  Package came early and in great condition The sales rep was very knowledgeable, getting my order processed and shipped was extremely easy. The lens arrived earlier than expected, works really good.   Couldn’t be happier with the service, Delivery was one day early, the lens is fantastic -- exactly as advertised, It is also super compact and much less intimidating when taking photos of people than the larger lenses, I've been able to get some great low light shots, as well as lovely portrait shots. Willoughby's entire shopping experience is superb. I will be returning customer.

  Excellent service!! The camera was back ordered, but I knew that going in. Once the new supply was received, the camera was promptly shipped and I received it in two days. I've only taken a few pictures with it, but love what I see so far. I would definitely recommend Willoughby's and their customer service.

  Nice Upgrade from AG-UX90 I upgraded from the AG-AC 130 to the HC-X1 his camera is remarkable and color saturation is excellent. The controls are Similar call both cameras. Very happy with this camera! Easy to use and performs super! Its a fantastic professional camera for the price! Great Moderate Priced Professional Camera! The website's structure allowed a direct comparison of price and features of the cameras. The buying process was seamless and the camera was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Wonderful buying experience.

  Willoughby's Cameras has not had the good manners to respond to any of my emails. I offered them some excellent unused camera gear at a knockdown price, but they haven't had the common courtesy to reply. Their loss! Buy or sell your gear elsewhere. Willoughby's Cameras online is the best in New York. They are honest and pay a fair price... If you are buying they have a huge range of new and used equipment.

  Stopped in while in New York and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great new inventory and fairly large selection of used gear too. Was nice to see so much Fujifilm hardware on hand...not a common sight in the United Kingdom.

  Very quick payment of repair costs, what a superb service! I had problems with the shutter of my Nikon D850 camera which I bought from Willoughby's Cameras more than a year back. It came with a 3 year Nikon USA warranty which covers all servicing charges when the product is defective Therefor I brought it to Nikon Tx for repair who replaced the whole motherboard which wasn't that cheap. I was in contact with Willoughby's Cameras beforehand and was told to send them the invoice/estimate once I have it which I did. Willoughby's transferred the whole amount straight away via PayPal without any further questions. It was a very pleasant and uncomplicated process. I can highly recommend Willoughby's Cameras, all my experiences with them have been superb, I am a professional photographer and I am using them for years already. Thank you so much for the quick and efficient support!!!

  I recently purchased Nikon Z6 II with 2 lenses and several accessories and did a chat session just to check all items in my cart were compatible with my camera and lenses. Turns out that I now have 2 UV filters for one lens and none for the other. Guys, it's the little things like this that matter to me, if this is what I should expect from Willoughby's Photo Emporium then I might have to drive to my local Canadian camera store or Aden Camera.

  I went in to Willoughby's Cameras to fix my old Minolta 35mm. The service was amazing. Jimmy showed me exactly what was wrong with my camera, and even showed me what I needed to do in the future.   If you are interested in photography or observation material (binoculars, monoculars, etc.), it is a place worth visiting. The store is decorated with sobriety and elegance. In addition, you can visit a quite interesting photographic exhibition. The staff is very correct and friendly: for example, Silvio Cohen.

  Outstanding service Purchased a used Nikon Z 24-70mm f2.8 S lens, this was described as excellent on their website. Well...maybe Willoughby's Cameras should be sued-for understating the condition of their used equipment. Apart from no box or leaflet {not stated as having them} this lens was in incredible 'as new' condition. It was well packed and furthermore was delivered lightning fast by FedEx. Finally, it was cheaper than many non Nikon versions offered for sale on eBay. Very pleased customer and would recommend Willoughby's Cameras as an honest and reliable seller.

  Bought Canon printer ink from them and one cartridge was empty. Told them and they sent me the replacement but the whole package is showing low ink after a month or so while I only printed only few pages per month for my personal use at home. Contacted and they said contact the manufacturer!

  This lens is a piece of Art. Great focus and image quality. The Sony FE 200-600mm lens is incredible and combine optical excellence with image stabilization and you have a winner. At first I thought the weight would be an issue but quickly became a non issue. Having internal lens zoom makes for a brilliant design feature. Thank you Sony! Exceeded My Expectations!

  Think Canon should reconsider their status as an official repairer of their products - awful communications throughout and don't give the impression of professionalism at all. Have used ADORAMA repair service in the past and have been impressed on both the occasions I have used them if folk are looking for alternatives.

  Incredible store! The staff is super nice and very helpful. They explain all the different camera and let me try a couple of them to understand the features. On the second floor there is an amazing photo expo. The general design of the store is modern and well thought around black and white lines!

  I was looking for the Canon RF adaptor with Control ring, didn't want to pay Canon price, searched Ebay, and others and Willoughby's were the cheapest by far. I ordered it Saturday and i couldn't believe when it arrived by courier on Sunday. Its in perfect condition, with the case and was extremely well packaged. An offer of exchange was eventually offered but that's not the point, the offer should have been immediate and any reassurances that the battery would work in my camera, whilst welcome, do not address the primary issue

  Terrible Customer Service I bought a Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 lens online but Within a couple weeks it developed a fault. Stupidly I contacted the manufacturer, thinking it would be covered by the manufacturer warranty, but after waiting weeks for reply was directed back to Willoughby's as the seller. I'm certainly not going to be coming back to them with my business.

  Best tripod bag purchased! I decided at the last minute I needed a tripod bag before a trip I was taking, and ordered this bag from Willoughby's PHOTO.   Very fast shipping and easy ordering! My Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 lens arrived before expected and was in immaculate condition. It was packaged very nicely. I tested it right after receiving it on my Sony FX3 body and had a great result! The autofocus was fast, the pictures were extremely sharp and above as expected. I have been using it for about a week now and it performs like no other lens I have ever owned.. From portraits of my family to action shots of my dog and wildlife, the lens does it all and makes the rest of my kit look like a waste of space. Thanks Willoughby’s for a great deal!

