  I find that the staff either on the telephone or at local level they are knowledgable and very helpful. I have been a customer for over five years at the Manhattan branch and because of market instability I have used the telephone service to buy equipment and the service provided has been excellent. I would recommend Willoughby's Photo Emporium for all your Photographic needs.

  Recently purchased an expensive Sigma lens via a phone order as I live out of state. The sale was simple, easy and efficiently done. Shipping was very quick. Received the shipment in just two days via UPS. The lens was very well packed; great padding and protection. Willoughby's Cameras is simply an efficient, friendly business that's well run. Their service is top-notch. Will do more business there in the future.

  Canon EOS 5D Mark IV The Mark IV is finally in my hands! Got this to upgrade from 5D Mk iii. So far very happy. Willoughby's Cameras delivered as usual on time and fast. They kept me updated on the delivery status. I like that. Grateful for being able to find this camera at Willoughby's Cameras' as it was out of stock other places, even the Canon website. I believe we will have a long and committed relationship!

  Always reliable for your camera gear Brilliant shop to get your camera and filming equipment! I’ve been going loads and during the weekend I bought a secondhand fish eye lens. They delivered it promptly. The postman banged up the box but thanks to the great and secure packing, the lens box was untouched and secure. Always a great shop and still remains so!

  In New York from California for the holidays when my camera died. The salesperson could not have been more helpful. He listened patiently to me explain what I was using it for, and found me the perfect camera for my needs - no pressure to get a more expensive one.   Definitely worth the money! I have been a loyal customer of Willoughby's camera for the past 15 years. They always have what I need and are very helpful if I have questions or issues with my gear. I recently bought a used camera with no issues, Camera arrived on time and in perfect condition and It works great, the pictures are so clear and defined. I've taken a few videos and the audio is good. Will be buying from them again.

  Consistently great service whether I’m browsing, Prices have been equivalent or better than what I have found online and in big box stores, they have a great selection and are always willing to try to find anything that they don’t have. Never pushy or try to get me to buy the most expensive thing. On the contrary, they have steered me from a more expensive option when the added functionality would not be valuable for my use case.

  Best customer service, fast responses and fair prices. I picked up my Camera Backpack from their store and I love it. I would compare the size to a standard mini backpack. Every part is nicely padded including the zippered front compartments. Even the top carrying handle is nicely padded. Very comfortable to wear and has a nice modern look. Plenty of compartments that can be customized. Perfect for my needs. Thank you.

  Purchased a Canon EF 75-300mm lens. I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished lens at first, but when it finally arrived I was so surprised to find a lens that looked and functions the same as a brand new one. I tested it out and I was just blown away by the color quality and the amazing clarity of the photos I took. It's by far my favorite lens in my bag. Huge thanks to Willoughby's camera, their service is great. No complaints there.

  I'm really happy that I found Willoughby's camera. The products are amazing and the prices are very reasonable, Was so nervous to buy a new Canon 70D camera but it is wonderful! Love it and so glad I purchased it! It was very well packaged and came as said. The camera has definitely exceeded my expectations, the picture quality was awesome. I love how small and lightweight it is and how easy it is to use. It takes just a few minutes to get all the pictures from the camera to my phone.   The telephoto I received was great, there was a speedy delivery and its really a great product. I took the lens out for a trip to Franklin Mountains and it worked great. I took over 1600 pictures, It works really well, and I'm happy with it. If I could give more stars I would ❤️❤️❤️

  Leica Summarit-S 70mm F/2.5 I have been using mine for the past two years all over the world. Simply amazing performance and there is nothing out there that comes close. Optics are terrific and resolution unbeatable. The lens is sealed and is ideal for previously hostile environments such as deserts, jungles or the Arctic poles.   Vello EXT-SFED2 Auto Focus Extension Tubes, I used them together and they were great. I'm using these Vello extension tubes on a Nikon Z6 with the 24-200 Z lens. The electrical contacts retain full auto-exposure and auto-focus. They are well-built and attach securely. As of the time of my purchase, Nikon is not selling Z-compatible extension tubes. I saw cheaper tubes on the Willoughby's web site, but I bought these because of good experiences with other Vello products.

  Repair service was great! Called a real human and they were very helpful, told me to send in my camera and lens for free to see if it was my camera or lens that needed repairing. All packaging was sustainable too and turn around was fast. It was a shame I was quoted for both my camera and lens to be fixed at $90 each as I got the camera sent back without repair and it works fine now the lens has been fixed so a bit of a con but as I didn’t fall for it I’m genuinely happy with the experience I received!

  Good Value - my rating is actually 4.5 This is an excellent lens for the price and quality expectations that go with a modestly priced lens. It is accurate, fairly fast in responding to camera controls and has a sharp focus in good light. I recommend it.

  Glitchy cam, good returns process I ordered a GoPro Hero 10 at the beginning of the year. Great features, lovely footage. Then the camera was still staying warm after switching the unit off, draining the battery. Wouldn't switch on, battery out/in job. Done a factory reset and reinstalled everything, done it again. Not wanting to run the risk of their customer service, I returned the camera within 30 days to take advantage of their 30 day no quibble return policy and received a full refund including the subscription fee. Shame it didn't work out in the end as my DJI Osmo Action is getting a bit outdated and the new DJI Action 2 doesn't look worth it, nevertheless Willoughby's return policy is a smooth process to get a refund.

