  The batteries themselves were exactly what I was looking for. However, my experience with FedEx was not so good. Because I was was working on the day’s they tried to deliver they had to take it back to the local Depot. The sent me a letter saying they had my parcel and I could rearrange a new delivery day, but I could not guarantee I would be in, so I had the best part of a 45 mile round trip to collect them myself.

  Busy large store with many displays of equipment so quite good to try things out. When i visited there was a bit of a queue. All the staff members seemed busy but it wasn’t clear where to queue for what type of service. The advice was balanced sound and pragmatic. Very professional.

  Had my shoot saved by the guys at Willoughby's Camera. Real knowledgeable staff were able to sort me out with a Canon EOS R7 camera, despite the shortage nationwide. They also had so many other good options and tried to help me. Honestly couldn't be more happy with my experience there today! Have a lot of respect for Silvio Cohen, very passionate about the products they sell and really went the extra mile to help our shoot out!

  Good prompt service. Monocular was well packaged but the lenses had dust on them and needed cleaning. Looked like it had been a display item which maybe why it was at a good discount. Other than that in an as new condition.

  Excellent value and quality ILFORD liquid concentrate fixer is an excellent chemical for all B&W processing. In this size packaging it is a very economical choice for personal darkroom use. An added benefit is the free Willoughby's PHOTO's shipping.

  Overall a good deal. Fedex managed to transport the parcel from New York to Illinois in 2 days and then took 4 days to cover the last 15 miles. Package arrived open, luckily all the items seemed to be present. The camera appeared to be new, although the serial number did not match the number on the box. Tripod had a damaged leg, which prevented one of the lower legs retracting fully. The universal remote provided was incompatible with the D3500 camera.

  Looking for a Nikon DSLR - the prices varied hugely with Willoughby's Cameras the best - despite the product coming from New York it was on a plane within a couple of days and received days later - faster than a lot of Canadian suppliers! Well packaged. Perfect shopping experience.

  Olympus order I ordered a camera body and lens on Sunday on the Monday I received an email saying they could not supply the body and gave me a number of options and one was a refund I requested a refund for the body only and this refund was given very quickly and my lens arrived on the Friday which was very good. It's not the first time I've dealt with this company and I'm sure it won't be the last.

  Excellent bundle of kit for the money. Good and attentive service. Delivery was good until it got to NJ. but that not Willoughby's cameras fault. Tripod is a little bit flimsy. But the rest of the camera and lens are great. Had a personal phone call to confirm my address and express delivery for free. Fully recommend and happy to buy again

  Although the price was good and customer service adequate my experience was not great. Delivery took ages, mainly because of choice of courier. Something that should have been next day took over a week to deliver with no communication from the courier to let me know when parcel was going to be delivered. DHL was rubbish !

  Leica is always Leica! The SL2 has been fantastic for shooting mostly wildlife but also do portraits and landscapes. Image quality is so good it'll almost bring you to tears. The sl2 renders color amazingly well. It's an absolute dream to own. After trying the camera out several times in Leica stores\ New York I made my purchase with Willoughby's via Amazon Prime. Fantastic, same old quality and beautiful engineering and design! Thanks Willoughby's Cameras for the GREAT service!!

  Olympus M1X The M1X is a very substantial piece of equipment. Nice camera. Purchased for the bird AI detect. Been testing and seems solid. The size reminds me of the older digital Canons I shot with. Will be a good addition to the bag. Just about everything I could ever need in high functioning package. Excellent camera and delivery from Willoughby's PHOTO EMPORIUM, very satisfied with this camera!

  Manfrotto Video Monopod Good construction but the type of legs it has, it does not support it efficiently, it dances a lot, it is not very stable, definitely its weak point is the base. As for the construction of the monopod it is very good, its grip is excellent, the materials are good, it is not very heavy, which is much appreciated. I would rate it as good. but there are better and for me it would be worth paying a couple more dollars for more stable legs.

