  Delivery was perfect but the kit items were literally useless. The memory card didn't work. The quality of the battery and the charger was very bad and the bag was too small for this camera. I really expected more from Willoughby's camera.

  I really was hoping to love my Polaroid camera, but even after ordering more film, it continues to give the worst photos I’ve ever seen. I wish I could return it but am a couple days late of the window. Never again will I buy from someone with out checking return policy. Ill stick with tried and true companies.

  I am very happy with the purchase I made with Willoughby's camera, my new Cardioid Microphone was delivered within the time stated. It was very well packaged and straight out of the box it has performed brilliantly.   FUJIFILM X-T4 Mirrorless Digital Camera with 18-55mm Lens I'm a documentary photographer so my use for this camera includes still photography and supplemental videography. I'm more than pleased with this camera. I couldn't ask for much more at this price range. Absolutely love this and would highly recommend anyone getting into photography these pair together. Just did an all day photo shoot with it and really easy to hold. Once again, Willoughby's Cameras packaged the camera well and their delivery time was great!

  Used the Kodak Developer the day I received it and it has never let me down. I've always had a great experience buying all of my darkroom supplies from Willoughby's camera. They are honest and dependable. They do what they promise. Highly recommend.

  So far I've purchased only a couple high dollar items from Willoughby's camera. My second purchase was the Panasonic LUMIX FZ300, I’ve had it a month now and no issues at all, I've taken 700 images over the last 3 weeks and the Resolution is amazing, The camera was a good investment and Willoughby's made the purchase easy.

  This was the Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR we have bought from Willoughby's Cameras. We have college students. Their service cannot be best by anyone. One of my children is also a photographer and has been super happy with his purchases of photography equipment and supplies from Willoughby's as well. We became loyal customers and fans after our first purchase and will be back as the need/want arises. Thanks for being such a great place to shop!

  The whole process with Willoughby's camera was like a walk in the park, the communication throughout the ordering and delivery process was first rate and the Canon Extender EF 2X III arrived when it was supposed to, everything went well. The image is very sharp and focus is very fast. The built quality is excellent and it's a Great addition to my lens collection, So far no complaints for me. Performance is stunning and I couldn't be happier with the service.

  Hasselblad HC 80mm f/2.8 This is as much about the 'matter of fact' way in which my problem was dealt with as being left with a lens, which is still well within it's warranty, not fit for purpose. It was found to have water inside - absolutely no way. The only use this lens had was enough for me to find it wasn't communicating with the camera. In my original review I referred to the lens' original price of $3,670.00 which was my mistake and apologize for this. Poor.

  Willoughby's Cameras OK but FedEx not OK We are happy with the service from Willoughby's Cameras but they were let down by the delivery company FedX . We were in and waiting but the delivery was late and the parcel was dropped off at the wrong address in a nearby road, but fortunately the owner popped round with the parcel a while later.

  Prompt service but used product was poor. The used Nikon flashgun I purchased had a few expected acceptable signs of wear but performed very badly and could have done with more extensive testing. Willoughby's accepted the return without quibble and reimbursed me immediately.

  After buying a $1500 video camera i called there chat line to ask if my camera was compatible with Zhiyun gimbal and the guy said yes but very short of help so i called Zhiyun and they said software is not compatible with my new camera so we got of to a bad start

  I purchased a EQ6-R Pro Sky Watcher mount from OPT The service was great. Good advice and amazingly fast shipping. Everything arrived in perfect shape The mount works extremely well. Easy to set up and use and a good user manual and very solidly made and very stable. It is a little on the heavy side. The carrying handle on the mount is a nice feature. The knobs on the mount are very easy to use and are very heavy duty It has very good go to’s and the tracking is very good It also is fairly quiet which is nice. I have thoroughly enjoyed using it and would certainly recommend it

  Hyper Efficient Service I purchased a used Leica lens hood which was delivered so quickly I hardly had a chance to contact them about it! Once I placed the order I wanted to arrange to have the hood delivered to a neighbor. I contacted via email immediately and was told it was already being dispatched but that they would contact the couriers and redirect the delivery for me. All was done exactly as promised and my hood arrived exactly as described. I will definitely be using Willoughby's Cameras again. Thanks a lot!

  Great Moderate Priced Professional Camera Very happy with this camera! Easy to use and performs super! Its a fantastic professional camera for the price! When I saw the HC-X1 by Panasonic, I fell in love! This camera fits the bill! The LCD is still too reflective for many outdoor activities, but adding a lens hood is inexpensive and makes most outdoor activities using the LCD tolerable. Willoughby's Cameras occasionally has them at 50% off so watch for sales. Definitely recommend a hood. The website's structure allowed a direct comparison of price and features of the cameras. The buying process was seamless and the camera was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Wonderful buying experience.

  Sony Camera Battery Purchase was as expected The battery seemed to be an OEM Sony replacement battery for my camera and is the right size and fit for my model, so that was absolutely satisfactory. Only small point to make is that it took almost a week to arrive which seemed rather slow to me.

  Monopod is lightweight, collapses to an easy to transport size, but difficult to release each section. The sections do not slide out easily. Have to use two hands to pull some sections down, which is not convenient when also holding a DSLR. Once open, monopod works good and is sturdy. Need to improve section release points.

  Replacement Canon Pro-100s I ordered a new printer to replace a faulty one. Although I ordered late in the day (evening in fact) my order arrived the next day as promised. The item was well packaged, although if picky I’d say the outer box was a bit flimsy given the weight of the printer (had it been wet the box would have ripped and collapsed). After a few hiccups setting up the printer despite doing this before (instructions supplied by Canon are quite poor), it was working fine and has been OK ever since. I often buy from Willoughby's cameras and will no doubt be buying again in the future.