  Leica M11 Camera My new M 11 is worth the upgrade from my M 10 R. There are several obvious benefits, but a more subtle one is the organization of the menu. The menu is more intuitive on the M 11. Received it last week. I love the weight this time. I normally use a finger grip for previous Ms but not for this one. The new menu is very easy to use. Willoughby's Cameras is great! Very speedy process for my return exchange!

  I have an Fujifilm XT-20, is an good camera, video quality is excellent but the audio that is recorded by the body microphone of the camera isn’t so good. Audio isn’t clear at all and mostly i have do do a loot of editing to fix the audio. The audio level in the menu doesn’t change at all even i put in the minimum level, still record as it was at maximum level and this isn’t good. Also don’t have an option to see the microphone level in the screen. I hope you realize an new firmware to fix this issues, because is a good camera in general and i want to keep it, but if no I'm forced to changed! Thank you.

  Great protection for a tripod while traveling. The Manfrotto MBAG100PNHD is padded, zippered, and well-made. The large size will accommodate a Robus RC-5570 Vantage 3 Carbon fiber tripod WITH a Wimberley WH-200 Gimbal Tripod Head II with Quick Release Base attached to the tripod. Not having to remove the Gimbal head from the tripod each time one transports it is a huge time saver.

  Excellent service. I had a foreign passport application that had different photo requirements to an Irish passport. Greg very helpfully adjusted and persisted with the requirements until the issuing Authority was satisfied. He was able to help me by email and long after most people finish work at 5.30pm!   Strongly Recommend Willoughby's Cameras I've always used Willoughby's Cameras for new kit, used kit and more recently for some service issues I had under warranty. Following on from some previous minor issues I had with communication back from the team I'm glad to say my experience over the last 8 months has been very good. They were also very helpful with the Warranty repair and got this done for me very quickly as I was due to use my kit for a Wedding Video. Would strongly recommend.

  Fujifilm X100V While modern phones offer a lot of possibilities to take good or even excellent photos, really good photo cameras remain irreplaceable. I have been using Fujifilm X100V, with only one lens 23mm I managed to take photos in many situations, the camera is compact, easy to handle and appealing because of its retro or classical look. I am waiting for Fuji to release X-T5 so that I could start using even better and more advanced camera.

  Very Good Purchase The product (Canon lens) was exactly as advertised. It was well packaged and shipped very quickly - arriving in about 3 days. The price was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. While it had no bearing on the product, I would have preferred to be aware up front that this was a "white box" purchase (i.e. not in its original packaging) and that it was being shipped from New York. Never the less, I would buy from Willoughby's Cameras' again.

  A horrible shop. This was my second time here hoping their service has improved but I really regretted making the trouble to come all the way here. Their staff was as rude and unhelpful as last time. I wanted to buy a Nikon remote shutter release which is very common but they didn’t even carry it. (I bought it easily from another shop afterwards). Instead they sold those third party cheap stuff. The staff was very hostile.

  Great place to look for tripods, think tank, peak design bags and pouches among other camera gear from straps to LED lights, diffusers and so on. This particular outlet stays true to cameras for the enthusiast or pro. They have another outlet at Greg that sells too much of other electronic items... If it's cameras and gear you want, this outlet is focused on that.

  Staff in general do not seem to care. Poor service quality, enquired in-store about a Hassleblad 907x and was not given proper service. Called back later at 6:17PM and asked about arranging delivery for the same day / Sunday but was told it was not possible by a sales staff just just seemed interested in ending his work day.

  Great process from start to finish. Was kept up to date on order process throughout the different stages. my Sony A7 III arrived well packaged and protected. everything was packaged in an orderly manner and kept accordingly. Accessories were a definite plus and the price point is much more reasonable than the newer models, which is why I decided to go with this version. Will order a 24-70mm f/2.8 lens soon to complete and perform more. I Will definitively order at Willoughby's camera.

  Exceeded my expectations! I found the Python HD 12x45 Monocular to be very easy to use. It is lightweight and easy to carry on hikes. The included tripod and smartphone mount are convenient and lightweight. With or without my smartphone i can simply enjoy the clear and sharp view into the far.

  Read all the good reviews and about how satisfied most people are with your customer service but unfortunately, I cannot agree at all. My experience was really bad. I ordered a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 lens which was never delivered to me due to FedEx problems, I called Willoughby's camera nearly 3 weeks ago and they told me that they are going to refund me and we will file a claim with FedEx. This is 3 weeks later I am still in the same situation and nothing has been done. Be aware of what you could get into by ordering from them.

  Great customer service I ordered a Sony Alpha a6400, competitively priced and delivered in the expected timeframe, communication was excellent throughout. FedEx had damaged the box on delivery, but the camera was OK inside and it's was the best photography purchase that I have made to contribute to my career, as a photographer.
