  I ordered a Sony a7 III camera and waited 4 days for delivery but when the camera arrived it was poorly packed and was damaged. I will never use them again, and will seek legal advice about reclaiming my money.

  I Ordered a Rokinon 85mm T1.5 lens 3 weeks ago. Two weeks in I asked for a refund, they told me they could only refund after 90 days. Time passed by, my order did not arrive and now, after the deadline has expired, they are denying my refund. Honestly, this is very poor customer service!

  I ordered my Vortex Binoculars by phone and received them the following day, they were well packaged and in perfect condition. The staff were very helpful and offered good advice over the phone.   Product clearly labeled, quick and easy check out process. Received my package, and was extremely happy that all the contents were safely wrapped with more than enough bubble wrap. Thanks to everyone at Willoughby's camera. Set up was a breeze, and the GoPro is solid and working well. Though I've only used it a few times now, I'm really happy with it.   I would have given 5 star from past experience. The last deal I had was a total disappointment. Not only I recd the lens late but when I thought of changing my gear there quote for what I bought and wanted to return was too low. One of the items the quote was nearly half of my purchase price and it was in final stage of processing. I recd the lens the and without hood iwas promised refund for the hood.so far no information or reply.

  Fabulous lens and affordable I ordered a Nikon NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8 lens a few days back from Willoughby's Camera, the website was easy to navigate around and the price was equally good. The lens came packaged very well, arrived exactly on time and in perfect condition. I've taken all sorts of photos with it and the photos it produces are beautiful with amazing depth of field!. I've also taken video with it and it looks like a professional quality video. I would happily recommend Willoughby's camera to anyone

  Cheaper ( and better ) than Am*z*n Responsive website and sales process. Good communication. Rapid delivery. Bought a used Olympus Zoom which arrived in excellent condition. Overall it was better condition, cheaper by some margin and arrived quicker than those offered on Am*z*n. Would certainly recommend.

  Used Canon RF24-105mm Lens Lens was as described and delivered promptly. The rear lens cap was an EF version and thus didn’t protect the dust seal. A quick phone call to Willoughby's Camera had a correct version sent free of charge.

  Bought this camera for the price it was advertised at, after I paid for it they then said I couldn’t have this camera a suggested I pay another $60 for a new one in box as the other had a damaged box. I was put on the spot and agreed to go ahead Looking at other sites afterwards I see I could have had a better deal Communication was non existent and I was worried I was being scammed and lost my payment Eventually it did arrive Wouldn’t recommend theses to anyone Poor service avoid at all costs

  10x50 Outland X Monocular by Celestron This is a great monocular. It's built like a tank and it does its job well. I've used it for everything backpacking, bird watching, scouting and tracking, and looking at constellations. Of course I should also note the ease of on-line shopping with Willoughby's Camera, especially when you create an account for new purchases. Fast shipping/tracking as usual with Willoughby's Camera.

  Got my order eventually but poor customer service. Ordered a camera only to be told the next day that it was actually out of stock and said I would get a follow up call for an update on estimated restock date. Never received the call. Emailed them a week later only to be told it's actually in stock, asked for an estimated dispatch date, no reply. Called a week later asking for update and was told it's actually not in stock despite email saying it was, however this time I was told estimated restock date. Camera eventually arrived 3 weeks after order was placed.

  As an enthusiast with a Nikon d5300 I was recommended by a pro photographer friend to buy my additional lens from Willoughby's Camera, They are second to none!!!, the first lens I bought was wrong and they helped me all the way to make an easy return and I was refunded immediately, I went on to buy the lens they advised me that suited my requirements and its perfect and immaculate too, I won't be going anywhere else for my requirements.   Awesome Product for the Money I do a lot of outdoor filming and needed something small, light and dependable. I had a Davis & Sanford tripod I love, so I for @ I figured this was worth a try. This is a great product. It is well built, and is a lot better than I expected. I highly recommend this product. Serves it's purpose perfectly and is a great value. Highly recommended!   Think Tank Sling Camera Bag I always shop at willoughby's camera because of their large selection of products. I wanted a narrow padded bag to carry the crane plus camera ready to pull out and use. I looked around then did a live chat with a willoughby's camera rep. One of the bags he recommended was the ThinkTank Turnstyle 10 bag. I checked it out, but the internal dimensions were too short.