  I have been a Willoughby's Camera customer off and on for almost 20 years. They have always been extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, conveniently located, well stocked, and competitive in pricing. Their classes and special events are first-rate too. I find the extensive expertise of their courteous staff to be especially helpful. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

  Another excellent sale of used equipment to Willoughby's Cameras. The whole process is easy and stress free. Quotes are given quickly, the items are collected free with a 1 hour time-slot by DHL. An assessment was made promptly and the payment made to me all within a week. Couldn’t be happier and 100% recommendation.

  This was my introduction to the monopod world, so I really had nothing to compare it to. With all the positive reviews I was shocked to discover that this thing is far too flimsy and offers no security if wanting to either take steady shots with, or use to carry camera/lens combo. Yes, I tried the back the legs off 1 an re-tighten for more stability at the joints. Didn't cure the flimsy. I returned and got the Feisol 1471. Definitely happy now.

  Been coming here for 10 years now. Above and beyond customer service. Their website easy to navigate and have never had any issues with my order. When I spend a good amount of money, like with photography equipment, I have no patience for issues. Buying products from other sites for a few dollars less would seem like a no brainer, but, my experience with this company is such that I go with them all the way. I'll be back to this store again!

  Excellent Service, Poor Packaging I feel that as this clearly isn't a one off, I should let Silvio at Willoughby's know that this doesn't protect the product from shipping damage, and the boxes arrived dented on both occasions. Never happened with any company that ships things normally by putting them in another box, which also looks more like you're a professional outfit and not some random guy off Newegg. Will remember not to order from you in the future unless you resolve this.

  The Sony ZV-1 is a feature rich digital camera with vloggers in mind. Everything about this product is top-notch and after a very brief set-up (charging, formatting the SD card, etc), I am on my way to making great-looking videos. I received my order quick.   Service from Willoughby's Cameras was great , let down by courier who totally ignored safe place instructions and left parcel on front doorstep exposed to weather and possible doorstep theft. Instrument was thankfully unharmed by rain and safely retrieved. Pricing and information from Willoughby's Cameras very good.

  Very good service when buying a used camera. The kit was in excellent condition and a great price. Delivery was prompt. The only problem was that the battery charger and manual were omitted from the initial delivery, but this was quickly resolved after a phone call. I would definitely use Willoughby's Cameras again.

  Prompt customer service I bought a beautiful Nikon camera with a few accessories, I was a little concerned when the packaging was damaged, but the camera seems to be functioning correctly. I use it for videography and photography as it does an amazing job doing both. The photos are crisp and sharp. The zoom is 28-1000!! I can easily take wide angle to extreme telephoto with no lens change. Highly recommend these guys!

  DJi drone….Finally came good After a lot of initial confusion over the availability of the product a DJi Mni 3 drone, the camera Centre finally came good on the transaction. Due to Dji not supplying smaller franchises with their products on the release dates, my transaction failed to happen for weeks, however I was offered a discount on the purchase which helped immensely.

  Given prompt attention and good advice. Great store. I bought two monopods in-store and was treated really well as a customer. The sales assistant gave me ample time to test the monopod out and gave me some good advice on selecting a decent model. I wanted to buy two (one for my partner) but he only had one in stock. The extra one should have been sent today but, due to a stock error, I had an email today to say there could be a few days delay.

  Excellent Quick release plate! The Wimberly P2 is a quality product, excellent lens plate and works smoothly. I bought the head for action photography with longer lenses but will use it from now on for studio work as well. They are a bit pricey, but the cost is minimal compared to many professional lenses and cameras. I highly recommend them.

  Purchased a tripod from their online store. I live in a different state but didn't feel comfortable buying something so expensive from a big box store. Very happy with my purchase and their customer service. Worked with Jimmy during the purchase and he was very helpful.   I ordered my Nikon 50mm f/1.8 lens almost a month ago, and it was due for delivery a week after the order date. The delivery service ended up saying it was a failed delivery, despite my taking off work and being at home the entire day. I've called Willoughby's every other day now to get it rectified, and for the first 2 weeks I was just told to wait. Terrible Customer Service

  I highly recommend buying from Willoughby's camera since they offer excellent support. Shipping was fast, but email communication was poor, they should send an email upon shipment. I had to go to their website and check my account to find out my order had been shipped. Otherwise, check out was fine.
