  It is always easy to place an order with Willoughby's camera. Navigation of the site is easy and ordering and checkout are straightforward, My Pentax K-70 arrived yesterday and I have been using it to the fullest. Some of the pictures have been blurry, but overall I am happy with the ease of use and picture quality.

  Excellent Customer Service So happy that Willoughby's camera had a Nikon D7500 camera in stock that seemed back ordered everywhere else! All items arrived on time and in good condition and I have been shooting with it now for about 3 weeks and have no complaints. The camera has provided me with a lot of features that I had yet to learn about, but after shooting for a while, I truly understood it's power and versatility. Very happy with my experience with Willoughby's camera.

  I part-exchanged and upgraded my zoom telephoto lens very straightforwardly. The team gave me a valuation on the stuff I wished to sell, within 24 hours, I ordered the lens I wanted, which arrived quickly, and separately the pick-up arrangements for the items I wanted to sell to Willoughby's Cameras also went very smoothly.   Purchased a used Zeiss lens, item was well packed and as described, sent quickly and cost free. Needed to make a call upon receipt in order to verify a discount and was dealt with quickly and courteously. Purchasing used items can be a bit of a lottery but on the basis of this experience I would have no hesitation in recommending WILLOUGHBY's CAMERAs.

  Manfrotto 087WBK Wind Bracing Kit - 3 Ropes Not the greatest experience dealing with Willoughby's Cameras'. Bought a used Manfrotto wind bracing kit at a good price and paid via PayPal. Later that day I received an email saying if I still wanted the item it was in my basket. I got in touch through their automated system, querying this email. I received a reply saying they hadn't found a live order with my email address. I realized this was my error as I hadn't updated my email address whereupon I asked if it was possible to amend it. I was told they could do it and informed me they had done so. I still didn't receive an invoice so I had to dig out an old laptop and found they'd sent it still to the old email address. When I contacted them again to inform them of this they managed to update my email but sent me an invoice for another customer. I finally received the correct invoice but it left me disappointed at their level of competence. Make sure you check your invoices.

  Willoughby's camera continues to provide the highest quality service around. I have purchased from other well known retailers and while the Sony products are always high quality, the shipping process and packaging is always far superior with Willoughby's. I never worry about my products being destroyed or not arriving in a timely fashion. I ordered the Sony A7 III camera on a Monday and it was at my door by Thursday. can't beat that type of service. Always reliable and customer service oriented.

  I mainly shoot aviation, landscape and a bit of wildlife photography. I started using Willoughby's Cameras when I was a professional photographer back in the 1990s, I think the first camera that I bought was a Canon 5D the original. I’m retired now but every camera that I have owned since then has been supplied by Willoughby's Cameras. Their service has always been excellent due to their very knowledgeable staff. Five Stars easily.

  Manfrotto 387XU Super Wind-Up Steel Stand The Manfrotto 387XU Stand was as good as I expected. Well made, well finished, good design. Strong stand, extra reach compared to smaller stands- Large footprint for stability. Compact when folded- Flat when folded-Assuming it won’t roll around when I put it in the boot of my car. I only have one. However, the clip lock facility looks like a good solution for storage and transport, should you want more than one stand. Willoughby's Cameras delivered on Saturday for me- The item was well packed and arrived on time in good condition. FedEx are the best- in my opinion-Willoughby's use good carriers.   QXD 2933x card Faster speed of buffering. Set the QXD as your primary (higher speed), and SD as secondary. I always get the maximum transfer rate if there's a situation where you would be at risk of filling the onboard buffer.

  Nikon D750 with AF-S NIKKOR 16-85mm 3.5-5.6 G ED lens I got this for action/sports photography, portraiture, and just general walk-around photography. D750 is smaller and lighter than D810. A full sized sensor and smaller frame allows you less capacity for depth of field, which I value in portraits. Bought a pre-owned version from Willoughby's came next day 100% accurate description stated on the Web in very good condition very well packaged for delivery will definitely buy purchase from them again and would recomend to other people

  Innovative web shopping that gets to exactly what I want and the accessories I need.   My go-to photo store. Best selection and prices. I've needed customer service only a few times, but they've always been courteous and professional. One gripe: Items are frequently packed poorly with less protection than I'd like. One lens arrived damaged (but was promptly replaced). A little more bubble wrap would help!

  Good Value Sony Camcorder I shoot run and gun all across Chicago. The Sony HXR-NX100 is an untamed beast in all conditions from the built in ND filter to it's extreme low light capabilities. Everything about Willoughby's Cameras is good. From advice to prices to choice to service I can’t find anything that is not 100% satisfactory.