  I needed to use my Vello Freewave shutter remote on a newer model Canon camera. Gina quickly showed that I could use the Vella Transmitter and receiver on my newer Canon unit by only changing to a new shutter release cable. Thanks Willoughby's Cameras!

  Products good - Delivery poor I have always been happy with the quality and variety of Willoughby's optics products. My only criticism being that sometimes the delivery times shown are rather ambitious and one delivery was left in shop for me with no notification and it took 3 weeks to eventually recover my parcel.

  Kodak 100 color negative film I've been using this product in my FUJIFILM GW670II Medium format and the results always come stellar. I've been using this film since the late 70s and it has kept up with the various tests i've thrown at it. Recommended for low light photography as well. Also portraits are amazing. Definitely recommend Willoughby's.

  A trusted dealer with a good range of equipment and brands I have bought various items of kit from Willoughby's Photo New York over the years and have always been happy with their service. Delivery is usually prompt and reasonably priced. Their range of equipment is quite comprehensive and I would certainly contact them for quotes on items not listed on their website. I have bought both new and second-hand items from Willoughby's Photo and I would not hesitate to recommend them as a retailer of photographic goods

  Willoughby's Cameras were great as ever, but disappointed with quality of color card for the cost simply a piece of card in a sleeve for over $100 expected a robust vinyl or plastic not just card board, could have got this from eBay for $25 either way not worth much more than $5.

  The culture and willingness to help clients in the Willoughby's Photo office was very impressive I had a great time at Willoughby's as an employee but also I continuously kept receiving very positive feedback from clients all around the U.S. In the shop, the culture and willingness to help clients was very impressive, but I have left a few years ago so not sure what's the updated situation.

  Bought a fisheye lens for my flower photography. Been a customer since the days they were good old shop in Manhattan- that's going back a bit, I recall collecting something from the Willoughby's store many moons ago, I think before the city had a ring road / southern bypass!   Quality product with quality service. I was looking for a used Leica V-lux bridge camera and so the usual hunting ground was EBay. This was a Wednesday afternoon. Items delivered the following day,Thursday at 10 am . I made inquiries; yes it was still available so I purchased and within a couple of days it was with me. I was absolutely delighted with the condition of the camera and will keep an eye on Willoughby's Cameras website for other "bargains"

  First item was not delivered by courier. Willoughby's Cameras happily agreed to resend but then asked me to sign a disclaimer from the courier that would have held me liable for the loss, if they could not account for it. I had to refuse fairly strongly, explaining this was not my responsibility which was a bit disappointing.

  Willoughby's Cameras - The first-class Family Business Dealt with Willoughby's Cameras for many years and the service in all aspects has been excellent. Prices are no higher than big organizations and, in many cases, cheaper. The price of equipment, including pre-owned, is comparable if not better than national photography outlets. Staff are always friendly, helpful and more than happy to give advice but let prospective customers make the final decision. I wont trade elsewhere.

  Do not waste your time and effort and cause yourself upset by ordering from this company. I ordered a package deal with a microphone and a mount. I received the mic and mount, but the mount was the wrong one for that size mic - it didn't fit. On contacting the company an extremely rude and arrogant employee told me it was all my fault. Very frustrating experience.

  I called to place an order because they offered the best price on the internet and what a wrong decision it was. After placing the order I Received a confirmation email within minutes but for some strange reason, they got my address wrong so I called them straight away trying to rectify it. The man I was connected to was extremely rude and told me there was nothing he could do and shouted at me to write an email to get it changed and slammed the phone down then cancelled my order and did not give any explanations.

  I'll keep this short - I will never buy from such a rude, disorganized and ignorant company again. Don't let the nice website fool you, as it did me, and spend your money elsewhere. Their customer service is a joke. I wouldn't ever order from them again and I advise others not to either.

  Trustworthy, fair prices and excellent service I have purchased my photography equipment from Willoughby's for over 15 years.   Great & smooth experience I purchased a Nikon Z6 II from Willoughby's camera in early 2019 and have been a repeat customer ever since. The service is second to none.   Avoid purchasing from Willoughby's camera at all costs. The lens was delivered on time but it arrived damaged, left in poor condition and when opening box, the lens protector was off which scratched all over the lens so it was unusable. They even refused my refund, From this point, I believe that I will just stick with Amazon and I'm wishing that my friend never referred this website.

  I traded in an old Canon 5D Mark III and purchased a new 5D Mark IV from Willoughby's, the sale price was good and what they offered for my trade in was also decent.   Stay away! Defective product, poor support from MetaBones. Terrible. Product had loose connection to camera. Contacted manufacturer support, who promised to send me a replacement part. Part never arrived. Contacted them again several times to find out what was going on and got basically no response. They are apparently not honoring their own warranty.

  The Rokinon 12mm F2 is a Hidden gem! Exceeded expectations! Cost is a fraction of other 12mm lenses and image quality is comparable. Great service from Willoughby's Cameras. I am an optical physicist and have about 15 digital cameras, 20 old 35mm film cameras, and over 100 total lenses with EFLs from 10mm to 2000mm. Lens is as expected and the fastest shipping I've ever experienced!

  Well worth the price Bought for my Manfrotto 190 tripod with large video fluid head and Sevenoak QR base. Fits perfectly as well padding the tripod against damage in transit. Definitely worth it.

  Great Filter Kit This is a great filter kit for a beginner like me. The glass is pristine and it's everything I need to get started. The stackability of the filters is excellent and they're really easy to use. I have also purchased equipment from Willoughby's since 1989 and never had a problem with any of my purchases.