  Great work, I got my Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 lens within a couple of days as promised. I've used it heavily over the last few days and I'd say its pretty lightweight, easy to use, and has a good focal range. extremely wide and sharp. Couldn't be happier. Well done Willoughby's.   This is over due. I'm a commercial, real estate and wedding videogrpaher. The DJI Phantom 4 Pro Version 2.0 Quadcopter with iPad Mini made it easy to integrate Airmap. The setup works great.   Bolt Macro & Ringlight Works well with good flexibility. Sturdy enough, at least so far, for my amateur work. Good instruction manual. Some might want higher model that throws off more light. Wish that you could choose right or left light only option when using flash on this unit. The right or left option works only with steady light on, according to Willoughby's tech support, which was easy to reach and willing to check out my question.

  Great price and customer service. Received my Canon EOS R camera in the mail and was excited to open the box. The camera takes very good pictures.   Huge variety of products at excellent pricing I purchased a Canon EOS Rebel T3i from Willoughby's camera. The shipping was quick. Right after I placed my order, I automatically got an email regarding my order confirmation. The next day I got a tracking number for my shipment confirmation.   Awesome Customer Service I have been order ton of products from Willoughby's camera, and they never let me down. The last purchase was a DJI Mini 2 and it was delivered within 5 days. The drone was bubble wrapped, sealed with their company and was brand new in the box. I am enjoying it. It's incredibly small, but is incredibly powerful and takes an incredible amount of responsibility and practice. I have no complaints.

  Great website and selection of products, weak customer service. Willoughby's is by far the biggest consumer / prosumer camera shop in Manhattan. Their website is organized and their in-store layout is great for seeing the gear in person. My biggest issue though seems to be the staff. Every time I've been in store or had to deal with customer service via phone / email for my work, I just find there is a lack of energy. Staff don't seem very eager to help, and as a younger creative professional, I sometimes feel ignored in store and getting help always requires a lot of waiting. When ordering some equipment for my work, I found it took sometimes days to hear back about help with an order.

  Replacing Stolen Fujifilm/Glad to Have Willoughby's Camera for one Stop Shopping While vacationing in Dallas, our car got broken into and we lost our lens system and camera equipment. Now that the insurance claim has been settled, it's nice to be able to go to a one-stop spot to replace all the camera gear and to know that we'll get competitive prices, quality merchandise, and great service.

  Go to camera store for serious camera gear in New York. It wont have the cheapest gear, but it has the best selection of the best gear. Talk to Silvio Cohen on 1st floor if your looking for mirrorless or DSLR accessories. I've bought all of my gear through him, and I always feel well taken care of. Honest and great person to talk cameras and photography with.

  They’ve got a parking lot. Good to know before you pay at the street. — Good selection. I think a little better than the surrounding. — Purchase was quick and easy but when I asked about another item I was assured they didn’t have it even though the sales attendant wouldn’t look it up for me. A little effort that would have shown me he cared. Not a bad place. Get your gear in person if that’s what ya like!

  Great purchasing experience , got a Canon 7D for astrophotography. However, their product prices you see posted on our website do not include any taxes. Willoughby's only applies local NYC/NYS sales tax (8.875%) on orders shipped within the state of New York.

  Trustworthy Panasonic DMW-BLC12 battery Purchased for my Leica Vlux 5. Works fine and would purchase another one. Always purchase brand name batteries for your equipment. Made that mistake once. Willoughby's is always a pleasure to work with. Prompt delivery too. Thanks.

  DJI Osmo pocket gimbal I use it for outdoor photography, lightweight and easily portable for everyday carrying. Optimum stability. Haven't tried it yet but the delivery was quick and it came safely packaged.

  I recently purchased the Sony 35mm 1.4 GM lens, it had sold out everywhere but I gave Willoughby;Cameras a call, they had one in their hands in minutes and then I had it in my hands two days later, especially great as I live on the other side of the country.

  ND filter order and delivery I ordered an ND filter at very short notice for our trip to Kenya. Didn't expect to have it in time as we live in Oregon. I placed the order on the Saturday and it was delivered by courier on the following Tuesday. Exceptional service and advice as usual. Highly recommended.

  Davis & Sanford Traverse Pro Monopod I purchased this Monopod a few months ago and forgot to do a review on it. Needed a second tripod/monopod.   Canon G9 X Mark II I love my GX9. I found only issue I have is battery life which I always have an extra fully charged along for the ride. I love the light weight. Sometimes it is slow to focus light, but I think this happens when battery is getting low. If you upgrade take a bigger upgrade step.

  The BEST Available for Budget Filmmaker I shoot for TV with atem mini from blackmagic and this BMPCC 6k camera works perfectly for studio production.   WC sold me a camera they didn't have! Willoughby's Cameras sold me a camera they did not have and then refunded me immediately. Not the worst experience, but also not a good first impression. Hopefully the problems with their "new website" have settled down now.