Ordering process was simple and delivery was fast. As for the fuji x100v itself, very pleased with the quality of the photos, the manual features are easy to use and create great results.   Replacement for defective tripod FedEx delayed return of a defective tripod by 10 days. Willoughby's Cameras' would not advance the replacement shipment and said I could order the replacement and get the refund on the defective produce once the return arrived at their warehouse. After some discussion, Willoughby's Cameras agreed to pay for the expedited shipping of the replacement.

  The first time I have ever had cause to be dissatisfied with an order from Willoughby's Cameras.. This was a replacement for a faulty product. The replacement is also faulty ( different faults ) and the packaging on both was really poor. Willoughby's personnel have been very good in dealing with this, but as yet I still do not have an acceptable product. I think the manufacturers quality control leaves a lot to be desired

  Monocular purchase Very good service when we went into the shop to view monoculars. Very patient with us as we didn’t know anything about them other than that we wanted one. Easy to order on line and came within a day. My only criticism is that the eye cap didn’t attach to the monocular and we lost it on its maiden voyage out.

  Another great lens from Willoughby's Photo! It was a total surprise to see this Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 at a sale price good enough to get my attention but that's what happened. I enjoy going to museums to take pictures and because most of them don't encourage using a flash this fast lens will be my go-to lens for such things. It also works very well for landscape photos. Sigma and Willoughby's outdid themselves with this fine lens.

  Love the prices so far for the holidays. I was a little disappointed that I had a tripod in my cart (Oben AC-1451 4-Section Aluminum Tripod with PD-117 ) that was on a flash deal but I had issue with my internet. By the time I was able to get back on the price had went back up. So I was only able to get one item and had to put off the tripod for now

  Sales manager met me in New York to personally deliver the camera in time! I bough a Canon 7D Mk II from them through Canon USA. But it was not going to arrive in time for my next important football match. I ask them and Jimmy Hitchins, the Commercial Sales Manager, met me at Willoughby's to give me the camera personally the night before the game! Truly glad with their service. Then, I got the great surprise of receiving an e-mail showing the rewards balance. Just got a monopod, several camera batteries and other accessories...all paid for with the rewards

  Frictionless savings. Didn't have to wait long for products to arrive and they arrived safe and sound with plenty of updates on progress etc. Can't fault Willoughby's Cameras. The savings made on the camera body D610 were huge, running into hundreds of pounds, far higher than any cashback deals from companies here.

  My experience of Willoughby's Cameras could not be bettered. A lens filter which I ordered could not be delivered within their excellent timeframe. So, I was telephoned to ask which option I would prefer - to wait or to receive an alternative. Excellent advice was offered, a new lens decided upon, and this was delivered the next day! Included in the package was a booklet on Photo Basics, free of charge. I am delighted with the lens and with the service received. Well done, Willoughby's Cameras!

  I needed a lateral tripod extension arm to take photos 90˚ above a tabletop set. When asking advice on chat, the service person gave me several options, but none that actually had any kind of mount for my camera. Upon googling for my need, I was directed back to Willoughby to other options more suitable for my use the technician didn't even mention. Despite your many, many online ads about how helpful Willoughby's is with advice and direction on equipment, I have not found this to be the case unless I was searching for a big ticket item. Finding the right smaller accessories? Not so much

  Sigma 24-70 Art lens for Sony E Just had my new Sigma lens turn up today and looks brilliant. It was around $200 cheaper than most stores so hopefully if this is all ok I will buy more equipment from Willoughby's Cameras.   Replacement for defective tripod FedEx delayed return of a defective tripod by 10 days. Willoughby's Cameras' would not advance the replacement shipment and said I could order the replacement and get the refund on the defective produce once the return arrived at their warehouse. After some discussion, Willoughby's Cameras' agreed to pay for the expedited shipping of the replacement.

  Canon XA11 Camcorder Master Starter Kit Excellent, HD camera. Plenty of custom settings for a small camera. I own mostly Sony Pro & Prosumer Video Cameras. I like the XA11 for it's slow zoom control's, integrated ND filter. Feels great in the hand for those hand-held recordings. Picture is only HD, but in many cases it's fine like live streaming. Great value on a great product.

  JVC GY-HC500U Camcorder I've been shooting video for 30 years using Canon and Sony equipment. I saw this on sale and tried it. I have used this camera to record outdoors and indoors with low light. This is a very great deal. its not that expensive but it is 4K and works well. For this price you cannot beat this deal. Awesome buy. This is my second JVC that I have purchased from Willoughby's Cameras. Once again great price, great camera. Easy to use! I would buy those products again and again!