  Just bought an OLED TV from Willoughby's Cameras. Fantastic service from Silvio Cohen and team, all the advice I could ask for, and answered all my dumb questions. And so helpful with delivery when we struggled to get the TV into my car! Willoughby's Cameras is a major retailer but this felt like a good old fashioned local shop where customer service still matters.

  Great value and service Once again I've been impressed by Willoughby's PHOTO. I ordered the Sky-Watcher Heritage Tabletop telescope, which was (for me) a large ticket item. Not being in stock I paid a deposit and waited the quoted timescale for them to receive it, paid the balance, and it was dispatched. I also ordered a dovetail bar which they verified would fit and included in the dispatch. They had (what I presume) was a slightly out of date but very competitive price, which they honored. I'm very impressed with them.

  Great product from great people! With Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III lens Viltrox Adaptor EF M2 for Micro 4/3 Panasonic GH6, it produced some beautiful pictures with sharp images. Of course the lens is perfect. The lens arrived safe and sound due to the great packaging! I also respect the fact that you were closed for Passover. Willoughby's PHOTO EMPORIUM is a rare gem. Great customer service great product. Will purchase from this company again.

  A few months ago I ordered a DSLR camera from Willoughby's camera which was a good deal , the package was right but inside it was used cheap camera. When I took the battery out I noticed it was very hot. Their support sent me a replacement battery but the new battery behaved the same and made no difference. Never shopping with them again.

  I bought a high end camera from this online store - the website showed that the item was in stock and ready to ship in 24 hours. I needed the camera urgently for a project and after comparing other trusted sellers I thought these guys would be the fastest. So I authorized the full payment immediately. Today is the third day and the order is still being processed! I sent four emails to their customer service over the last two days and there is zero response so far. What a joke!

  I'm glad i ordered from them in the end, i am over the moon with the camera i bought and their tracking service reassured me every step of the way where my order was, the package was very well wrapped ensuring none of my items were damaged, My YouTube videos and vlogs are now so much better than before and the audio quality of build in mic phone is fantastic too.   If I could give it no stars I would. Never buying from this place again. I placed an online order for a Fuji XT30 2 camera in May this year. They emailed me saying it was out of stock and asked if I could wait a month which I was happy to. However, after a week they messaged again saying it would take another 3 months for a shipment to arrive. I understood that due to Ukraine and the lockdown that took place last year, there would be delays but my order has still not arrived, their customer service team is completely unreliable: I have sent several emails inquiring about the status of my order and if I could request a refund but they still have not replied. When they finally replied several days ago, they said they have stock and dispatch my order immediately and an email with shipping confirmation will be sent. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!!

  Amazing Products, Faster Shipping and Excellent Customer Service. I purchased JVC GY-HM170UA 4KCAM to supplement my cinematography studio. Willoughby's is my go to for filmmaking and photography equipment, have bought many more tripods and sd cards and accessories... excellent purchase and great competitive pricing. Customer service is also great, and shipping is also great. I've received shipped products earlier than the mentioned expected shipping times.   They have an amazing collection of, I think pretty much everything you could imagine, when it comes to vintage photography gear. I found my Sony ZV-1 there and it works beautifully & came in such beautiful condition. I have had the pleasure of using the camera for just about everything, I haven't owned it for long, but have a strong feeling its going to be my camera of choice for many years to come.   Wow! Willoughby's camera is excellent! Just received my Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 lens today from them. They have great prices, ship very fast and package everything very well. Ordered the lens on Monday and it arrived on Friday. It was double wrapped and very well protected. They communicated very well all along the way. The lens is very well built and large. Autofocus was quick and the picture quality was tack sharp, far better than the kit zoom lens I had. I will definitely order from them in the near future. Thanks Willoughby's for excellent customer service all along the way.

  Went in with a few questions regarding a softbox light setup and staff member Silvio Cohen was amazing! I left and came back and he recognized me and was right back into great customer service, he also went the extra effort to open a softbox up and give me a full inspection, with his experience giving exceptional advice on other products that would also assist me.   Always have a terrible experience here. Shame it is the only local shop. Film develop prices always change and when I last got my film back all the files had to be individually unlocked and rotated because they scanned it all wrong. Got my film developed and everything is locked and unable to import into any video editing software programs. Absolute waste of money & time going here. Definitely do not recommend.

  Very Happy with my Hero8 KIt Being an amateur photographer for about 4 years this is my first GoPro. So far I'm very happy with the GoPro 8 camera. The Willoughby's Cameras' Basic Kit has just what I needed to start shooting right out of the box. Video is unbelievable. I can see why these are a top action cam seller. The bundle is a good value in my opinion because the second battery is a must. Good quality product for a fantastic price and easy online shopping.

  fast delivery, love the service! my product was received exactly a week after it was ordered. the only issue is when the dhl company advised it would re-deliver my goods they asked when i preferred to have it delivered and they specified it would be between 12-5.30pm, however by chance i happened to get home at 10 am to find it on my doorstep...other than that great service!

  Ordered a Telescope. 2 weeks later no update on delivery / tracking number. Telescope should have arrived by now. Emails go unanswered, phone indicates voicemail is full. Communication was quick before actually placing my order but once I paid, nothing. Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Only way to cancel an order is to send an email which of course goes unanswered. Buyer Beware

  Magnus VT-4000 Tripod System with Fluid Head This tripod was so smooth! We bought one for our church and whenever our Pastor moved across the altar, the tripod made such smooth movements in following. It's also flexible where moving up or down or side to side is excellent! It was favorably priced against other more expensive tripods from other sources like Amazon.
