online store for photography enthusiasts and professionals.

  Fantastic customer service, items in stock and very fast shipping I purchased several things over time from Willoughby's Cameras. Jimmy replies to emails within seconds, so it’s easy to know if something is in stock, place an order and it arrives very quickly the day after. Very often they have lower prices than other websites, and stock of things others miss. Excellent customer service pre and post sale, will definitely keep buying from Willoughby's Cameras in the future.

  Good Film I am a Profesional Photographer since 1998, and I always use a Hasselblad to Wedding Portraits. 400H is a good film especially in outdoor you got a real skin color and a real bouquet colors in the night or darkness places.

  RED Komodo 6K After waiting 3 months for my Komodo I was excited when it finally came and I have to say the wait was well worth it. The image pairs well with my RED Epic Dragon. I have been using RED cameras for 10 years now and absolutely recommend to anyone wanting durability, versatility and quality. Overall, pleased with the system. Something not talked about as much as it should be is the exceptional customer service Willoughby's Photo offers. Ask them any question and they will respond quickly with a solution. They are well-trained and compassionate about their brand.

  Nothing wrong with the binoculars but I purchased from Willoughby's because of them being on Topcashback. Willoughby's so far have failed to honour the Topcashback payment, which is a shame as the product is good and the delivery was swift.

  Nikon D850 and some lenses and those were accurately described on the page. Sample pictures were good and gave good view how the products will look in real. Lenses are very high quality and products itself were packaged well. Definitely will be my favorite supplier in future.
