  The Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR Camera with 18-55mm and 75-300mm Lenses is a good starter kit for beginners. Canon has an easy menu to navigate and is easy to learn. A Feature Guide helps to familiarize myself with the various camera features and displays short descriptions of shooting modes, settings, and effects for easy operation. I've ordered many computers and video equipment from Willoughby's Cameras, always have been highly satisfied!

  Canon XA40 Professional UHD I'm a former TV news cameraman and really put time into comparing specs, reviews, features and the price tag of several different models & manufacturers. I have used it for broadcasting but have not livestreamed. Awesome camera does everything I need and more. Willoughby's Cameras has the best prices, customer service and fastest shipping around.

  Comprehensive inventory and excellent service. Willoughby's Cameras always has what I need (even if what I need is unusual or hard to find). And, when I price check, I routinely discover that they are at the same price (or lower) than the others (assuming the others have what I need, which isn't always the case). I also find that the product reviews are more thoughtful and informative than reviews I find at other sites. Willoughby's Cameras is always a positive experience.

  The kit - Nikon Z6ii and 24-70 /f4 S lens become my favorite gear for my travel and landscape photography.   Heavy duty tripod I was looking for a tripod to hold a camera with extended lens that is heavy for lightweight tripod I have and Willoughby's has a good selection to choose from. The new tripod is carbon fiber which is lighter than aluminum from the old school days, less weight to carry around.

  Great pricing for Canada Prices are much lower than at B&H in Manhattan for the same items and more items are in stock instead of a special order/not stock in any stores. The battery grip I ordered was $100 Canadian less.

  Inattentive and poor customer service Recently, one of the guys there who was asked to help me with a grip head accessories told me I was making a mistake the way I set up my light which made me realize I should give up and never try anything in store or showed me the light fixture I told him in advance I wasn't interested in. He was playing with his tablet while I was asking him questions and No, he wasn't looking anything up on my behalf on the tablet. Do your own intensive research then place your order online or walk into a different camera store unless you don't care to be treated that way.

  D500 is an Excellent camera I continue to learn it's extensive capability, nice step up from my D7200.   I was unaware of the additional charges (taxes, etc) for the delivery of the item outside of the US. As a result, there was a delay in obtaining the item as I decided to make some enquiries first.   I have several Leica cameras and lenses to sell and try to look up for which company I should try. Willoughby's cameras is the shop I can reach by phone, can go to a real shop in London while some other companies which only can reach by mail, no phone can contact, no real shop can visit, so I choose them. After they give me a quote and I accept their quote, then they send FedEx for pick up, after they check up of all my kits, they then pay me through transfer, all done within a week, very smooth and no complaints. I would recommend you to choose them

  Good advice given. The Willoughby's eyepieces are good quality optically for the price. Build quality slightly let down by threads for filter. Unable to screw filter in on 15mm eyepiece. 9mm is fine.

  Great Service I bought a pair of ex-demo Leica binoculars which were great. Willoughby's Cameras were as always, spot on. Interestingly I am wanting a new lens, but I have a short list of two contenders and they said it would be no problem to order both and return one which is great in the current inflationary market environment nice when both lenses are in the $1k price range.

  I ordered a used (like new) Sigma MC-11 converter late Thursday night. Willoughby's Camera shipped it on Friday and FedEx delivered to me today (Saturday). What a speedy service! The condition of the converter also lined up with the like new condition, which is much better than the like new condition I bought from eBay. The one from eBay was full of marks on the front and rear converters but they call it like new. I will look nowhere in future. Willoughby's Cameras is the way to go:)

  Sony All-in-One PXW-Z280 Camera Transport Kit An impressive workhorse hampered by small imperfections Still no response from Sony on registering. The varizoom remote that Willoughby's sold me is poor in that it cant creep the zoom as good as the rocker on the camera. Power consumption does seem to be very high. Service with Willoughby was seamless as usual.

  Great value and service Once again I've been impressed by Willoughby's PHOTO. I ordered the Celestron EclipSmart solar telescope, which was (for me) a large ticket item. Not being in stock I paid a deposit and waited the quoted timescale for them to receive it, paid the balance, and it was dispatched. I also ordered a dovetail bar which they verified would fit and included in the dispatch. They had (what I presume) was a slightly out of date but very competitive price, which they honored. I'm very impressed with them.

  I started with a Sony a6000 and that was a good camera, but the Sony A7III is awesome. I have used the a7iii for portraits , weddings , and birth , and wedding videography. I love the Sony mirrorless cameras. This is a great camera. Willoughby's Cameras provided great service. great camera, disappointed it was 200 dollars cheaper just after ordering

  Excellent service from Willoughby's. Ordered a camera late afternoon on Wednesday. Revived the camera the next day before 1PM. Gear was received in fantastic conditions. No problems. Would highly recommend Willoughby's for any camera gear at all.

  Quick delivery - had item in stock when others did not I wanted a Nikon ES-2 - most suppliers did not have this item in stock and kept changing the expected date when they would have it from Nikon. Willoughby's Cameras' had the item in stock and delivered it the next working day.

  I am very pleased with the Benro FGP28A tripod and GD3WH head. Both are very well designed and well made, and are very good quality for their price. I would not hesitate to recommend.

  Ordered a Samyang 24-70mm f/2.8 AF Zoom lens and a Samyang Lens Station delivery 5 days. After a week chased and was advised because of a looming storm in Florida delivery would be late. Now all delivered after approx 17 days. What I would say is, If you know a order is going to be late be proactive and let your customers know. Rather than them having to send an email to chase and then wait for an answer. We are living in trying times but communication is key. Think this would help with your customers good will.

  Average mark as i ordered a camera which they said i should recieve in 10 days took well over double that. Customer care is rubbish never offer anything when they get things wrong!!! A little goodwill gesture always helps but not in Willoughby's Cameras eyes

  This telescope certainly met if not exceeded my expectations Great first telescope. Able it set it all up in under 20 min. Was shipped to Melbourne, Australia in 5 business days. Its doesn't really get better than this

  Great great great! my husband ordered me a minolta x300 but forgot to get a case and strap so i ordered separately. they were nothing but great. i originally ordered a strap but got a call to let me know they had an original minolta strap that they could send me instead and that i'd receive it the following day! great communication and care for customers. seem very knowledgeable about their stock. highly recommend!

  Good trustworthy company After waiting only a few days I received my used Nikon D3500 in perfect shape exactly as described. paired up with my Tamron 150 to 600 lens, I find it to focus and function wonderfully fast. I've only taken about 600 photos so far, but the camera takes much better quality photos than what I expected from a low end DSLR. Battery life is freaking amazing as well, I've only had to charge the battery 2 times since I started using it. thank you Willoughby's for your great service.

  My Nikon D750 order arrived in a timely manner and I’m satisfied with my purchase. Prices were fair and the camera was a huge step up for me and the main reason I wanted it was for low light photos, the photos I have taken are crisp and with less noise compared to my previous crop sensor. I still have so much to learn about the camera's functions, but I'm having a blast with it and it was worth the wait. Shopping at Willoughby's camera was seamless and am very happy with the website

  Awesome scope! Willoughby's camera kept me informed all along the process. The Celestron Telescope was received in a timely manner but on a cloudy day so I haven't been able to evaluate it with the night sky yet but it's was exactly what I was looking for.   Be aware! I bought a DSLR camera and they called me trying to sell me another version that was $300 more expensive compared to what I paid originally. The representative was using intimidation tactics and was rude and pushy all along. When I asked for the manager Greg picked up the phone and yelled at me and 2 days later they canceled my order saying i should give them a call.
